It's a decent place and the atmosphere is good, near to Baga beach and even other places are not too far as everything within the range of 10-15 kms. Breakfast variety could have been far better.

Beautiful resort in close proximity of the beach yet far from the maddening crowd. Five stars in every aspect except for the breakfast provided. Improve on that and its a five star rating!

The best hotel in goa I have been to so far. Great food, awesome service and the swimming pool especially has very clean and minimum chlorine water.

It’s a heavenly place with 100% oxygen, cool place in Goa, INDIA 1. Room are quite awesome. With dim lighting, 2. Service is good. 3. Food is also nice as compared to goa’s food 4.

Good location … Loved the wooden cottages. Had seen mixed reviews on service etc but the place is good. Don't expect lavish buffet spread… If you are looking for a place to relax and at the same time be closer to market and beach… Try this place.

Nice place to stay. Service is good. It is at a little distance from totota lane or baga beach. The hotel provides scooter and the place is good for people who would like to be in a quite place.

The environment is very nice. You will feel relaxed. However the food and service you will find costly and delayed all time because of inadequate staffs. Otherwise location wise near to Baga beach.

It looks amazing in pics but the rooms are very poorly designed. And there are mosquitos which will not let u sleep. Food is not good.

Very nice and quite place to chill with your friends and family and the environment is very decent very nice room service and they give fresh coconut water straight from their resort's coconut tree. If you are planning to go there do try their own restaurant's food it's tastier than the other outside food corners and restaurants. Fishing, boating, rain dance, clean swimming pool everything is available there. Baga beach can be reached by walking 5 minutes from this resort. So my overall experience for 4 days was perfect. OK place not a 5 star hotel… Wooden rooms are good but the other huts are shabby and not worth the money. Can get a much better room in goa at this price. The only attraction is the pool. Food is good.

A superb place to stay in goa. Classy wooden cottages, lakes, swimming pool, wax museam & most beautiful landscaping. Primo Bom resort at Calangute — Baga Goa has a fabulous setup of waterbodies and luxury inside the cottages which are simply beyond expectations, this resort is just at walking distance from famous Tito's disco & Baga beach Grate Location, Friendly staff really enjoyable made our welcome warm, nothing is to much trouble. What lovely people it is our 12th year in Goa.

Restricted variety of breakfast need to upgrade in variety… need to maximise security. Well equiped cottages. Good interiors and exterior. Delicious lunch and dinner… Fresh sea food. Good and friendly staff…

The best resort I have visited in Goa. Always from the shout of city yet very near to Baga beach, they have best cottages, very polite and prompt staff. Finger licking food (fresh to taste) yet at very reasonable prices. Worth living here.

The rooms feel like authentic cottages and look ill them too. The pool and mini golf course are great pastimes and the food is great.

The resort is a calm place to spend time for family and couples, but a tad overkill for bachelor groups… the wooden cottages are definitely a different experience and the water bodies around add to the ambience… the free Breakfast is decent, but othrrwise the restaurant doesn't offer much.

Overall a nice place to stay. The little water bodies around the cottages makes it a beautiful place. The water is full of life with fish and crabs.

This place is affordable but shabby. Also river inside the hotel attracts a lot of pests and mosquitoes.

Hell place on the heaven. Choose this resort if no other options left in Goa. Pathetic room service and pathetic staff. Break feast timing are stictly followed even if you reach @10:01 don't expect food. See attached photos. Tea Cups won't be provided with a tea order and be prepared for cleaning yourself. No fencing around "so called artificial lake". Very dangerous for children. Poorly maintained property. Suite rooms are even not suitable for a small family of 3. You can't make noice in the resort. You need to follow their rules. The only benefits: near to baga beach. Nothing provide in breakfast just bread without toaster and omelette but u have to wait for ur number to get it … I dont preferred u.

Very horrible experience. Pathetic room service, pathetic staff. You have to be strictly punctual of your time as exactly at 10AM they stopped the complimentry breakfeast (See pic). You can't bring outside food. Glasses are cleaned once in a day. As per staff other time you have to clean yourself. Very bad maintenance of the property. Even a small family of 3 can't accommodate on the bed and in the suite room. Poor lighting in the room. Everything is chargeable here except air. The only benefit of this propery is that it is located on a good location. Baga beach is only on a walking distance.

This place has a nice ambience and serene beauty covered with trees. The lake in the middle of the resort gives a nice view and adds more to the ambience. The rooms are good and have bunker bed facilities. The walla are not actually walls but they are thick sheets attached to metal frames. This is the only drawback to this place. In other words its just heaven in goa and its quite close to Baga beach!

Very good resort to stay… 2 Km from baga beach. 300 meter from baga market road… hotel staff is very cooperative… rooms are very clean… they have wooden plus normal huts… resort has very big area with fishing boating swing pool facilities… Over all very nice place to stay…

Beautiful resort, well maintained… perfect for a vacation or weekend trips.

Visited in 4th week of March '16. Decent place with friendly service. Nice and peaceful surrounding — 15 mins walking distance to Baga beach. Rooms are functional, lighting is just too dim. My main concern b4 the trip was veg meals at the restaurant. To my surprise, the food ordered a la carte was good and it was spiced to our liking. Restaurant Manager was friendly and understood exactly what we wanted. Suggest book directly for best rates. Shall definitely visit again.

We had very pleasant stay with friends in last november. It is very beautiful resort with complete natural environment. Amazing.

Recently me and my frnd visited the resort and im in love with place. So much of greenery. And the cottage was also good. Close to baga. Walkable distance. If you njoy the nature then this is the best place. Most important thng. Its affordable. Breakfast was also good.
