Hotel is good. Rooms are average. Restaurant food and restaurant staff behavior is poor. Avoid eating at restaurant Inhouse. Many good restaurants outside good food and cheaper also.

We had a two wonderful and amazing days stay at the resort. Well maintained property with a awesome swimming pool. Beach is just nearby from the resort (5 min walking distance). Food is very good and delicious. Staff is very cooperative. Games room for kids is missing (please do something about it). Overall a fantabulous stay at the resort. Surely we will come soon. Thanks guys. Loving it.

I give 1 star because of the way reception treats people, there is one rude reception girl. They keep an Alsatian dog chained most of the day near reception, it is very unfair on the dog. Because of this he's aggressive when he's unchained, a few instances he manages to unchain himself and is a danger to guests and passers by, on a few occasions I've seen him loose and try to attack women and children on scooters. In a heated exchange this reception girl that he's a big dog and dangerous and intimidating to guests and passers by, she told me to "shut my mouth" and mind my own business"… It is my business when I see animals treated like this. I would report the dog but I feel bad for its treatment already, they clearly shouldn't have a dog that size chained up all day. More upmarket than the smaller "leoney resort" and in ideal location for Vagator beach, it's only 3 minutes walk, the resort has all mod cons.

Enjoyed the stay. We went for first time to Goa and stayed in The Grand Leoney Resort for 3 days. Service was good. Food was above average. But they charges for very small small things. Comparing the same with other Hotels. Place is just awesome.

It was a lovely stay inspite of all small Indian quirks like random power outages or random bottled water delivery by house service. The staff was really nice and helpful in all matters. Rooms are clean and furnishings are pleasant. Recommend this hotel to family travelers with kids as outside activities may be excessively loud at night and the buildings are good in terms sound proof as well.

Ambience is good, but poor service & food quality is not good.

Terrible place! Breakfast was very good. Cold fried eggs, or one cold pancake, that's all. I never cleaned in the room, we all washed there, bought rags. We went to a dirty room. The bathroom under was littered, the water did not leave. There was a frog in it =) ) as it did not expelled, she returned back, loved her in the end =) The walls are cardboard, and in this hotel live our compatriots who prefer to sit in the room and thump, all night figuring out the relationship. Even their $30 a day, this place is worth it.

One of the best resort I must say in Goa. Very good room service. N a good parking area for hired vehicles. It is located at 5 mins. Walking distance from Vagator beach. Was so happy to stay here.

Beautiful resort with standalone cottages. The swimming pool has a small bar near it. A great place to relax. The service was amazing and the staff is very helpful. The place is almost always booked, so make the reservations couple of months in advance.

I enjoyed staying. Kitchen is expensive. Late night house keeping not available. On the whole a nice cozy place. Will love to go back again.

This is not a 3 star hotel, but rather a guesthouse.

Location is little far from Centre and for everything you have to go back. Place is peaceful, no crowd. This resort is good, nice rooms, good staff. Food is ok. Massage parlour is adjacent. Bikes on rent is available within resort. Rooms are big and proper ventilation is there.

The Indians made noise all night! After calling the front Desk had no reaction followed! Very bad! Periodically during the entire stay, the light was turned off! At check in tried to give a smaller number than was paid for by us!

Little bit away from beach. Rooms are big. Food is good. Overall a great experience.

I check in at 12-00 had to walk 5 hours and wanted to shower and sleep for that minus one star.

Awesome place.! Just 5 minute walk to nearest beach, I strongly recommend this place as it's really calm and Serene! We visited there with three other families and indeed we had a pleasant stay! Cheers to the staff… Keep it up guys!

Amazing place… Located near to vagator beach… Nice big rooms… Good pool… Staff is very hospitable… Cleanliness and hygiene standards are excellent… In house restaurant has nice variety of dishes… though there are more places in vicinity to have food.

It's been 5 days staying in this finest resort. You will never regret after check in to Grand Leoney. Excellent staff, specially the Front desk. Well maintained premises, cottages and the pool. No hidden costs. 10 mins walk to Vagator beach. Restaurant food can be improved. In my stay didn't face any issues whether on electricity or hot water. Overall we have received 100% quality service 24/7 Rental vehicles provided by resorts. No insects in premises Safe resorts specially for family and couples. Above 5 stars for resort and the owner of this property.

We came with family. It's a lovely property. Very well maintained and very clean. Services are excellent. We would strongly recommend this place and very close to beach.

Value for money. Conveniently located around half a kilometre from the vagator beach. This place has individual cottages, that are spacious as well as well maintained. The swimming pool is inviting too, but the swimming pool open hours can be restrictive. Would like to revisit again.

It's a good property, but sadly the management has NO ethics. Imagine this, my flight got cancelled and I had to check out the previous day, I asked for a refund of the last day which they refused, THATS OK. I have no issues with that, but they booked the room for another guest even though I had prepaid full amount for the day already, they started forcing me to check out. EXTREMELY GREEDY MANAGEMENT! Goibibo team had to intervene in order to sort things out. So decent property, bad management. Over priced menu too.

The pool and rooms were nice. It's location is close to Anjuna, Baga, Vagator beach and Chapora fort. Since we visited in off season, the prices were low.

Decent resort and one can get good value for money during off season. Choose if you like to spend some quality time at a serene and quaint vagator beach.

Good place to stay. Comfortable cottages, friendly staff, 500 m from beach. Good restaurants nearby.

Nice hotel. The sea is 15 minutes on foot. Near the café with adequate prices. The rooms are clean and spacious, everything works. Nothing The rooms are clean. They don't steal. I liked.

Not a bad place, to the beach 20 minutes walk, near there is a shop, but the rooms are not very, some plumbing does not work, but the friendly staff ready to always help.

It is an alright place where you consider all dimensions to choose a place of stay. Standalone the property is spic and fine. The rooms are very spacious with a separate area for luggage. The additional bed comes with a movable bed and mattress than only matress. The staff is good. Food has improved. Good taste less variety and slight higher on price. Vagotar beach is walking distance. Food choices are plenty outside the property but limited in case if you are vegetarian. The location is extremely night toward north Goa. So if you wish to visit popular places in Goa (which are south Goa) then you are far off. They don't accept credit or debit card. Either online transfer or cash.

Its a really great hotel. One of the best that I have visited. A great place for families. Enjoyed it a lot must visit.
