Four Points Four Points by Sheraton Ahmedabad

They are what we call crooks. On Jan 30, 2021 I made a reservation for my parents to stay at their hotel for 1 night (Feb 6 — Feb 7), within 2 hrs my parents advised me that the reservation was supposed to be for Feb 7 — Feb 8. I promptly changed the reservation on Booking. Com. My parents went and stayed there and they charged my Dad’s credit card. Everything seemed fine until I received an email from Booking. Com suggesting I was a no show at Sheraton. Sheraton did not confirm the stay with Booking. Com. WOW!
Anyway, I confirmed that the stay was completed as booked and my father was charged for it. Then after a couple of weeks of that, Sheraton charged my credit card. I spoke with Booking. Com, they called Sheraton numerous times and every time Sheraton keeps telling them I had 2 bookings, whereas I had only one booking. I have emails and reference numbers to prove that. Sheraton Ahmedabad should be ashamed of this. I knew there was corruption in India, but this is beyond ridiculous. Shameful.

I had been there for a professional event. The location is good to connect with other parts of the city. Good hotel ambience with customer supporting hotel staff. It was my first visit to Four points by Sheraton and I am quite glad to discover a new place in my city worthy of catching up with friends.

Hi all, room is decent but food is good and economically priced. Please do try Thai Chicken Satay — its one of thr best I liked. All people are helpful and cooperative.

A old property in the city centre. Courtesy and polite staffs. A good spread of breakfast. It was Independence Day and light good decorations Independence day theme.

Bakwas food. Not worth going and spending so much of money on dry and contaminated deserts, pastries and stickey noddles.
Once the food item finishes on the counter, it never gets refilled.

The sweetest staff ever! Stayed here for three days. Though it was a business trip, the staff here make you feel at home! Special mention to the restaurant manager who's restaurant we had dinner for 3 nights. He came to us and other diners just to make sure everything is all right and we are comfortable! Rooms are comfy and clean!

This is my favourite hotel in Ahemdabad owing to the proximity it has from city center. Location is perfect if you have too many meetings to cover in a single day. It's approx 14 kms from airport. The service, food & stay was nice and comfortable. The hotel will try to provide you effortless and seamless stay right from check-in to check out. If you are regular, the only thing required for check-in is signature. They retain your id card copy for easy check-in. The hotel staff are friendly.

Spacious rooms, clean, hygienic, good food, ball rooms and meeting rooms are well equipped. Door access had some issues in quite few rooms so I had to relocate in another room. Rest was fine.

Superb service and awesome preparation. Ambience could have been better but there is definitely value for money. We were there during south Indian food festival and was quite content with the authenticity and variety of food.

I visited this place to attend conference and found nice facility of halls and boardroom here. Food at restaurant was nice and well planned. Staff were courteous and service was excellent. Can have various option for meetings.

Went to chill at late night with my better half… I swear by this place for amazing sizzling brownie experience. Bit pricey but again the ambience, service and the food makes it worth.

Overall good place to stay for couple of days. Descent amenities for the price. Good food and close to airport. Neat and clean rooms. Fitness centre is good enough. Added amenities like spa might attract more trendy crowd. Need better set of towels in bathroom.

Good parking facility available. Good banquet hall with excellent food & services available, but the hotel is difficult to locate from road in traffic.

Good please to stay on holidays or mean period of transition. Have visited once but the overall service found is good. Easy to locate. Customer engagement and response of staff is quite good. Parking is also available for small or big vehicles.

Really nice, contemporary hotel. And delicious chai which is always a question in a nice hotel. Overall the room was perfect and puts any four points in the US to shame. The staff were lovely and very helpful too. I had a late night flight and so hung out for a couple of hours in the lobby as I was sitting working, the bell hop brought over a bottle of water for me unprompted. It's the little details that made the whole, but very short stay, so great.

The worst place I have ever been to. Zomato should give the provision of negative ratings. I would rate this place in the negatives. So here is the bad experience: I went there at around 23:30. There was limited staff and by the looks of it I received what was expected i. E. Poor service. That could be dealt with in a way so I ignored it without losing my calm. Moving ahead to menu. Almost 70℅ of the items on the menu were not available. Anyhow I settled to order a pizza. The …pizza was delivered after 45 minutes and was served cold. I called the guy who took the order and complained about the condition the food was served. He looked at it and didn't even say sorry. I asked him if it was fresh and not frozen. He admitted that the pizza base was frozen. After 15 minutes the pizza was served again (the same one out of which I had taken a bite. Crazy). Here's where it gets really creepy. A living INSECT pops out of the pizza and is moving on one of the slices. I immediately called the waiter and showed him the insect. He immediately took the pizza to the kitchen. Unfortunately my phone was out of juice otherwise I would have recorded a video and had given it to the media who would have created a big scene of the hotel. I went to report a complaint to the hotel's front desk. The guys on the reception seemed high on something because I was an invisible being to them. They barely even listened to what I was complaining about.

Cozy place to stay. Breakfast is very good with wide options. Has a small parking available.

Stayed for 7nights and had a great stay… good food… very responsive staff… once air conditioner stopped working after Coming back from outside that was little uncomfortable but fixed in few mins… overall good and great staff. Will definitely come back…

Clean rooms, great room service. We travelled with our 11 month old baby & they were very accommodating with breakfast. Great range of breakfast options for vegetarians, a bit repetitive though. Pretty much the same foods every other day, but still tasty.   Report.

Comfort, good service, location, good food are the technical things present here to lead in industry… but the team work — positive vibes — ready to help attitude — good communication of team (from security to chef) are the plus points that leave a deeper impression on the guest… specially for those who are not so comfortable to leave home! Thank you 4 points… Specially front office team for making my day so easy and comfortable!

Nice hotel. Room is nice and clean. Toilet and shower are very nice. Staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet is nice with a lot of variety. Please try the Dosa with potatoes. The Cheff came specially to my table and asked if I need any special thing to be made for me.

Dinner was above average. They had multitude of options in veg starters, main course and desserts, but such was not the case in case of non-veg items. Overall a good experience, but the services do have some scope of improvement!

I'm enjoying it here. Staff are friendly and getting upgraded to a suite probably helps. Airport pickup was smooth and getting a car for the day wasn't crazy expensive. I enjoyed the (often rather empty) dinning room — a reasonable range of cuisines, nicely prepared. No, the place isn't built like a hotel in Zurich, but it's on the good end of the quality range for India.

Great hospitality! Yummilecious food… loved d way dey just stand by ur side n more than happy to just help their guests with a smiling gesture. Loved d way dey made me n my three n a half year old lil one comfortable during our dining experience. Right from making der conference room to a nursing room (especially for Me! ).
This is the fourth time visit to this place n it has never disappointed me!

Being from the Starwood Preferred Guest group, Four Points lives upto it's expectations. Friendly staff. Nice ambiance and it's quite a view from the top floors. Suites are huge and pretty well maintained.

This is not the highest quality hotel in Ahmedabad but I've found it to be friendly and welcoming, something other hotels St this rating don't do well. That said, rooms are well appointed and of a decent enough size, breakfast is very good and served by staff who help without that feeling they are going to sit at the table and feed it to you! I shared for 2 weeks in June 2015 and then a week in July as well. With excellent Wi-Fi is a great place for business travel.

Amazing food any time you go in. This place is heaven for food. Reasonably priced and always open with great staff. I have always made sure to visit them to celebrate all important occasions ever since I have been in Ahmedabad. Their North Indian cuisine is amazing and worth trying out. You may have to wait for some time for the dish to be served but then good things take time to prepare. Authentic preparations. Don't miss it.
