Great seaside view… & the rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing.

Staffs of Food and beverage are not well trained in Sun N Sand Shirdi. They speak very professionally to the guest, it was like we are in Dhaba. In the morning they provide a buffet breakfast, Staff are eating in front of the guest. It looks extremely indecent. I do not recommend it for the second time in Sun N Sand, Shirdi Thanks.

Try to take suggestions from their patrons.

1. No responce of phone pick from reception desk 2. Room service phone is not working 3. Restuarant very delayed service. Ambience, view is good, spa service is good.

Lovely ambience just loved that sea view. Best for marriages party.

Untrained staff. They don't even know how to spread the sofa cum bed into a double bed. Breakfast not much variety. On & off power cut.

We had a wonderful time in Sun n Sand. Awsome service and staff. Very nice rooms and the plus point of this hotel is its pool side area where you can admire the natural beauty that is the Sea.

Ridiculous. You people don't even pick the calls. What customer service are you in.
Call back requests thru Twitter and Fb messengers are ignored too. God knows what's going on.

Staff including the manager are very non accommodating. The GM Kunal pretended to be busy and did not even bother to hear out the customer. The Manager Dhiraj seems to not care about service and hospitality. Staffs at the lower level totally unaware and non informative. Bad experience!

Good but very costly. Ambiance is good. But If we compare food quality and quantity, at this price I would say that it's costly.

Went their to attend exhibition… well maintained but have bit parking issue, exhibition hall is way big, and all the direction were given… so less confusion, you can visit this place whenever exhibition is there.

Super experience @ Sun n Sand, staff was very warm nd being a 55yrs old property it is well maintained in all aspects, must say food was authentic, specially @ Haaochi restaurant Mr. Samir Vaidya was on toes till we finished our dinner… 1 of the best Chinese nd thai cusine in mumbai… keep it up the whole Sun n Sand team.

This hotel was the best in pune… but sadly the owner has sold it and this hotel is no more functional… just an abandoned hotel. it is shut down.

One of the best five star Hotel for Industrial training for Hotel Management student… from all departments we can learn lot of things kitchen staff is very supportive and caring; housekeeping staff is very understanding and loveable where we can get lot of knowledge by all supervisor and supportive managers, one of the better experience I got in Banquet full 2½months of training in this department it was really great and for trainees banquet of this Hotel is heaven just because of a great supportive banquet manager Alex sir he taught always new things of service and as well as he is supporting to trainees by mentally and he is actual spark of banquet and Dhiraj sir shine of banquet. Today we trainees missing to Heaven (banquet) of Sun-n-Sand because on cutlery and crockery of banquet showing our memories of good time which we spend with lovely banquet staff and adorable Jerome sir. But yes everything is not good which we can't change as people said of S-n-S, off course we will change it because trust is always important which depends on your hard work, hopes that person will behave nicely with trainees without using any bad words because as manager he should polite and good listener to trainees or staff… guest always appreciating to him but from me to that f & b manager always big zero, hoping that manager will change his language and will not make any trainees to down their self until they get serious stage of admit to trainees in hospital.

Loved the place. Has gone to Aqua and the dinning experience was really good. The staff was very helpful and warm. The manager Ashish was on his toes to make sure that the service was on point. Will surely visit again.

Its a nice hotel standing tall since a decade. Perfect location which made me choose this hotel. Decent rooms, swimming pool, awesome breakfast to mention a few. An excellwnt staff who gave me early check as promised.

Large Black Cranes and other Birds to be seen circling in the Sky above the abundance of surrounding Greenery that the Hotel nestles in, close to the Mula Mutha River. There is another of their Hotels of equal High Quality in Mumbai, 92 miles away. Fairly near The Aga Khan`s Palace where-in lies the Shrine of Mahatma Ghandi. Very safe and well-governed City due to the large Military Base situated close to the local Race-Track.

I liked the Location and the package they offer. The service is also excellent.
