Worst no privacy, normal room structure.

Colonial style Hotel, Excellent Food, Decent Rooms, Beautiful Dining Area. Good Location.

Very nice Gujarati food and service very good and fast, food is tasty and healthy with average cost.

Ok type, old furniture, slow Wi-Fi, food options are not good, free breakfast menu is limited and not good.

Ample amount of space, silence zone, greenary. Even you can have a meeting along with tea for longer time as it's not crowdy.

Vintage kind of building very old construction but nice rooms very spacious. But no room service after 9.30 which is not good. Staff behavior is customer friendly restaurant is also good.

Hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city. Very convenient for business travelers. In house food quality is good. Property is basically traditional and will definitely benefit by doing a complete facelift.

It's an ancient property and I would say it is aging quite well but Wi-Fi is not good. Yes it's a good place for business stays in my opinion.

Good ambience, giving a Look of old british time houses. Location of the hotel is also very close to Pune railway station and many of local sight seeing places. Serves good vegetarian food.

Good, clean rooms. Well maintained space. Bathrooms and washrooms are clean and has 24hrs hot water provision which is the best thing. Plus if you are hungry this place also has a eatery of its own.

We visited the restaurent and didnt stay in the hotel. The food is good and the ambience is awesome. Gujarati thali was a let down for me but the punjabi food is really good. Parking space is a problem but the hotel staff tries to help you out. Recommend to sit outside and not in the AC rooms for a lunch or dinner. Go there with family for some family time.

The rooms are great, well maintained beds, clean sheets, it is located close to Pune station, so easily accessible, and services are good, with great food.

It was wonderful experience… everytime I visit ritz I find something awesome… people should definitely visit this hotel.

Extremely poor maintained rooms and washrooms. Not even basic amenities like tea/coffee maker etc. Rooms have very low lighting. Restaurant is vegetarian only. Overall not a great experience. Only Good thing is that it is near to railway station but still not walkable. Need to take an autorickshaw.

A good hotel in heart of Pune… The real old pune… Heritage feel. Good food and value for money.

If you want to have a quite dinner on a Sunday evening then this is the place. Limited option on menu but test is very good. Worth a spend.

I just visited the resturant as I m a localite the hospitality was good but hunger doesn't satisfy with it, Food was not good we had ordered thali it was not delecious at all.

Good quality of Gujrathi Thali. Also well maintained bungalow type hall.

A vintage property, feels nice to some and spooky to others. Rooms are okay, definitely not worth what you pay for though.

Awesome old styled bungalow based hotel, they also have in house travel booking office which required one day prior notice for taxi bookings, very convenient location and help full staff.

Neatly maintained. Breakfast is complimentary, but don't expect much. Check out time is 12 Noon.

I know this place in very well manner Staff is sometime very good but sometime behave very unprofessionally. If you want to conduct any business meet then it is the best place to do. Otherwise not suggest to everyone.
