Not worth of money. First of all there is no as such property exist with 1 india resorts they are operating it under Rainforest resort. I had booked the room for 1 day with breakfast, the resort is far away from igatpuri and totally in remote location with no connectivity from anything, nothing exist in near by to hotel you can't go anywhere not even think to go. Hotel staff is very rude specially the Lady seating on the reception she doesn't have any sense to answer to the guests, food was not up the mark and expensive, no fine dine available you just only have the buffet option nothing else so we decided not have dinner here in the hotel, there is small restaurant just outside the hotel which much cheaper and the taste was good. Surroundings of hotel is good it situated between the hills this the only thing I found of positive about the hotel.
Buget hotel. Room good service average. Need to learn customer service. As their were some issues with group of families who came for stay during our stay. Because of this incident we couldn't rest n enjoy our stay. Overall it's good.

The resort is nice. The location of the resort is best. The services are great. The staff is very supportive. The food was of great taste. The DJj night was very enjoyable. The adventures was very wonderful and safety level during the adventures was great. The resort awesome.
