Budgeted room with AC facility and good quality of breakfast. We had stayed for 5 days and the room service was also good and they arrived in few minutes. The TV was an issue but it got fixed the next day as we arrived. Swimming pool was also good for spending the leisure time. Overall it was a good experience.

Ac were in so poor condition & they don't bother to attend once you check in. We shifted two rooms each day but still it was water overflowing from ac. The guy came & was there for 3 hours to fix the AC coz of that we were not able to enjoy the stay.

Absolutely pathetic service. Staff extremely rude. You have to wait for hours for basic amenities such as towels in the room. Free breakfast supposedly is slice of bread and jam and soggy aloo parathas. Seemingly you get complimentary omlets if you insist on it.

Budgeted room with AC facility and good variety of unlimited breakfast and swimming pool. We were there for 4 days at 4.5k. Service is kind, people are good and server staff well. They don't crib if u stay for couples of his beyond your check out time (depend upon availability)

Poor service /A/C AND T/V is not working /powerback is not working/if you are goning to goa do not stay in this hotel /worst resort.

We were looking for a budget place just for a night's stay and happened to book this place. As most OYO hotels, this place too has neat and clean rooms. The bathroom especially was very neat. The property itself looks quite old and so are the rooms and facilities. The AC was not working, cable TV was not functioning nor was the free Wi-Fi. We had to call in people to get it fixed after which the AC and TV started working but Wi-Fi would still not work. I finally gave up on the Wi-Fi. The front desk had some problems with their credit card machine so had to pay in cash which hurt a bit. The complimentary breakfast had nothing fancy to offer. Just some hard toast and a thick paratha. The property had two swimming pools which appeared to be taken over by groups of guys for most part. Though the hotel is located inside a very narrow lane there was sufficient space for car parking in front of the property. Overall this place is good just to rest for the night if you are looking for budget options.

AC and other necessary stuff are not working. Dont waste your money.

Very poor service and extremely costly food. Room service is not available and rooms are untidy with typical odour. Utterly disappointed.

Pool, resort feel, great rooms, great singer and Dj, good food, close to beaches.

For India, a very good hotel. Lived on the third floor and problems with insects is not experienced. The reception staff are friendly enough. Poor grades put typical Egyptian tourists who are accustomed to the Arabs their crappy drinks alcoholic drinks sales volume increased and heaps buffet for livestock. Would you rather have opened your egipty and Turkey that you would no longer ride here.

Good hotel, good guys working there enjoyed it! is your stars! no rats there haven't seen here are lizards, but they're quite friendly what took your bed linen and vsea so all rules for your money will.

We booked 4 rooms for 3 days. The rooms were clean and there were proper facilities, although the condition of the resort is not at par with the prices. The lock of one of our room broke down and in other room, the A. C. Started draining water. Breakfast was good but the service is a bit slow.

Normal hotel. Normal Indian the rats in the room. From pluses-big restaurant with entertainment. Cons-very far from all of the city, from the sea, etc.

The hotel is goo but weird that differen pools for Indians and foreigners. Overall ok. Food options are limited.

actually spent 3 nights at the hotel of 11, but that was enough to make conclusions about the hotel …
Hotel bought the cheapest, as he knew that live there will not. But surprisingly Marion!
accommodation: Yes hotel is far from the sea. But this is not a problem for India-want you walk 20 minutes. Do you want a taxi, where Tuk (which fully near the entrance) and want a free transfer service hotel! in fact, from the hotel to the central street with its bars and shops metres 700-1000 … little bonus is not for everyone, right next to the bus stop on Mapusu!
food: judging difficult, because there's not a fed. Normal menu and the prices are average! so, I think there all nutrition rules!
the hotel was surprisingly great! room next to the resepšinom on the third floor! the room has everything you need-and the fridge, and shower and Conder and even hot water!
so, if you love walking … want to live far away from the noise of the street. And for modest money to get good accommodation, this hotel is for you!
