I checked in to the hotel at around 4pm on 11th June as I had meetings and was a last minute trip planned for official purpose. Had stayed in the room just to sleep for 9 hours approx. Left for meeting and informed the team if I am delayed, kindly remove my packed luggage (1small bag) f rom the room. On arrival at 3:30pm today — 12th June, I was checked out as expected. As a gesture I asked if I could be given a space to freshen up for 15-20 mins. The staff — Krishna, was extremely impolite and adamant that I will have to book a room for the day to freshen up. No smile nor a welcoming feeling since I have checked in to this space. Extremely pathetic service levels. I understand this might be an option for people due to the location, however multiple options available within a 2 km radius which would be cost effective, welcoming and with much better service levels than Aurora Towers Hotel. I have stayed in all the top hotels in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Pune, Goa, etc. But never had to face such hotel staff. Please note: in the hospitality industry, such people who are not customer centric, do not belong in this industry.

The quantity of food is way lesser than the price they charge u.

For the money I paid. I would say the best hotel in pune… Room prices are too good… Upkeep, service, amenities available as required. You should go for Aurora towers as compared to other big branded hotels.

Good place to wait back as an overnight guest. Cannot speak about the food as I couldn't eat anything here. Rooms are clean and quite comfortable for overnight stay.

It is a well maintained place. Went there for my professional session. The staff is really professional and the facilities are well maintained. The location is also very good. Overall a decent place to be at.

A good hotel nice location. Rooms are very well maintained. Pool clean and beautiful. Food is super. Only the staff had to be a more courteous, mainly at the reception desk also well informed when the guest has a booking via any site. Room service up to the mark.

The location is very good, easy to reach, very good service, rooms are good, first floor roof have too good views as well as maintained good. Food is ok. Very good meeting rooms and banquet service also very good. Main thing I notice is easy to reach and very clean atmosphere.

Easily noticeable from the traffic. Plenty of room options. Consider travel apps and websites for exclusive deals. Good food options and staff members are really helpful. Very late room service. They would take 2 hours for serving a basic Veg Lunch or Dinner.

Rooms too stincking of pesticide. Hotel is good but staff is less. Food too expensive and service not as per charged. We has asked for whiskey and the ice was given in glass this is not the way a 4* or 3* hotel serves. Even the average hotels have ice buckets. Breakfast spread was good and food quality was also good. Kindly imporve the service and staff. No place for drivers to sleep. Every 3* or 4* has driver dormetry or bed provision (which is charged and some places free) but this hotel asked us to book another hotel for driver or let him sleep in the car.

Very nice place to stay. And near to Pune railway Station… Booked our rooms through GoIbibo and the pricing was very very justified and affordable too.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Very good place. Clean, tidy, and good room automation. Tip — Ask for the rates before eating anything from the fridge. Nothings complimentary here. All over whatever comes under this price, is great.

Food is good and rightly priced Good for family dinner and lunch Nearby Market Street is good for shopping to make it perfect for group social get gathered I will recommend this place right in the centre of the city and great hospitality.

Really nice place, friendly staff, cozy rooms, rooftop garden and pool. The food is really good, though on the expensive side. Overall I enjoyed my stay here, definitely recommend it.

Good ambience at both the in-house restaurants. Menu has some interesting cocktail options at the Aqua Lounge. Courteous and helpful staff.

The only good thing about the hotel was the location. The rooms looked good in the pics but were disappointing. The bathrooms looked old and the beds had bed bugs. Both my wife and I were bit. The Wi-Fi was also patchy. The breakfast was OK though. All in all I really expected more from the hotel. Never going back there.

Beautiful place. Great ambiance. Surroundings are great for shopping and eating. It's at one end of MG road hence it is very easy to do shopping here.

It's my second visit there and both for attending conference n meet. The conference hall is spacious n also upto the mark. The arrangements are also fine and well taken care off. Considering the food quality, I had brunch and too lunch. Both in the pool side location which add a bit more taste to the food o guess … the food quality is good but there is room for improvement. The best part of this hotel is its location… if you go there den for sure u will end up purchasing alot of sweets and savories.

The Coffee Shop at the hotel… Nice place to get some work discussions done — over a tea/coffee/cold drink. Peaceful and good! :) (y)

I was visiting Hotel Aurora Towers for my book launch event and as I was new to the city, the staff was very helpful. It had a spectacular entrance. The ambience was good and the interiors were classy. Also we had our lunch there and it was very much delicious. Overall a very good Hotel. A "must go" one.

Location is good for people who like shopping. There are a lot of restaurants as well nearby. It is very near to Pune station. The rooms were clean and spacious, so was the bathroom. The swimming pool and garden were welcoming. Breakfast was decent. They have a restaurant that serves limited food for people who like to eat late at night. Apart from this, they have a cake shop and sweet shop on their entrance.

Whenever I have visited this place my experience has been pleasant. May it be aqua lounge or restaurant it was always fun to be here. Nice ambaince, cordial and good service.

