Really very bad staff and hospitality then don't know to respect the clients… only money oriented people I will never recommend to stay they to anyone rooms are very dirty.

Very disappointed with the property and hospitality… the operational head is very rude… rooms are not cleaned… I will not recommend any to stay.

Visited for Annual conference here. Old place so it's very near to Beautiful beach. I can give give Star for Lactation but 3 Stars for food quality. It's so near from Goa's happening place "Condolim " Come our from Resort ang Explore nice Restaurants near by …

Very peaceful property. Resort spread over large piece of land. It's connected to beach so it's very easy to enter beach as per your convenience. Connected to calangute beach, and the beach part which is connected to resort is very clean and isolated. Rooms are clean. Food is not awesome but ok. It's very good option for large groups or families.

The best hotel n Callangute. It has a very good service and the staff is really helpful. The only problem is that you can't get any guest at your room in the night. So that is the only issue with this hotel otherwise it's really good.

I gave 2 stars just for the location. The rooms are not sea facing. The reception staff is not at all helpful or cordial. The bed sheets and towels are in super BAD conditions. Very limited option of food in the restaurant. And above all this the swimming pool is closed at 6 pm and the pvt gate to the beach from the hotel is closed at 7 pm. So according to me do not waste your money staying in this hotel as the charges are according to the prime property but services are as of 2 star property.

Great location, the baccho door open right on the Calangut beach. Location on beach is away enough from main tourist spot to be quiet but close enough to be walking distance directly from the beach. Food and resturant services aren't that great and if you have to have to eat there make sure to ask for salt beforehand.

Visited this hotel after nearly 20 years and was amazed by the progress made to keep up with the times. Seems well maintained and wedding lawns were a delight. Hope it stays that way.

Rooms are old style, though clean. Guys at reception not keen to help you with luggage they expect you to ask help to get your luggage to your room or to the reception from cab. Breakfast spread was decent for vegetarians. Nice manicured parks. Clean swimming pool, but wierd part is that you cannot use swimming pool in a Goa hotel after 6 pm. Yesss that's true. School like restrictions. Direct entry to beach and that too will close at 6:30 pm. Overall… Excellent location. Nice VEG Breakfast. Schoolish rules for pool and beach entry. Overall a 3 on scale of 5

Very nice hotel, big neighborhood. From the hotel exit directly to the beach. Breakfasts are quite decent, you can eat well. Omelet, scrambled eggs, toast, fruit, pasta, potatoes and a couple of Indian dishes. The rooms have air conditioning, a fan and a safe. It's quite normal.

Proximity a to the beach is a stone throw and the hotel has its own gate for beach access. Large and spacious property with excellent views from balconies. I stayed in the suite which has a maasive balcony and great view. Their staff, service, spa and food is great. The shacks around the hotel are great to laze too.

Loved it. Spacious rooms. Cool swimming pool. Beach view. Delayed room service. Anyways if you are going to Goa then you are not going for awailing room service ☺.

I have been to goan heritage twice now and the best think about it is everything. Firstly the location is perfect as it is very close to the beach, you just have to walk a few meters to get to the beach. Secondly the food is also pretty good, especially the promphet. Thirdly the staff provides excellent service to its guests. And fourthly its room are also very comfortable abd well maintained. Overall I had a great time and planning to go there for the third time. I will recommend this place to everyone who want to enjoy the beach life to its fullest.

The best resort of all. Swimming pool, garden and the most beloved feauture by all is the exit at the beach. Only 2 families were indian and all were foreigners. Room service was very fast and very polite. Loved resort.

A brilliant hotel. Royal rooms. Exit at the calangute beach makes it perfect for visitors and feel like Royal person. Lot of foreigners come because it is WOW! ☺️

I love this hotel. I have been to this hotel many times. Beautiful property and nice people. Break fast is fantastic. They have their own beach. Swimming pool is big. Villa's are also very beautiful. 2 building's and in between them there is park and swimming pool. Pool view and beach view rooms both are good.

