Amazing hospitality, delicious food with best of delicacies available throughout the day, such great service from each and every member working there… they made our one month stay so comfortable… no words to describe the comfort of my kids during their exams and online classes.
Now, waiting for the delicious sambhar recipe from the chef himself (one thing I wanted to learn from him)
And to top it all the farewell we got from the entire staff… standing applause for the all the love, hospitality and comfort we received from them.

Had been to this place for Sunday Brunch. The ambience is super cool. They have ample seating capacity including both indoor and outdoor. They have a beautiful pool outside the restaurant where you can relax and have your food. They also have a live counter outside. I liked their service. The staff are very courteous. Started with Virgin Mojito which was very fresh and refreshing. In Soup, Prawn Tom Kha was amazing. Prawns enhanced the flavor of the soup. They had approximately 15+ salads, they also had cut fruits and vegetables. Out of which I liked the Prawns with French Beans salad and Chilli Garlic Mushroom salad. Prawns were very fresh and juicy. Mushrooms were really tender and the taste of garlic added extra flavor to it. In Starters, Paneer Tikka was fabulous as the paneer pieces were very soft and the spices over the paneer pieces were really good in taste. I liked the Chicken Tikka too. Chicken pieces were tender and juicy. It was served with onion rings. Lotus stems were properly fried. Seasome seeds were sprinkled over the top of the dish. It looked attractive. Aloo Tikki was properly cooked. It was crisp outside and soft inside. At the live counter, I tried Papdi Chaat. Chef Asma had prepared the lip smacking chaat. The chaat looked colorful from the top. In Main Course, there were plenty of options. But I liked the Paneer Makhni as the gravy had an excellent taste. It went well with the naan. I also liked the Mushroom.

This place is a great option to enjoy your Brunch with a pool side view A brunch along side a Calm and composed atmosphere. The ambience at Mosaic is just rejuvenating. They have a huge seating capacity indoor as well as outdoor. The outdoor seating are comes with a pool side view where you can enjoy your Brunch amidst a soothing atmosphere. The staff are very professional and the service was very fast. Starters were served on time and drinks too. Now let's come to the food I had. The different sections of the Brunch were : Soup : I had the Non-Veg Tom Kha Soup. It comprised prawns as its core ingredient and had the perfect essence of coconut milk. The soup was great in taste and each flavour came out really well. Salads : The Brunch had more than 10+ salads along with fruit slices and other veggies too. You can also customize your own salad with the ingredients present on the salad bed. I liked the Prawns Salad with French Beans and also the Mushroom Salad. The Roasted Vegetables Salad was also good. Moreover a nice option to start your meal with. Starters : The starters were served on the table. I had almost 5-6 starters including veg and non veg. Vegetarians can opt for Paneer Tikka. It was really good in taste. The Panner pieces were fresh and soft and were grilled well. The Fruit Chaat was also lip smacking. In Non-Veg I liked the Chicken Tikka and Chicken in Mint Ginger were awesome. Both had really nice flavours and I can say these were the USP dish of the day.

The concept of Fast n Fresh is super quick, healthyish and tasty meals in a bowl. Even when you're super short on time, Fast and Fresh will ensure that you're eating wholesome food in a jiffy.
The menu is primarily Asian and covers soups, salads, mains & desserts. All the dishes are priced between ₹300-₹500 which is justified considering the location and quality. Whether you choose to sit indoors or outdoors, the ambience is beautiful.
We visited them over lunch and tried the following: *Assorted dimsums: There's no entree I love more than dimsums, especially when they are accompanied by lip-smacking dips. Fast and Fresh pulled off these with aplomb.
*Crispy water chestnut: Apart from crunchy water chestnuts, this dish also had some pineapple pieces that were crisped and spiced from the outside and sweet and juicy from the inside.
*Crispy lotus stem in honey chilli sauce: Crispy & saucy lotus stems so good that you just can't stop at 1. One of my fav picks from the menu.
* Veg Indonesian soup — This flavorful broth loaded with noodles is a good pick to start off lunch.
*Thai green curry with steamed rice — Absolutely loved the quality of the rice — it soaked up the curry so well.
*Coconut dumplings — Love how light and delicately flavoured this dessert is.
*Blueberry cheesecake — This rich cheesecake topped with tart blueberry compote was a great way to end a satisfying meal.

Great ambience… and don't miss the chai counter.

