This is not a hotel don't go by pictures it's more like a dump room. There are only 3 people staff in the entire place. No room service only self service. No Kitchen. Dirty filthy swimming pool and whatever u ask for at the reception you get a Big NO. There is no Housekeeping. All you get is complimentary bottle of water that too doesn't get delivered to your room you need to go to the reception to collect it as the room intercom phones are not working. Staff is Rude n behave as if they r doing some favour on us. Strictly avoid this hotel unless you want to spoil you Vacation just like we did.

Its the most pathetic place in Calangute. Have been to goa many a times but have never seen such bad hospitality. No matter what you ask the management the answer is "NO". All they give u complimentary is 1 bottle of water that too wont be delivered to your room. I was given a room on the first floor for 4 nights, when I requested the manager to deliver the bottle in my room the answer I received was "Sir the reception is not far away, you can come down and collect the bottle no ". All in all the hotel is a chaddar badlu hotel at a higher price with no hospitality and service of any kind.

The place has good architectural work and very nice rooms. For the single boys groups, it is a good place to stay but it doesnt have any kind of service. Not even a single water bottle is provided in the room. Everything you have to go to the reception and ask for. So ideally, it is not suitable for family people. But for groups of boys it is good because they dont interfere in anything you do, unlike other hotels. And above all its affordable! Flat 999 only!

Do not fall for the first look of this resort this resort looks very good from experience that is very bad actually. It is made up very beautifully but maintenance is zero as if the owner never wanted to maintain it. some rooms are bit spacious but most of the rooms are very small congested and thinking they will give you bad stained bed sheets pillow covers and towels. they don't have kids and they don't have intercourse every time you want something from then you have to go down the stairs and ask for it. If you ever order it over here it will take more than 20 to 25 minutes plus he will eat your head literally to pay for the tea, as if we will run away with his 30 rupees. overall a pathetic place to stay the only one star I'm giving it for its location because the Candolim beach is at a walkable distance from this resort.

It's a good place to stay. The pool is a good play spot. Very nearer to candolim beach and restaurants and bars near by.

Worst Experience. Dont book online. Just visit the resort and it will be far cheaper than the online booking. Resort is not that good. Swimming Pool has broken tiles. My friend was bleeding badly due to that broken tiles and the resort was not having first aid box also. I will say don't visit this. Keep this your very last option.

We enjoyed our stay here, the rooms are good but frequent power outage was a problem in goa and also there was no generator so it was boring to wait for power to be back. But as compared to other rooms in that area this was affordable and with swimming pool!

Very very rude owner / manager… I have been to hotels ranging from 500Rs To 20000Rs But never seen anyone so rude… It's like he is doing favor by allowing us to stay…

Horrible experience… The entire staff are rude they won't give a proper reply I request not to stay in this hotel as the room are not cleaned and no Wi-Fi signal in the room, swimming pool not cleaned. Overall rating would be 0/5 because hotel incharge and staff are useless.

Quite nice place to stay at goa. Everything available what needs for holiday. Pool. Tv. Ac. Not Wi-Fi though.

This hotel is not good. Many problems for electricity. Very worst place. No kitchen.

Worst hotel with no proper staff there is no bell boy to pick your luggage. This hotel spoiled my vacation.

Unclean swimming pool. No food services. Ac not working so we were shifted to another room Where ac was working but TV was defunct. No power back up so ac was useless. No "best offer" offered at arrival. Impolite staff. Felt unwelcomed at arrival. Avoid off season visits here. Rest everything was fine.

Advantages: Modest quiet hotel. The Hosts are friendly. Met quickly. Very convenient location of the hotel-close to two supermarkets and the central road to the beach, pharmacy, currency exchange with advantageous rates (in the same building, where the pharmacy and Newtons), three steps from the hotel sell cheap excursions. The rooms are Cleaned daily.
Old murdered rooms, met in a dirty room with sand on the floor. Breakfast is very modest, if you do not come to the beginning of breakfast, you can only stay with omelets and toasts with butter/jam (in 10 minutes already disassemble most of the food).
In The photo All kinds of breakfasts in a maximum set. Food is monotonous, there is no choice.

