Bful location beach front resort. With good staff. Tasty food terrace balcony. Kind staff Mahesh and others. Order allu paratha in bfast. It's yummy.

Ok stay for bachelor's, walkable to Calangute, service and behaviour of staff is ok, don't expect great food or service.

Beautiful location. Beach front with very cooperative staff Mahesh and others. Very nice rooms, full of water supply. Terrace. Pool table. Very tasty food. In breakfast big nice yummy aalu parathas. Awesome tasty dissesh. Get shampoo of ur own. They were very helpful for my old mom. So kind staff. I would like to recommend this hotel for families. One suggestion for the head office ppl do not take over bookings it becomes difficult for the costomers to find new hotel again at same location and the desk top guys may have difficult situation to deal with the over bookings. Awesome stay as the calangute beach is at 2mins market of calangute is at 10 mins from this hotel if we walk by beach.

Worst hotel to stay at. The staff who manages the Booking was really rude over the phone. And was boasting of it's number of bookings it has. The hotel wanted me to pay Rs. 3800 before even checking into the hotel. Not worth the stay.

Really pathetic service with pathetic experience will not recommend any one to go here. Will definitely spoil his trip. Issues: 1. No room services, like Water, food, tea coffee, etc. And after 11 pm not allowed to eat food in restaurant, 2. No cleaning will be done once you have checked in till checkout. 3. Single towel and bed sheet for one room from check in till you checkout, if going with children and fends sharing room, no extra towel will be given. 4. If going in Group not able to play music in rooms, and in hotel premises. 5. If you ordered any thing you need to pay cash at a time, and full payment in advance, for all. 6. If you need any help like info about near about visiting places areas, Cabs arrangement, or any local enquirer will not get any help from hotel, 7. Staff is so arrogant and if you want to mess with them the Owner Body builder will not hesitate to use his mussels power. 8. No parking for rented car or vehicles. All the best if you chooses for this hotel.

Worst hotel! We booked sea view room but they were giving us side view room so we asked for some concession but they did not give. So we asked for cancellation but they were not even ready to give us the refund which we paid while advance booking. Staff and the owner was very very rude and mannersless. We had to fight for the refund like hell. I would suggest do not even think about visitig this hotel. If you do so it will only give you a headache and will spoil your trip.

Worst experience ever, all over goa usual check out time is 12pm but here it is 10.00am over that they will threaten to charge extra even for an hour. Rooms are dirty, service is pathetic, u will not get clean towel, soap or bed sheets, dirty toilets. Dont fall for images shown in the website you will not find those looks.

Beware, this is a loud and dirty party beach. Rooms are average, but other guests range from quiet to obnoxious. Go to South Goa!

The rooms are not bad but the service is so so. The room was not cleaned.

5* for location. But the room you get for the money does not worth. We stayed in sea view terraced room. Door handle was broken. Same issue with toilet flush. Also no regulator for the fan. And noisy fridge that makes weird sound all day. No idea why.

It was a mistake to book here… Owner does not have a billbook. No. Tax records. So a black marketeer. Was firing employees left and right… No parking… No customers at restaurant, suffocating room… Extremely disappointed.

This hotel on beach, calangute, service is not so good, but staff looks good. Hotel owner is pointing frequently for the full payment and he threatens too if you are not able to do payment as said by him. His behavior is not so good, you will be charged 3% extra if you make payment through Debit/Credit card swipe. Very big issue, room service is very very poor, they do not clean the room daily, I will give the 2* only for good food, for room service & hotel I will give 0 *. When you book this hotel through online, lady from other place will deal with you, and what you deal with that you will never get. So if you are doing booking with this hotel, please take everything in written what you have done deal on phone. Because with whom you will deal for this hotel, that person is not available at hotel, so you have to communicate with him continuously if you are not getting something what you have done deal. From my personal view, I do not recommend, search for others.

Very Good food but little costly including the drinks PROS : Good food, Free Wifi, Front of the beach, Good ambience and amenities, very cool and sweet staff CONS: no complementary food, and only cash payments, cards are not accepted (if the swiping machine works then u are lucky) Note: A Kotak bank ATM is available on calibrate baga road. People Hardley use this ATM, So mostly u ll get cash than in other ATMs on the same road without waiting in queue.

The staff is excellent… they will never think of going an extra mile for anything the customer asks… Food was excellent. Location also is very good… just 50 mtrs you walk and you are on the beach… we and kids had enjoyed the stay a lot.

Bad Rooms. No service. No breakfast, lunch or dinner. Only thing that's good is the location which is just on the Calangute beach and close to lots of other good places.

The location is cool. The staff service is pathetic. No food available apart from tean and butter toast, and that too only till 4P. M. The rooms were clean. I definitely won't recommend this place if you're travelling with family, as you have to walk some really shady lanes at night to reach a restaurant for dinner. I had a sea view room, which is good but not as much as it sounds to be. I'll upload a few pics of the view we had from the balcony.

Very nice location near calangute beach. Sea face rooms are there. Big balcony with rest chair. Seperate stairs for rooms.

Dear Travellors, Francisco Sunshine's Booking conditions mentioned in their website does not match with the booking policy what hotel people have made. There is no clarity on prepayment & no reply for refund policy when I have asked for over mail, proof of which u will get in the attached mail conversation I had with Mr. Inder of Francisco Sunshine & I have highlighted & ticked the concern areas in red which you all should read once before booking. So kindly do not go by the booking conditions mentioned in net or in their website. Hope this will help all those who falls into their manipulated policy, conditions & tricks. Regards.

Excellent Hotel. Very near to the beach. Good staff as well as food.

Classic Stay I had. The owner were really good and loving. And the best part was it was on the beach itself. Though signal problem but I loved the stay and it includes bar plus restaurant what more u need. Thank Under Singh would surely be coming back soon, sir.
