This property is a fraud. They have posted all the photos of Swati guest house. They fooled me by showing the photos of swati guest house and gave me room in the yellow old building when I had booked room in the white building which belongs to Swati guest house. The owner of Savitri guest house is fooling everyone saying that he is Rahul when his name is Mithoon and Rahul is the owner of Swati. The owners of Savitri are disgusting people and frauds… The property do not provide hot water, the bed is very uncomfortable and when I requested to get the bed changed they refused to give it… I requested the property to cancel my reservation and let me go they did not allow me to do so and charged me entire money… On arrival we shown to our room which contained only a bed no bedside tables, wadrobe, chest of drawers, When I queried it was told that it is what I had booked. Everytime I had to request for hot water and they would give me a half bucket and I had to use it. Even when it was not sufficient. The toilet flush was not working and I had to put bucket of water to clean the toilet and I had to mop the floor since it was wet all day.