One of the best hotel in goa, with prime location and beach view. The best thing is, it has a gateway to Calangute beach and the hotel is inexpensive with loads of things to do, staff were of great help. Only problem was behaviour of their waiters, otherwise it is best place to enjoy with family & Friends.

We were here to shoot a wedding. The venue and location is good, but the captain who handles the catering is a horrible human being. He refused to serve snacks to the wedding vendors (photographers and videographers) as we weren't "guests". This kind of behavior is unacceptable.

It was a hassle free wedding for us. Everything is great, you will not regret. Gave all that and should not be, on the first request. The Beach is the best believe it. We took a taxi to the 5 best beaches, our just a fairy tale. Recommend! From our room to The sea there are 45 steps.

A good Venue for a open air wedding. Ample parking and good security. Food and snacks served were very good. Clean rest rooms. Accommodation is available here.

This review was long due and definately to be written, I believe its better late than never, we had our wedding reception in Goan Heritage on 17.01.17. Santan was the most helpfull and accomodating person to deal with also Sydney the Ex General Manager was very aproachable and made our planning so easy. My wife Deborah and I absolutly loved our most important day of our life. The Lawns were imaculate the venue is well maintained. It was absolutly Magical the food and the service was second to none. We highly recommend this place for any kind of occasion. Thank you to the team at Goan Heritage for being a part of our memory. It was perfect.

I went through every review portal before booking this hotel. And I must say, it is one of the most under rated hotels in Goa. Great property, fantastic location and very friendly staff. Highly recommended for families and couples in their 40s and 50s.

A Place next to heaven, Poolside beautiful lawns, comfy rooms, kingsize breakfast and that blue ocean view. Nothing can beat this! We will come back soon, HGH Goa.

Me and my family very happy, we enjoyed lot, pool was very clean, rooms r very clean, food was very good, staff r very good, simply super location.

Seemed fine staff ok, breakfast fine, stayed in their large room with terrace above reception, on checking out they said would cheeck the minibar for useage, 2-3 minutes later the concierge type person came down and said checked all ok but for 1 drink, 100 rupees, fine paid left 500 rupees for receptions tip and 200 for house keeping tip. But as wbas moving just around the corner to an upmarket apartment and told them where I would be, realised that I had left 1000 rupees worth of choclate in the bottom dra wer of fridge, a present for someone bought in the uk, on return they said that no one had seen it yet the top guy on the door checked and came down after checking the fridge/mini bar all 20 items and noted 1 drink, I paid almost 60000 rupees for 6 nights and did not fantasise the choclate, blantantly stolen, not the money the principal!,, told by reception staff it is not there goodbye. Not good enough theft is theft, it was only 1000 rupees of chocolate how would deal with other circumstances, they let what was a good stay down badly …

The reseptionist was not good. The worst food I ever had was in this resort. I thought I would enjoy my stay but it ruined it.

Great hotel right next to the beach. Rooms are clean and comfortable each with its own balconey. Plenty of space to store your things and plenty of electrical outlets to charge devices. Each room also has a mini fridge and kettle. Staff are friendly and very helpful with any request you may have. All speak good english. Wifi is 350 rupees for 24 hour period. There is also a money exchange service next to the hotel which accepts travellers cheques. Taxi service is also available right next to the hotel. The hotel has a beatiful pool with lifeguard on duty all the time until 6pm closing. There is also a resto bar next to the pool. The beach is right next to the hotel with its own private entrance with security guard which makes it very easy to go to the beach within a minute from your room. The beach infront of the hotel is kept very clean with plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. Breakfast is buffet style with both Indian and Continental options. Also you can order without extra $: fried eggs, bacon, sausages and baked beans. Around the hotel there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops. At night there is live music as well.

Wonderfull resort. Stayed last year with family. Goin this year in same resort. Awesome breakfast.

Had a great time at this hotel. Conveniently located to shops and the beach. In the evenings enjoy listening to the band as well. Friendly staff and good service.
