Stayed for two nights, Rooms are good, but what I feel no. Of staff is very less, breakfast was not good … there should be more staff in the reception counter specially during guest checkout time.

Nice for. A stay. In the heart of kolkata. The rooms are average. Service. Isn't good. Actually. Its the only location. And. If you're concerned. About food. Brother. You're in Park Street. No need to worry man. You got ample. Varieties of restaurants. To dine in. And. If you want to have it in your room. Kudos to swigy.

Its a very good hotel situated near to both United States Consulates as well as Jasmine towers where generally the pre-visa interview process is done. It is located at a very friwndly neighbourhood and almost everything is available nearby. There is a variety of shops and food restaurants available nearby as well as malls. About the rooms, they are well above average with all basic necessities and amenities. They have quick response to any problems or help required. All staff member are helpful and friendly. Overall its a pleasant stay, and very good experience.

It's a decent hotel with the staff members also very cooperative. The location is just about perfect as it is very near to Park Street.

First thing that comes into my mind is that there was nothing international about this hotel. The room was not up-to the mark. The beds were old and the bedsheet and blanket was dirty. I think it wasn’t changed after the last guest left. The chairs and headboard was very dusty and dirty. Wall of the room was damp due to some leakage. The shower was weird, quite old and was somehow working. They really need to upgrade their facilities to make the customers feel satisfied for the money they are paying. The only good thing about this place is that it very near to the Consulate building in case someone has some visa related work.

Could have better Wi-Fi connection.

This place has got the perfect location. Service and amenities are super. Please don't expect a swimming pool but the rooms are spacious and cozy. Parking is available. Location is lively and closer to all the major touristic destinations. The hotel staff is co operative and are helpful. Loved the place.

As a whole experience of 2 nite 3 days… Best part is service is really fantastic.
Beside that it's OK.

Overally it's a nice hotel… & The service very very authentic but need bit of improvement. I loved it. Interior is so sphasticate…
