Accommodation very very good.

I have been to this place for academic research along with friend. From what I saw the staff is friendly and co operative. They helped us out with our research. As for the hotel, it has a very good ambience.

This is also one of the casino. Excellent rooms. When you want to stay in luxury rooms you must book this hotel.

Good on-shore casino for Roulette lovers. This is an economical place with low minimum bets on the roulette tables. Those on a budget can skip the cruise casinos and visit this one instead. Drinks keep coming until you’re playing. ;)

A very good place to stay, especially for the people who gamble much. Check for offers, including pick up drop facilities. Ensure that you plan you day nicely. A good idea is to hire a cab for the whole day and go to the tourist places. Do not try to see every beach on the same day! Distribute time and plan well. This place is a little afar from a lot of intresting locations.

A great place to be at this place can make you and break you and most of the time has made my day great, also they have great things to offer you for free if you playing some games at their casino. One of my favourite dishes would be their chicken tikka that they have to offer it's great and also offer you a buffet if you playing good bids also they keep an eye on your state and don't let you splurge your money if you are not in your senses.

Good place with lots of machine and tables. Good for earning money if you know to play your cards well.

Good place to enjoy and play Roulette game. Live music which is not good for casino players. Mostly they distract players.

They let us in without checking ids… strange! Entry was 1500 per with 2 drinks nd 2 snack coupon per person. Limited machines and tables and that too old. Just ok ok …

Bad service and rude personnel. Didn't enjoy my stay there, and checked out within a day. The pool was so dirty it had vegetation growing. The spa wasn't functional and the casino was no more than average (to put it very nicely).

Good resort but small in size pool is small but good Casino is main attraction of this resort walking distance from beach but this beach have no crowd no facilities.

“Everything is good but under expectation! ” Stayed: February 2018, travelled as a family. Pros: — Breakfast was the highlight, it was really good. Also welcome drink at the reception counter was very good. Apart from this, staffs were warm, friendly and very helpful especially Mr. Manjunath at the front office reception, was so professional, friendly and considerate in making our stay as comfortable as possible. Excellent! Cons: — We didn’t expect to find dirty toilet when we arrive and we also smell the towels at the swimming pool as if someone used it and did take a bath for a week. On the 2nd night, we need to call the housekeeping for towels. These are the basic things that the hotel should provide. How can this happened in 5 stars hotel?

Great place to stay but is expensive. Price ranges from RS 5K — 10K per night with complementary breakfast. The rooms are spacious and extremely well furnished. The only downside is that the views from the rooms aren't great and it's not that near to popular tourist destinations. Else nothing to complain about.

We visited this resort with our parents and it really ticked all the boxes for us. Let's start with food, the staff has produced so many Goan delicacy as well as catered other cuisines including finger licking North Indian, Bengali and Chinese food.
In spite of its location at 5 minutes walking distance from the beach, it provided with sunbeds on request.
I would positively recommend this resort to my friends and I am sure they won't be disappointed.

Casino is very small but nice… there's a (sort of) private beach just 2 mins away. Staff is friendly… property is average bit value for money.

Beautiful hotel. Nice rooms and food. I loved the Spa Treatment, best in Panjim area. Very close to Dona Poula.

Had A Nice Time Here As It was New Year Eve And Also Was My Birthday The Staff Made It The Most Memorable Day. The Staff The Amenities Were Nice. Wish To Visit Again And Again.

Beautiful resort! If you want to enjoy a pleasant and peaceful vacation, then Chances resort would be a great choice. Rooms were big & very clean. Breakfast was best with fruits and good south Indian & North Indian dishes. There is enough space inside the resort for car parking. Vainguinim beach is 5 minutes walk behind the resort and the it is almost like a private beach mainly used by the resort guests. Had a great stay in the resort.

Nice bar with reasonable prices. Staff is courteous. Separate zone for smokers and non smokers. Family dining is also separate from the drinking lounge. Nice place to catch up with friends.

In casino on reception they did not mention free meal time (restaurant closing time) only says go play n after half n hour come back to reception n take your coupon, after complaining to authority they doesn't entertain.

Bad service. They charge extra money for small things that should be free.

Been here 5 times in couple of years… Every time I come here I do visit the casino. Fun time to play casino games like blackjack roulette horse race etc.

The casino entrance does not include food like the other casinos! The restaurant has good sizzlers but the seating is uncomfortable! They need to set a better package for families as not everyone wants to play in Casino!

Nice property at good location, in house casino (1000/ — entry, high liquor brand BsP), food average, you can enjoy property with nearest "dauna paula", panjim around 11km, Airport 25km.

We just got back from a family holiday at Chances Resort Goa. We had a very pleasant stay. The resort is bang on the beach. We had some fun times on the beach. The resort has been maintained well. The place seems to be popular, since occupancy was high. Good food and staff is also very courteous. All in all a good stay.

Not worth at all, AC temperature does go down than 22 as they made it on default And that too not working AC, we entered in the Room and room was not ready for the guest as AC was not functioning, Mini refrigerator was not their, tube lights were not working and after complain, they change the tube light in 30 min, they placed the mini refrigerator in 60 min. That too does not cool the water at all, when I have told them that this Refrigerator does not cool things, Receptionist state use the kitchen fridge as rooms Refrigerator has the limited temperature to choose And because of the faulty AC room temperature is going above 27, finally manage to change the room at night with the same issues in the other room too and they stated thats how it's has been designed. At the time of Dinner when we have asked for chilled water the kitchen guy said we don't have chilled water, rooms are so plain And has nothing that sooth the eyes, not even a 2 Star Hotel. Pool is not clean as it has insects in it. Not worth paying even 1000 for this type of room, Location is the only USP as beach is 5 min. Of walk.
