Very very uncomfortable stay… Poor management, poor behaviour of manager and staff… 1. Room dirty — clean after request. 2. Bed sheet torn and dirty — change after request. 3. Bath room not hygenic. 4. Mug dirty and without handle. 5. Looking glass of bath room reqd change or clean. 6. No internal telephone conection. 7. Request for menu card, not provide. (stay without dinner) 8. No TV in service, 3-4 times request to manager till 24 hrs of my stay. (no response) I watched news on mobile. 9. No hot water. (Early morning I have quit the hotel and shift to another hotel) @ To Kanchan Hotel Management — — Mein subah morning railway station se auto se hotel pahuncha. Perhapes It is my big mistake. Auto wala ne hotel manager se baat kiya. Chhota sa room, jismein ek single bed laga tha. 1000/ — rate bataya. Maine kha jyada hai. 900 — 800 — 700 — 600 last fix kar diya. Wo bhi auto wale ke ishare par. Mujhe aisa lag raha the hotel ka owner Auto riksha wala hai aur manager noukar. Mujhe mazboori thi. Ruka… aur room aur service ke bare mein pehle hi bata diya. I request you. Aapka business hai. Thik hai. Par customer ko gumrah na karen. Thage nahin. Jo aspke rates hain. Uske mutabik kaam karen. Jo internet par aap publicity karte ho, vo kyon…?
