Okey okey all staff is good.

Good place for a night stay and cooperative staff.

Bait and switch fraud! After I just booked with Goibibo for a 5 day stay and confirmed booking, I showed up and the manager gave me a tiny room with single bed instead of queensize bed. When I stated that I booked and paid a queensize bed in a standard room. Then he said all booked, no more room but this tiny room (probably for hotel staff's own use). I was flabbergasted, but I was tired so I agreed to take the tiny room. Then the manager said, no key, so I should leave and find myself another hotel and go get refund from whomever I booked with! Wow! what an attitude for this hotel manager! He basically said to the effect that I had to leave his hotel, no room for me, go find another elsewhere yourself! So I called Giobibo to report this incident. They upgraded me to another hotel nearby! But I would encourage all foreign tourists to stay away from hotel Kanchan Palace because the entrance is full of weird people downstairs, and the hotel manager is just FULL of it with BAD attitude! 絕對不要上這骯髒旅館的當, 服務態度差到極點!

Good service and rooms. Charges are also reasonable. Just that, the locality isn't that good.

Are the hotel is centrally located so the airport and railway station is nearby. If you wanted to visit nearby mall and wanted to do shopping this place is good for that because of its location. Room are neat and clean.

Its a good Chinese restaurent. You will find all kind chinese food here. North east people will love it.

No lift facilities for 2nd florr.

Good Things : Cleanliness, Food is tasty Things I didn't like : There is no customer service attitude, staff talks as if they are doing favor by giving the room. Another instance I didn't like is, even though the booking is done online, the receptionist takes signature and thumb print. When asked why the thumb print, he didn't bother to explain and ignored me. Even after asking for Wi-Fi password for three times, he kept giving me a Wi-Fi name which did not exists. Attendants are so rude that they don't even knock before entering the room. They don't accept cards, that's another thing that ticked me off. Room keys are not given unless you ask. Not sure how come this hotel is rated 4/5 on goibibo but I didn't experience that kind of hospitality. I would only recommend this hotel if one has no option left, otherwise don't bother.

This is normal clean hotel and at a very good location. Only problem here is small rooms and shabby neighbourhood. Well if you want cheap rooms inside the city and a location which is accessible from most parts of ahmedabad you can come here. Hotel staff is good but bachelors may face problem here. BTW Unmarried couples strictly not allowed.