Room were okay type… Bedsheets and towel were not so clean. Hospitality of staff could be improved. Beach is walkable from here. Breakfast was three pieces of bread with omelette and Jam. It seemed like breakfast is served like this in most of places in Goa.

Good spacious rooms but no room service. Attendent was least bothered about your issues. No blanket. Only bed sheets… No room cleaning… Pocket friendly. Close to beach.

It's near to Candolim beach. Amenities are good.

The hotel sootvetstvuyut (3 stars) pool clean in the morning, the Internet is at the reception of admin gives the password, the rooms are cleaned only on request, the paper put in the toilet too, only at the request, in General, a double room on the second floor with a balcony and views of the pool and hotel grounds vpechatlaet, India is admin a good old man, radam have a store of water, where you can exchange money, to the beach 7 minutes walk. The number of animals there at night to the toilet crawled America yellow) ) ) if late in the evening on her way back from a walk on the ceiling you can see them is not a real number at first it freaked me out that falls on his head, but used they just sleep on the ceiling in the common passage. Overall very pleased and a safe there we sold things for a fee on site, estt camera is a plus +

Location is ok. There is unpaved road directly to a secluded part of Calangute beach (400m walking). The reception staff in the night is a real zombie. He comes in the evening with liquor. In the night gets heavily drunk and sleeps on the floor besides the reception counter. The beds had damp smell. Washroom's washbasin was choked up. Only plus point is the location.

Nice hotel. A lot of russians. Good breakfast. Impressive view.

Away from the road. Not a bad pool. Close to the beach. Very large beds 180 cm! There is a balcony. Cleaning on request. Breakfast is not good but it is not scary. Would have come back to this hotel.

Great, compact hotel. Breakfast was good. Rooms with a balcony. In the room refrigerator, air conditioning, ceiling fan. TV with USB input, you can watch your flash drives. The beach is 5-7 minutes away, the same as the central road.

Great hotel. Well located, on the central street which leads directly to the sea with numerous labalise and shops. The hotel can prepare your shrimp and fish.

Rested in January, 2018. Breakfasts are ordinary in Indian style, rooms are nice, air con, fan TV, fridge, great 2 uspalnaja bed and one half. Cleaned every day. The staff is polite and will always tell you how. If we fly again to Goa then probably there!

The hotel is dirty. But very nice that it is in a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle. Green and the night is fresh. The rooms are dirty and they are not cleaned. In the morning the food is monotonous. The pool is not clean but you can swim. Doljazha not far away 7 minutes walk. The beach is gorgeous. The service is very good. In some cheat on money be careful on the cheque. And in general all is not bad if not zagonjatsja and all to wash.

Good hotel. It is a small boutique hotel with a swimming pool. Located in a very good area — the centre of Candolim. The beach is only 200-300 meters from the Resort.

Very nice place. Dont expect quick service. No parking, but public parking available near 150 mtrs. Beach at walking distance. Overall nice.

It's very good location. In the beginning of beach road and coner of main road. Hotel in principle normal, but not always clean. Breakfast is not good. Main visitors are from Russia.

Kitchen is open till 10pm only Location is perfect walking distance from the beach.

The hotel is fully compliant with 3, 5 stars. There is an opportunity to check in up to 12 hours ($20 per room) rooms 44-45 are huge. There are two huge beds each. Breakfasts! Toasts. Watermelon mango juice for everyone. For girls at the reception repeat 2-4 times) only on English. The courtyard is well-groomed and clean. It's 7 minutes to the beach. Nearby sell fruit (if laziness go to the market)

My favorite place in Mahabalipuram! been there twice so far and both the time met my expectations. The staff is very courteous, friendly and at times goes out of the way to help and assist. Thank you guys! you made my stay in Mahabalipuram wonderful!

