Spacious hotel. The attached restaurant-49ers serve good food. Variety of complimentary breakfast. Only problem could be the fact that you have to continuously ask the staff for things like bedsheet or a clothes hangar. Just notifying them once wouldn't do.

The location is excellent, right on the beach. You will get everything nearby from the hotel. Rooms provided are very good, specious, neat and clean. You could easily book the conducted tour @ Rs. 350/ — per head with AC bus from the reception. Colva residency was nice property it's a government property. We enjoyed in colva beach and there many things for sports water boats and kids things. We stayed in Room no. 129 it was Sea facing room with balcony was awesome… Evening dinner with live music was very good. Food is average. Breakfast is OK.

Perfectly located on the beach front, this property offers budget travellers the best scenic beauty. Housekeeping is pretty good and has been able to keep such an old property in a very good condition. Everything, including cabs, shops, restaurants, beach are promptly accessible. Overall, the best place to stay in Colva.

It is partially run by Government. Location is awesome, right in front of ocean. Even at night you could hear a enlightening sound of tides. Highly recommend for families. Orchestra and bar is available. But thing is the manager is quite rude and helpless. As you would get this (rude) behaviour of goans while speaking with every Indians.

Excellent location, I stayed at 139 front facing room, it was spacious and room was in good condition. Foods are also good and in reasonable price. Evening program also was very nice.

This is second time we have stayed in this resort. The location is the best along with clean and good rooms. The food served inside the resort is not so good. Better to go out and try restaurants outside.

Great Location, Good Staff, Average Breakfast, Old rooms (need renovation) I stayed here from 05.12.2017 to 07.12.2017. I booked the AC room in the front cottage. Hotel is having Superb location. But it is not maintained well. Rooms are very old furnished and need a renovation badly. Rooms are clean. Well air-conditioned. Acceptably spacious also. Right in the front of beach. Breakfast is average. Staff although is very polite and friendly. None of the dishes served in breakfast is prepared well and does not taste good. Management should do something about these 2 points to make it a good hotel.

Perfect combination of best location and best price. Non ac rooms have unobstructed view of the sea but view from ac rooms are blocked by the staff quarter. Complimentary breakfast was very good and tasty but lunch and dinner would get 3.5 out of 5 (so-so type). There are a large number of restaurants within 5minutes walking distance so you can try them also if you don't like the food here. They arrange a live DJ party every evening in the front garden which often continues past 11:30pm. The non ac rooms are mainly affected by the party sounds as the speakers face that way. Ac rooms being on the other side of the garden are less affected. There is a taxi stand within 2minutes walk. Scooter/Bike rents are also available near the taxi stand.

Good hotel to stay near Colva beach. Its by GTDC, we can book rooms through their website. Rooms are neat and with hot water and AC & most of the rooms are facing to sea. A good restaurant and a bar is attached with the hotel. Good space fir parking is also there. For site seeing rental vehicles are arranged by the hotel or you can find from there nearby area. You can stay and enjoy here with family & friends.

Location is very good. Room is small but clean. Sea is visible from room.

Rooms are see facing and quite good worth money value. 1 min from beach and bar inside the hotel.

Near beach. Nice place to stay. But typical government staff. Now restaurant is outsourced to 49nrs, so very loud music at lawn till 12 midnight. So avoid rooms above reception. Breakfast is complementary, but very limited. 2 years back, it was unlimited and quality was great, but now it has been degraded.

Decent accommodation. Great location. Very good service. Good food.

Nice affordable hotel of Goa tourism department… facilities are average. But it is just 200 metres from colva beach and that's the USP of this hotel… free complementary breakfast is also there to all guests… very nice location… rooms are spacious with cupboard and balcony… very spacious balcony… big bathroom… lawns in front of all rooms… trees… Greenery… you will enjoy your stay here, that's for sure… also it is easy on your wallet… so go for it without any doubt… I had a very memorable stay at this hotel…

Very close to beach… nice environment… but service may improve… otherwise very good place to stay.

This place is located very close to the beach. They offer complementary breakfast. They have flexible policies. They offer additional bed if you have an extra person who is willing to share the same room. It will cost 25% extra per person. The rooms are clean n maintained well. There was live music in the evening when we stayed there. It was a very pleasant experience.

Very close to sea beach if u take front room u Will see the sea beach, rent is within budget.

Excellent beach resort just beside colva Beach. Beach is at just walking distance. Sea is visible from cottage room 1st floor. Room is neat and clean. Room service is good. Rooms are spacious. Staffs are very supportive & well behaved. We like mostly the sea food at very reasonable price. Who likes sea food this is best place. Also drinks service available at room. As well as in restaurant. Well say if anyone like beach resort with sea view & with tasty sea food just visit colva residency…

Colva residency is right on the Colva beach. Decent accommodation at affordable rates. The restaurant food was good and the staff was hospitable.

Everything is okay. But few modifications should be made. Repairings are also needed. The balcony is good as the residency is just in front of the beach. The sights are really good. But if chair accommodations are made, then it will be just perfect. The restaurant and it's service is the best here. There are no objections against this.

It was a nice experience at Colva Residency. The location is awesome with the shores in front. Good for both family and friendly getaways. One con is the building is not well maintained and needs renovation.

Restuarant is fine. Good to have lunch or dinner. Located nearby beach.

Hotel should be renovated… service should be improved. Food was, though not so delicious, but ok. Location is very good just beside colva beach. Quite a green environment.

Location of the hotel is excellent. We could see the beach from our room window. Service was good. The rooms are a bit old and not very fancy. But they are spacious and clean.

Beautiful beach view. Nice & clean rooms. Food is not too bad but not too good. But you can get tasty food anywhere in this area. But you can't get superb beach view anywhere else. Also taxi stand and GTDC bus service is available.

Not so good…! Hygiene should be improved, crowded,, and if I will order the food here the cost will be high but quantity will be less, so I advice you to eat from some where else because u can find many restaurants and bars near this residency and yes shopping area is there! #

Value for money, too near to beach, bus stop, taxi stand. Daily side seeing available for low cost. Gtdc Mini bus is running to North (₹225 — Non Ac) and south (₹300 — Ac) Goa. One day for North and another day for south. We will get one guide and he explains the whole history of the places before the visit. Morning breakfast is free, but not buffet.

Service is good. Cleanliness can be improved. Room is big & in budget. Great view from the spacious balcony of the room. Beach can be seen from the balcony. I reached before time, & I was provided the room when it was available (before check-in time)

A silent place and good environment. It felt good to spend time. And it was during monsoon season, I visited. So, there were rooms available readily. If it's summer, I would have got the room at double costs too. And a normal double bed room without AC costs Rs. 800 per night (off-season) and double during summer. Hot water facility is available, BREAKFAST is extremely poor. It's better to have food outside instead of here. Swimming pool of clean and perfectly maintained.

Decent budget stay. I visited the place with family this past December.

Average hotel. At colva beach. But it is better to stay around colva bus stand, which is 5-6km from this hotel.

Good place to live. But they charge extra for children (rs 50) and teens (300).

The ac front rooms was worth. It was nice, walking distance to beach. For food go to caji's place its 900 m away from colva beach. Awesome Food served in resturant.

Location wise good all other aspects very poor.

Good place excellent location and beach. Restaurant nearby are worth trying once. If you are a pure vegetarian an udupi joint nearby is good.
