The Summer By thehostelcrowd is the perfect to be when you are in South Goa. The hostel is very well equipped with nice rooms, hot water and good sleeping arrangements. The staff is very friendly and is up to help you all the time! A special mention of miss Sindhu, who is one of the staff members who is doing a brilliant work at the hostel with her friendly nature and ever-ready to help attitude. We had a great time at the hostel. If you visit South Goa, you should definitely try this place.

The best place to stay in South Goa. Walkable distance from the beach as well as Canacona Railway Station (5 mins from Beach and 10 mins from the station). Super clean rooms with very helpful staff who try to make your stay pleasant. Very economical and doesn't burn a hole in your pocket. We stayed at twin ac rooms. The rooms are named after the South Goan beaches. Ours was named Galgibag. Breakfast is complementary and tastes good. …
German Bakery which is 2 mins from the hostel should be the ideal place for lunch and dinner which is also dead cheap. Bike rentals available near the hostel. Would really come back and stay.

Best hostel at the given price. 24 hrs security drinking water sports activities like volleyball and kayaking. Room are neat and clean. Very good and well behaved staff. Good people and traveller you meet and had a very nice time. Beach is 5 min walk from this location and building is good they have all day plans you can go for those plans and have an entire Goa covered. If any body wants to experience hostel life this is the best option. I would recommend this place.

We stayed three nights here in one of the private AC rooms. The hostel is in a good location and provides a range of activities throughout the week. Good if you are a solo traveller. Free breakfast was hit and miss but cannot complain, staff were friendly and helpful. The room was of good standard despite grubby marks on the walls which could easily be cleaned off to improve.

A great place to say, very close to the beach. Bikes on rent are available right around the corner. Decent breakfast, great coffee. The common area is a cool hangout place to meet new people, drink, read, party or relax. They also organise events, parties, movie screenings or day trips and you can choose to participate. And liquor shop is next door! The deluxe cottages are nice, spacious and clean. The only problem is that the Wi-Fi range is not enough to reach the cottages. Won't be a problem if you live in the regular rooms. And there is a gym as well.

Beautiful place to stay and eat. Very small menu but food preparation is really good. Every food details are on display clearly mentioning ingredients (veg/vegan/non-veg)

Great hostel, clean, friendly staff and the UV water filter makes all the difference! Means I didnt have to buy bottles water during my stay! Breakfast is good and keeps you going through the day with great coffee. Laundry service is also offered and is great.

While staying in a deluxe private room for two nights here I was very pleased with the bed and mattress, cleanliness and peace and quiet. The main thing that needs improving is the Wi-Fi connection in all the private rooms. I was barely able to use to Wi-Fi from my room however this was not a problem in the main area of the hostel where the dorms are. Otherwise, it was a very good stay with friendly and helpful staff and a really decent included breakfast. I was very pleased to find out they had soy milk. Some parts are still under construction but I would definitely recommend. Great vibes and location.

Good place to stay. Clean and cozy rooms and a shared terrace attached with two other rooms. Would try the dorms the next time as cleaniness was taken care of here.

Awsum to stay. Peaceful surroundings. Comfortable and convenient. Don't go by the word hostel. Not less than a hotel.

Liked the place. Stayed in the huts provided by this hostel. Newly opened that's why good environment. They don't have any amenities inside the room like TV. These are AC rooms which is really required. The negative point that I felt — No mirror in the room, the only common mirror inside was attached with bathroom basin.

I had a good experience staying at summer hostel recently. Beautiful and very neat.

Great hostel for backpackers. It's first of its kind in Palolem. Has good internet. Hot water. Friendly staff. Loved the common area. There may be an occasional event. Great place to meet people around the world. Highly recommended.

Very cozy place, nice and friendly managent. Can be a little noisy during the day because of its position but at night is very quiet. Good breakfast too.

Indoor air-conditioned Cafe and outdoor covered terrace lounge gives you sufficient options to stay out after u come back from nearby Palolem beanch.

The room are clean like the bathroom. Breakfast is very Nice. Quiet place but not so fare from the beach and main place.

Not professional at all. Wiered rules. They ask for passport from Indians, Lol. How many Indians carry passport while travelling domestically. And if someone has no passport than what he/she will do. And they did not give prior information regarding this.

This place is 1.5KM away from Palolam beach, South Goa. Provides decent stay at reasonable price. The stay also includes breakfast!

Basic and comfortable, biased but v friendly homely front desk including guards.

White and clean. Well managed. For foreigners with limited budget it's the place in Palolem. Some cheap improvements in the rooms would be a great value (hangers and hooks for ex. )

Place is cozy for college guyz to stay… almost near to the best palolem beach… nice bunk beds.

To the beach it's 15 min walk beside the road. Or 50 or less Rupees for a riksha.

We'll designed, we'll maintained, clean facility with cooking facility with a nice lounge area and decent breakfast and Wi-Fi. They insist on a passport copy (digital is also accepted) even for indian citizens.

Pretty decent hostel — stayed in a double room for 4 nights, could have done with a sheet change and tidy up (coming in all sandy from the beach leaves a bit of a mess in the bathroom i. E) other than that no complaints, extremely helpful staff and all round good environment.

Great place, everyone is very friendly. I recommend installing some hammocks and an actual kitchen, the cleaning ladies had to carry the dishes to the other side of the hotel to wash them in the bathroom sink, that didn't seem very practical.

Fantastic hostel, very clean with comfy beds. Great social area. The staff are super friendly and go out of their way to help you with anything and everything. Definitely recommend to any one.