My husband Mr. D'souza is working in sea breeze resort as a manager. He is a rude and crazy man. From the last 3 years he is having a ball with Russian ladies. Since he is a manager he can even go to their room and have a nice time. Just because he works like a dog his Owner Mr. Couto has left everything up to him. I have seen his photos with Russian ladies hugging and kissing them in their rooms. I had no problem with the photos until I saw his dirty text messages with the Russian ladies. When I got their number I text them and told them about my husband, but instead of trying to understand my problem they sent all my messages back to him and instead of blocking him, they blocked me. Some of them are Larisa, Kritisia, etc I don't know the names of other Russian ladies. After that he created problem for me in the house. Recently in October 2017 when I came to know that he is having a nice time with a Russian lady Alina I went to his resort. After that he hit me on my head with a stool and wanted to kill me like a crazy man. I just want all the Russian ladies to know that he is a crazy man who doesn't care for his wife and son. I spoke to the owner's wife but no action is taken as yet and he's continuing the same thing. Me and my son have been chased out of the house. All the staff (boys) talk had about him and they have spread the news that he is a big flirt, but they are very good to him on his face.

Superb… Just loved it… Damn! There service, food, everything was good. Very cool, clean and calm place… Little bit expensive.

Everything is normal in the hotel. Entrances to separate rooms outside, swimming pool inside, but the plumbing all leaks. Plus the fact that the rooms are large, all have a bunch of sockets.

Hearty breakfasts, attentive, polite staff, clean pool and grounds, housekeeping on demand. Only speak English.

Very bad service this hotel no TV cable no Wi-Fi work bed seat not clean towel very bad in bathroom no shop shampoo this is not a like 3 stare hotel this is like just hotel like no room service on time no tea coffee at room no water bottal room this is just worth like 1000 par night only.

We got to know about this place from goibibo app and we got the rooms for some 13k in the monsoon season. This resort is little inside. You have to take a left from the church which is in the middle of the road in Calangute. Service was really bad and rooms were okok not that great.

This place is very good for families and civilized young chaps. Cozy, elegant and with all necessary documents of a hotel.

Goa is not so much developed, according to hotel cost it is fine to stay.

Please don't even give it a "try". Pathetic hotel, very rude "staff & owner". Not even basic amenities available in the rooms. Hot water also not provided for bath. Parking is not available. Not at all recommended, charges is very high as per cost no one service there, room is not clean it is very dirty.

The rooms are good but the services are not up to the mark. Only one waterbottle per day regardless of the number of people in the room.

Appears to be value for money. If you are looking for low budget 2.5 star hotel with pool. You can't find anything else at this price.

I liked everything, we took the farthest room away from the pool and not lost, as I was advised to do so, the pool almost until morning are drinking.

Worst service and no room services. Wasted lots of money while staying there.

Don't be fooled with the name. Beaches are far from this place. There is no kitchen and they server only paid Breakfast. So if you are choosing this place better consider your dinner and lunch plan check. It has pool which we enjoyed and there is no restrictions as such in pool area so you can booze, smoke and have your own pool party, I will consider that as big plus point.

The reason for 2 star is pool, otherwise I would have given 1 Star. The room was smelly, mosquito laden, the toilet had water gushing everytime I flushed (Room No. 43) The bed was broken partially room No 50. The tea was pathetic. The only breakfast they had was bread omlette. You have to go till reception for Room Service and cleaning.

I loved it. The place was great and the staff were very accomodating and friendly.

This time it was jus 5 of us friends all boys to visit GOA and we took at chance at this hotel and hoped for the best services from them at the reasonable price we paid for the rooms and we were really very satisfied by the services, moreover the location of the hotel is closer to the beach, swimming pool was great and they even had a restaurant n bar jus next to the pool, if u looking for a budget hotel to stay for a longer visit then this the hotel Jus go for it.

Okay, but the breakfast is so close to Scheck Tropicana, it's worth a meal.

No cleaning at all, not even in two weeks. Location is good, 5-7 minutes to the beach. The swimming pool was good. The rooms are big, we had two rooms. The biggest minus-they save on the electricity, so it's very dark in the room. It's 2 lights, very dim, for the whole room.

Excellent accommodations, beautiful beach and landscape, impeccable service, the food at the resort is unbelievable, the live music is amazing. Best vacation ever!

Staff is rude, un professional and hire only local rowdy boys from north india, place is unsafe as it seems shady. Not safe for tourists. You will not feel comfortable, only stressed and depressed. Trust me there are cheaper places to stay where the service is good and with a smile. You don't need to stay here to save money. You will regret it. Dirty. Ubirabt bad. You have to run reception for floor paper because it's not prihosjat. The hotel is very nice and helpful.
When you get a number, make sure you check it room with mold and stink. Staff are very helpful.

