Nice place nice locations.

Peaceful place, chilled atmosphere, good food, minutes away from Miramar beach. They have so many rooms, and the rooms are kept clean by the staff. One thing is that it's owned by the Goa government so you might find the room rates quite reasonable.

Nice ambience, good food at reasonable prices. This place is not to be missed if you are in goa :)

Beautiful sandy beach. Also there are plenty of fast food makers.

Food restaurant personalisation on Vinod and food quality is consistently same for past couple of years as I am visiting there every week.

The property is very close to the beach with well maintained lawns. Food is good and staff is courteous. Miramar is not very crowded like Calungute. Overall a good place to stay.

If you want to stay in city yet you want to stay near a beach, you can stay here, calm & cool, having swimming pool. Good restaurants Foodland & coffee shops with music during evening.

One of the good properties of GTDC, the best one is by far the calangute residency. Rooms are spacious, foodland resturant serves very good food. Some items are overpriced but it's the cost of the ambience also on top of it, so no complaints. The cottages are a turn off as it's cost is same as suites and room size is less than a normal AC room. So if you are a family of 3-4 choose AC rooms or AC suites. Pool is small but it's clean and gives a relaxing dip in cool water after the day's running around Goa.

Nice place. Typical of Gtdc. Will connected to the day tours to South and North. Food had been outsourced to well known food.

Decent place to be in, not to expect more but surely recommended to be in. Peaceful stay, closest to miramar beach. Cordial staff and quick service.

Room details are relatively unknown! Need to get your visibility in the market set right. Additionally, the restaurants have remained same old — same old! Time to shake up things at Foodland, offer something unique, something better! The additional space towards the gate opening at Miramar Beach can be used more intelligently and can be commercialized if thought upon :)

We stayed 3 nights at 2.5k per night. Great value for money. While the first impression was super negative, by the end of stay we lived the place.

Awesome place to stay in Goa. The scenic beach is just 50m from the resort. Fabulous staff and service is absolutely fantastic. This resort has a restaurant which makes really quality food. Rooms are spacious and with our own balcony.

Worst hotel in goa. Rooms are too small. Staff don't have manner at all I have book room 1month ago and when I reached there the booking cancelled The Wi-Fi is free for 20 min and the O. P. T is send to us in something 1-2 hour.

It was good, they said that they will provide free Wi-Fi but its is very weak and only available near the reception. Rooms are of good quality, nice AC, food is also good in foodland restaurant. But the thing I didn't like was the Wi-Fi was not so good.

Good hotel, nice location. Very good staff by gtdc standards. If calengute residency were 100, this place would be 80. The rooms are much older.