Excellent property in the heart of the city in Camp Area. Courteous staff. Had arranged a meeting there, good spacious well equipped auditorium. Good food, excellent ambience, smooth conference with no hiccups. Throughout staff were present to help in any support required.

It is located in Pune Camp area. Good one Hotel. As per price it is costly. Good service. Safely location mostly at night.

Arora Tower may not look very impressive from outside but from inside this something else. I stayed in this Hotel for a night wid my friend, & Experienced a level up which I never expected. Nice lobby n very helpful staff specially Mr. Ashley who has taken care us like a small baby. The best thing I liked much is his smiling face. Rooms are very good in terms of ambience and cleaning. Loved it. Very excited to visit again.

It's a good hotel for taking your family for the great evening dinner plans. Food quality is very good and taste also. The conference hall is also good. You will experience a good hospitality if you are planning any conference meeting.

The hotel is nice and lovely ambience. Service was good and food was lovely but nothing unusual. It was always an average hotel and they maintained well.

Hotel Aurora towers is situated within the city center in Pune. Good place to stay and all the places in Pune are within reach from it's location. They have pretty good restaurants and the daily buffet breakfast is awesome. Good quality rooms with various options available. Also have conference rooms for business meetings. Overall a good place to stay.

Its a good place burlt if you are having a huge function and you want a dance floor it feels small. For a guest list of about 200 it might be just perfect.

Never expected such warm courteousy, superb staff, best housekeeping. They need to only work on the food varieties, as so far the menu option is limited, but they have a 24 hours veg food option available, if you want to cling into midnight snacks. Room are excellent, neat, clean and worth stay.

Excellent hotel, rooms are cozy spacious, neat tidy and clean. Centralized AC, free Wi-Fi, restaurant services good, bathrooms are very clean, and staffs are courageous.

The staff is completely professional. Service is excellent with time management. The location is around MG Road which has a lot of shops and eateries.

It's at a good location coz it's MG road, but the management and owners are all for money even to regular customers. I think if the management and few guys change they would do much better business. No complaints with hotel staff, food n cleanliness. The 3 stars I have given is just for the room service n house keeping staff. For management it's a big 0. Would never visit again. Try Sagar plaza instead.

Location is good… airport and railway station are not far away. Rooms are spacious. Front desk staffs are cooperative. There are ample scope to improve the Room service and House keeping. Breakfast is good but almost same items are served day after day. There should be more variety. Taste of food is below average. Lots of improvement can be done to get the highest rating from real guest.

Hotel is located in the midst of a very busy market place. There are good shopping and eating possibilities around. The hotel itself has only one restaurant which is not particularly good. The terrace garden and swimming pool on the top are exquisite. There is scope for improvement in general cleanliness and hygiene.

I have been here for couple of time but on monday something happened wierd with me & even I belong from hospitality industry I came here after my job I was completely tired at the time when I was entering in hotel the staff of the hotel stoped me from entering just because he thought I am not dressed up in three piece suit I can't enter in hotel *** ( ( (my clothes was little messed up) ) ) ***seriously guys u need to work on the hotel staff they doesn't the know the basic etiquites of hospitality I would rate you zero if der was option for zero. I will suggest to people not to visit to this place & am not going visit again to your property …

An iconic place in pune, excellent location, so much more can be done with this place, the food is always good here and staff is nice and prompt in service, a must visit if you are in this part of town.

I recently attended a wedding reception on the 1st Floor (pool side area called the 7th Heaven). It is amazing to experience the greenery around even when you are up there. The food was amazing, the setup and service was good too.

It has pool inside. It is shop nearby. Shop are Easily accessible.

I did not go there, but I worked for almost half year in its building where my previous office used to be. As a spectator I know its high class hotel with great ambience.

After staying at Trident Nariman Point the night before this place is trash. I know I can't compare the two but the least you can do is keep it clean. The rooms, the hotel, the elevators everything is dirty. The only good thing is it's location on MG road, which is walking distance to a lot of fun stuff.

I stayed in Room 200 on 6th Dec. And encountered following problems — 1. The bathroom door is broken and no one came to attend after reporting the problem. 2. A portion of the wall has seepage and results in suffocation in room. 3. The bed cover had a large spot on it and the water glass was dirty and cracked. 4. Service during food was bad — no one attends you, food was cold and half of the items are out of stock before half of the people in a party have eaten. 5. The staircase doors don't have handles which is not only irritating but a potential fire hazard. 6. The staff is indifferent at best. Also, when I asked for feedback form, the front office person (Rituraj) said they are out of stock. There are far better options available, stay away from this one. I will.

Location at the top of MG Road is excellent. While not what it once was, the hotel still gives a nice relaxing place to stay.

Certainly a home like feel at the hotel. Excellent service, good food, and friendly staff. Centralized location to all shopping amenities. Looking forward to stay here again in future. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Seriously disappointed and disheartened with this hotel : ( The coffee shop captain is a punk. Has no manners and is ready to abuse and humiliate the customers. The captain and the lousy staff is truly a disgrace.

Maintenance and housekeeping required. No proper supervision. Facilities good and hotel good. Reception staff amd front office excellent.