The stay was a very bad experience this time, we stayed on 3rd oct 2019, the following are the issues * We were in the room no 702 (non smoking floor)
* There was very loud noises of people shouting was disturbing our sleep.
* 2 AM I called the reception and informed about people making noise but there was no action taken.
* 3 AM I again called the reception and informed that few boys are drinking and smoking in the corridor.
* 3:30 AM when there was no action taken I decided to talk to these boys, as I opens the my room door the hotel security and a manager were speaking to the boys and requesting them not to shout. Upto 4:30 these boys were shouting and disturbing. The whole night me and my wife and children were not able to sleep.
* 8AM we went to have breakfast and the staff at the restaurant were so rude that they were not bothered what guest wants.
* 10AM we checked out, the reception people were just busy with their own work and were not bothered to ask the guest about the stay or any problems or suggestions.
* I think Crowne Plaza is not interested in hospitality and just want to rent rooms like local lodges.

GOOD ONE SERVICES.

Superb place. Great hospitality and the staffs are really polite and instant services. I was not well and just asked them to call a doctor and the doctor was there in 20 minutes. They charge you but its worth for the kind of service they offer. Also its located at the heart of the city. You can walk to railway station and 20 mint drive to Airport. Lunch, Dinner and breakfast buffet has all what you look for.

We attended a professional event at one of the banquet in Crown Plaza. Best of the class arrangement and quick turnaround on requests. The food was good and buffet was arranged on time. Really appreciate the politeness of the staff. Keep up the good service.

Breakfast spread is good in the restaurant. Nice place to stay as well as for conducting conference. Walkable to railway station. One needs to only ignore the heavy traffic.

The food here is pretty good; which includes continental, Indian, etc. The place is clean and well maintained too. The location of the hotel is also at a prime location. The interiors are well maintained too. The only gripe is that the cutlery was not clean when the food was served. This is not acceptable from such a Hotel. Everything else was good…

For organizing any type of event this can be a leading option as the service here for such events is extra ordinary. It is one of the best in city and they are really helpful. The cleanliness and professionalism is maintained to its peak. Locating the hotel is easy from far away too and breakfast that we had was also tasty.

As a Food Enthusiast, I always had a thing for Regional Cuisines from India. I’ve not travelled yet to any state for Food so far but the Food Festivals which happens in City helped me to taste the same without going anywhere. I love South Indian Food, mostly the breakfast food which consists of Masala Dosa and Idli. I can eat this forever and still be fit as it won’t make me fat. Mosaic, Crowne Plaza – This restaurant has come up with a Regional Festival in which they’be showcasing all the South Indian delicacies from the states of Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Karnataka, Tamilnadu, and Telangana. It will be South Indian trail kind of thing which will showcase some local signatures from each state each day. Visited the hotel for a meeting. Centrally located, yet spacious & airy. Swimming pool is small, okay for fun purpose. Food was good. The breakfast spread had standard continental dishes. However, there were innovative dishes. The rooms were clean n tidy. They were having amenities which were sufficient for a frequent traveler.

One of the best places to stay in Pune. Got an excellent deal from Makemytrip and American Express. The service was excellent. The front desk stay was really helpful. You can also get outside food here only u have to sign a consent form that you won't blame the Hotel if you get sick eating outside food.

Last Thursday I went to Crowne Plaza Pune opp Ruby Hall for BNI business meet.
The employee experience was very bad, especially Mr. Novel's customer handling method was very rude.
From last few months the food quality is not up to the mark.

It's a hotel that promises much but delivers only average. While they have all the facilities, it seems that somebody acted a bit miserly while designing the hotel. The restaurant is too small — leading to long queues at breakfast time, which doesn't stop the staff from shutting the buffet in time. The swimming pool has an unnecessary odd shape and ends up being too cramped. The rooms are overall fine. The staff is constantly on their toes to make good of the lack of facilities. The hotel also has a rooftop lounge, which is fairly average. The good thing going for the hotel is its location.

Located near pune station (perfect location). The hotel is clean and provides you great hospitality. The staff is helpful and will help you throughout your way. The hotel banquet is spacious with a few columns in the middle dividing the entire space. The hotel provides you with almost everything.

State of the art hotel with best ambience. Near to airport and Pune railway station. Stunning infrastructure and amazing pool side area. Food delicacies offered are amazing. No reasons to criticize this hotel.

The hotel is located in one of the most crowded areas of Pune. The lobby and entrance don't look opulent and grand enough for a 5 star hotel but the rooms are extremely pleasant and comfortable. The staff at the reception is very courteous. However, the coffee shop is a bit of a disappointment. Nobody even comes to serve you a glass of water. I ordered a tea but the lady in the restaurant apparently forgot… May be they are understaffed in the restaurant…

Avoid staying/ dinning here. The rooms are shabby, air conditioning vents are very noisy, bed sheets were stained, bathroom faucets broken. Housekeeping service took hours. Terrible food at breakfast buffet.

Good place. Excellent reception staff and diplomatic management. Neat and clean room. Excellent breakfast with multiple choices in the restaurant. Typical international style. "IDELY" needs considerable improvements. Majority of staffs are well trained. Overall experience is good.

