The hotel is very neat and clean. Service and behavior was quite good. Uber and taxi can easily access in front of the hotel. Quest mall is not so far from here. Complementary breakfast is also good. Over all I have got cool experience over there.

Great hotel. Well hospitality. Stuffs are very good and well in nature and behavior. This place is very near to wizard and ford outlet. In Opposite side there is Mercedes Benz showroom. Near to park circus 7 point. Near good hotel is ITC soner bangla. Science city is near to it. I visited there for just couple of the hours and I felt good.

Worst Service, never recommend to any one. Room is too small and bathrooms are not good.

Very worst hospitality, Even the rooms and toilets are not cleaned properly, Reception person response is very worst, breakfast only 2 varieties its not meant the complementary… Totally waste of money.

It's a quiet decent place to go have a peacefull time with your loved ones.

We booked a suite in this hotel for 3 adults for 1 day and 2 nights (11 — 12 November 2017) and paid full amount in advance that we repent the most. After checking in, we were given merely a one-bed medium size room and an extra bed that was laid on the floor. When we demanded the suite what we actually paid for the hotel (mis) management showed their helplessness saying that is what they call a SUITE. Pathetic experience. First and last time in such a trashy hotel.

Got Very Good Quality Services while Staying for the first 5 times. The 6th and Last Time was Horrible behavior by a staff which will never make me Go Back. Too Much Bad Attitude!

Room was nice with good service, breakfast good. The size of the room is a little small. Not many restaurants near by for South Indian food. Located near Park street. Had a pleasant stay.

Good for stay but needs more to improve in their services. Room cleaning is about 10 AM it should be more before 10. After all Standard rooms are small not comfortable as well. But thanks for the senior manager to provide us the upgradation.

Decent hotel. But where it's cheap there certain place where you'll definitely notice a few cost cuts. Like breakfast buffet is very limited and you can't order an omelet more than once. The food quality wasn't even that great.

So made a booking for one day, through AGODA… it was my sister's wedding, N this room was booked for her to get ready on her wedding day… so this property and the managers, specially Mr. Shabir Ali, Was so discourteous that we literally had to leave the hotel within few minutes… I mean we did the check in, put the luggage in the room and then vacated the room… total 20 minutes of stay. 1) My sister a Central Government employee. As senior that she attest address of people. Her I card was declared invalid by the staff. 2) No Kolkata I card will be allowed — Can't a localite avail a facilty of staying there. 3) They Put Every blame to the Kokata police that It is with there instructions which is a big sham cause no other hotel in the vicinity is doing so. 4) Even after I provided my Delhi Address, They wanted address of Parlour staff which would come for the bride. 5) They also wanted the I card of every Relative who'll visit her. I am an international traveler but never seen such stupidity anywhere else. More Over the Staff has the audacity to shout at you… and humiliate you. Pathetic experience every had…

Good hotel but the service is extremly slow EXLUSIVELY during breakfast hours.

We took double delux room but the room was pretty small. View outside the window is bad. Location is also a bit confusing for auto and taxi drivers as the hotel is not visible from the road. It is behind Mescab building. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 days (18 & 19 Oct '16). It's a good option if you are new to being at Kolkata. The reception was very friendly and ready-to-serve. Staff had been ever so smiling and respectful.

About 12 km from Howrah, 6 km from Sealdah and 15 km from Santaragachhi. You can make your decision accordingly. Service wise, there are no complaints. Food is good, with reasonable pricing and the complimentary breakfast is decent enough with the varieties on the platter and the taste both! Room service is prompt, Wi-Fi works very well. And I therefore wholeheartedly recommend this hotel! Special mention to the manager at the reception Subhobroto and the bell boy Debu for being kind and helpful!

Very bad room service No cleaning on time Nobody listen to your problem Over billing for everything even double rates on the menu rates if you don't check them No iron facility there, if you want then they provide you iron and do it yourself. Laundry service is like they have rented your clothes to somebody. I have got my clothes after 2 days. Go to breakfast table early otherwise you wont get enough to eat Overall… No value for money. Just total waste for you.

Especially 24 hour fooding service… excellent.