Cozy little hotel with decent Breakfast.

Quite near to a beach, rooms are nice and clean for this price. You have a fridge, air conditioner and fan, also you have a balcony where you could sit and enjoy your self. There relatively good swimming pool in center of the yard where you lay anf relax using pretty good Wi-Fi. Here comes main disadvantage Wi-Fi is available only near pool and reception. So no Internet in rooms but you came to Goa to relax and have fun not to waste your vacation in social networks right. Also things that could be improved are, you can't have a meal during a day or order some drink in hotel which some time could come handy. Although there plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants next to hotel would have been nice too. Staff is helpful and extremely friendly though it would have been better if they new more English. In general I absolutely happy being in this place. So it's defenetly worth try if your budget is not very broad.

There's a pool. Coffee who likes to bring with him, who can't drink here. It's seven minutes to the beach. There are some good restaurants (21 coconuts and grills).

Nice hotel. For India, he's good. Small rooms. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Hotel doesn't have decent Wi-Fi. Mobile signal is weak and sometimes non existent. Rooms are spacious. 8/10 The hotel is located far from the main road. Location 1/10. Restaurant 5/10. Overall 4/10.

Nice place for stay with GF.

The manager at this hotel is extremely rude and a racist. From what we observed his attitude seems to be to be especially rude and inhospitable with Indian/local guests. We would like to remind him that despite the color of the skin, every guest is paying money to stay at this shabby hotel, so the least they can do is be polite. The rest of the staff were trying to be helpful but the manager was single handedly dragging the level of this hotel even lower than it is. Will recommend everyone to stay away.

A decent experience was ruined by an exceptionally rude and horrible manager, who clearly does not belong in the hospitality industry. Although the location is good (close to the beach), I will never choose this hotel again, and will tell everyone to run as far from it as possible. Whoever owns this hotel should seriously consider firing the manager asap as I see many other negative reviews about him here and he clearly has a major attitude problem.

This is my first time in goa and we had a pleasant 5days stay with family in tivai beach cottages of calangute. Safe, not so crowded and very peaceful location to spend good time with family. The best part is, its right on the beach & free shacks. Neat maintenance and proper facility. Staff is nice and very much accommodating. Thanks to fernandes and romeo :) Will gladly recommend this place to anyone. Be it for bachelors or family… you will love it too.

Worst place in my life. Cockroaches was roaming here an there. Too many red ants were on bed. I would not recommend anybody here for even one night stay. Only plus point is beach side location and rests are WORST. Spiders, Cockroaches, Red Ants etc. I killed 2-3 cockroaches to get sleep. 8th Dec 2015

India will go. Stripped the hotel to the sea is not far away. Breakfast: coffee and egg with bread. For two days used.

Very very worst cottage last week we are stayed, but not comfortable for us, fan, drinking water, and room serving, swimming fool not available, the room cost very very waste of money.

This place is CREEPY DAMP YUCKKKK! Staff is rude and horrible. No blankets! Damp rooms! DO NOT get decieved by the pictures posted online. They are so FAKE! In reality this place is shit as hell. The only thing is that it is 2 min walk from candolim beach. Thats it. But too many nice places in and around the same area. This would be your worst choice. Stay here only if someone puts a gun to your head!

Very bad behaviour by stuff. The manager and receptionist talk rudely on the place of welcoming you. Rooms are good but services by hotel staff is bad. Think again before booking. I hope you don't meet that same manager who talks very rudely with everyone, doesn't know to co-ordinate with booking centre and help you out.

Everything is fine you, not Super but not bad.

Staff really nice, breakfast is sparse but there is a large supermarket 150 meters from Hotelet. Cleaning every day in the rooms towels changed every day. Short distance from the beach. Nice little hotel We come again Regards Johnny from Denmark.

Worst resort I have ever stayed. No house keeping. Pool is not cleaned beds where stinking. Bath room is very bad condition and no one there for cleaning over all one word think before you go.