Very good room, excellent front desk and house keeping. Rooms and bathroom was neat and arranged with all necessary things. Even restaurant was good. Only a small concern is space at restaurant, hence better to be there before it's too much rush.

It's a good place to relax on a weekend and their lounge is fun too with exciting happy hours during the eve. The staff is very cooperative and hospitable. I just didn't like their swimming pool. You're a five star, you can't have such a small pool and that too on ground floor. Come on, no.

I had a wonderful Dinner at Mosaic. Great food quality and hospitality. I was welcomed by Mr. Atul and he briefed me about the hotel and suggested me mosaic buffet. But I would suggest one thing to the hotel Staff that they must think on Mid Night Buffet as it is not available in many hotels. Great Hotel and Staff.

Good clean and affordable prices.

Stayed here for three nights. The rooms are good, however, their service was very poor. They mixed up the laundry, served inferior food — from when does a four star hotel serve chicken on the bone? Especially butter chicken, Their service staff was Not well trained apart from a couple of guys who were smart and polite. Phones in room don't work properly, buttons missing. Same breakfast every day, very poor quality of desserts, overall a very disheartening experience not commensurate with a four star hotel at all. The review is a bit harsh but seems necessary considering the experience.

Big rooms with good ambience. Very nice staff. Pleasant and enjoyable stay. The staff is very polite and nice and takes their customers needs very seriously. The rooms are very beautiful. Located in the heart of the city the place offers a good view as well. It’s a good place to hangout as well. It can be hired for any event or function and also a good for business meetings and conference.

Good big rooms, comphy with good views. Service is a bit on the back foot thought, we have asked to clean the room twice which they dint. It has an advantage of being one amongst a few of the best hotels near to the station and in the heart of the city. Staff if nice but seems very occupied always. Still would prefer to stay there next time.

The food quality is very bad… The rates are too high and not worth quality… I had visited crowne plaza for a small office party and next day when I checked the bill they had added extra alcohol which we have not ordered… And the bill was a puzzle… I will never recommend anyone to visit Crowne Plaza…

The hotel is in good location; staff, facilities and food are all great. However, the shower head was broken and mouldy. What really killed it for us was that we asked for a quiet floor as had my elderly aunt with us; during our last night, there was a big party on the top floor of hotel at their lounge which played non stop loud music till 2am! Definitely will not recommend if you want a good night sleep or prior to any early meetings. Do check with staff if there are any parties prior to booking. Extremely disappointed.

Currently staying in Crowne plaza Pune was very pleasant and enjoyable for me. I liked this place very much. The service people everywhere were very nice polite and very friendly to everyone. I liked the breakfast and dinner very much in this hotel. The main problem I faced was the lack of air condition in the rooms for the first time. This has made my night sleep almost unbearable for a while. Now it's normal. And rooms are very beautiful it's really very pretty which I like alot in this hotel am literally enjoying staying here in this hotel. Am there here for 9 more days later m literally gonna miss this hotel. I would like to suggest my colleague my friends and also my relatives to visit this hotel whenever they will go in Pune … Thank you Crowne Plaza Pune… :-)

We attended a presentation by All Nippon Airlines. When we entered the Hotel, the staff were very welcoming and warm. The presentation was done well. After that we were offered tea/coffee & snacks. Lovely sandwiches, cakes, Satay. The overall experience was satisfying.

The food is amazing. The stay was pleasant. The rooms over. Look either the pool or the city. Breakfast selection is really good.

Nice property near Pune Railway Station. There ain't many options to chose from. Rooms are clean, breakfast buffet is great too. Limited options though. Staff is courteous.

Stayed for business trip… excellent ambience… luxurious room… decent breakfast spread … very courteous staff … efficient concierge… enjoyed my stay and would be back … only thing is in India we prefer a handy water faucet next to commode… fear not enough toilet paper available.

Great business class hotel. I am in Pune on an official visit. And this management made sure of my comforts right from pick up to check in. Special mention for the team in dining area. They are too caring of their guests.

It was a good experience staying at this place. Few minor issues that need to be taken care of. Though the toilet needs spray. The kits in the bathroom were incomplete. For e. G. The shaving kit did not contain a razor! The ac switched on and off not maintaining the temperature. Opening and closing of doors in other rooms made a huge noise.

I stayed in this hotel for more than 15 days of January and I must say overall my experience was very good. The hotel staff is very courteous and polite and they make you feel at home. The rooms are huge and the staff keeps it very clean.

A good location. Only the streets around smelly and dirty because of what I would not go for a swim in the pool.

Rooms and services are awesome. But food is just average, I will say little more than average. Rooms are equipped with morden aminities.
