The food is good. The hotel team is also good. Although they appear to need to refresh their training. They miss the basics of an hotel, hospitality. It's good value for money at an excellent location.

It's located near city center 1 and is very good in hospitality. Food served is good however same can be better in terms of spread during breakfast and dinner. Rooms are quite spacious and comfortable.

I had a pleasant stay during my official visit. First the room provided in the 5th floor was rather only sufficient for two but on the last day we were shifted to the second floor with ample of space. Food was nice. Brekafast was complimentary and was buffet style. I had idli all 3 days. I wish they had diverse menu for each day. Rooms were clean. Hot and cold shower. In short a nice option to live near Minto Park.

There are many things this hotel can improve upon, for example: 1. The geyser switch has to be switched on half an hour before to get warm water. (We are in 2018) 2. The hotel does not have a bar. (It is in the heart of the city). 3. The restaurant food is tasty but full of oil. The rooms are not spacious but nothing can be done about it. The things which works for the hotel are: 1. Located at a super prime location. 2. The room service is quick. 3. The food prices are quite reasonable compared to hotel standards.

Hotel was really good. The hospitality is nice and the food is also delicious. It is 40 minutes away from the airport. They gave me complimentary breakfast and meal which you can get in your room.

I didn't visit the rooms but went in for a reception there. It was nice environment. The room was soundproof. Helpful and professional waiter. Overall it was good.

Quaint hotel with a cozy cafe that serves some delicious meals. They have a great chef who excels in both Indian and Continental preparations. The Banquets is recommended for affordable corporate meetings/events and the food served will be a hit with participants. Sales and Banquet team personnel are very accommodating and plesant to work with.

Awsum place in AJC road near Park Street. Mannerful staff. Nice clean. All rooms are nicely designed. Great front desk. Wide range of breakfast menu. Clean all around. Each and every stuff is polite and helpful genuinely. Highly recommended.

Hotel Niharika is a very tidy and nice hotel. I, along with my friends went to have dinner there. The food was excellent, service was top class, the staff were very polite and their choice of drinks were on spot. The location of the hotel is also very strategic, in the core of the city. Overall nice experience.

I was there for a day to attend a Sangeeta ceremony. The hall was well decorated and the room was also good. However, the service was little tardy. Overall, a fine place to arrange small events.

This is one of the best hotels I have been prior to the ratting and price point. Provides enough facility to spend some quality time.

Located in the heart of city Rooms were good well maintained but space seems not enough inside. Bed size seems shorter than queen size, not good for 2 person. One bad experience I faced was hot water for bath, it gets cold within 2 min. During 2 days stay I never had a good bath, the technician said this is the only limit with their geasures. I Over all okay hotel with respect to service.

I stayed here for a few days in the month of October. The staff were exceptionally courteous and friendly. The lobby was a bit small and could be bigger. The food was good. However, they lack parking and the entry is very very small which is a downside when you look at what the Hotel offers on the inside.

Parking is an issue. They have parking for maximum 5 cars. Otherwise the hotel is good.

During my stay at Kolkata for a week in August 2017 I've stayed in one other hotel and checked out another three… Niharika is by far the most suitable one for a family visit. The staff and atmosphere is superb. And the location of the hotel is also very convenient. Although their breakfast isn't really diverse… I mean there could be a little more choice, but the quality is really really good. overall, this is a really good three star hotel for a comfortable family visit to Kolkata. Enjoy.

The hotel is perfectly fine, with very kind and efficient staff. However, the area is extremely poor with many people sleeping in the streets at night.

Hotel is sitauted on prime location i. E. AJC Bose road, food is very good & doesn't make any dent in your budget. Rooms are bit small and tariff is slightly on higher side. Otherwise, Good for a comfortable stay in Kolkata.

My rating 4.5 I was flying to Kolkota for the first time and had some business in Howrah. This was the only hotel in Kolkata that had a decent no of reviews (and good ones at that) that time. I decided to take my chances. Got a decent deal on Make My Trip. Traded my payback points to get a further discount I'm basing my review on the following parameters 1. Location 2. Comfort and Hygiene 3. Service 4. Food quality 5. Price 1. Location : The place is located in a central area with good tourist attractions nearby. ISKCON is located a few blocks away and next to the temple, ISKCON's restaurant "Govinda's" (great food at decent rates). Full marks on this 2. Comfort : The rooms were comfortable though I wish hotels increased the height of beds and chairs to aid elderly. Low base furniture is not good for knees irrespective of your age. Cotton beds would be a welcome change too but I digress. The bathrooms are small but clean and hot water is available round the clock. I have to give them credit for that. They could make some arrangements for sitting in the bathroom though 3. Service : The hotel staff was prompt in responding to our requests. The passage way is not ventilated all the time. They need to do that more frequently. 4. Food : The hotel has a restaurant and most rooms have a complimentary breakfast available. We also had lunch and dinner. The menu is pricey. The service a tad slow but the food quality is good. I wish they priced it a bit more reasonably.

This hotel is not value for money. Rooms & bathroom are too small. You will not find moisturiser, tissue paper or conditioner in bath room. In room lighting is very low. And they charge INR 3500-5000. Most interesting they ask guest to fill all details in a big register (like hotel on railway station). Food and breakfast is decent and recommenable. Situated at good place near to all major places. Pubs and good restaurants are near by. But charge and amenities are not good! And I stayed on bliss category room. Which is there mid segment.

Washrooms are dirty and small and staff is non cooperative and arrogant and bathrooms are small I repeat. Very good hotel to leave.

I went there in a family function of my friend. It is a centrally located veg hotel with moderate budget. Quality of foods are very good but there is a short fall of items. Varieties foods are not available. There is another problem of car parking.

The banquet is spacious. The decoration is moderate. Perfect for a professional event. Could even help you out in a low budget family event. The catering though is good. Rooms are clean and standard. All in all, a thumps up given the locality of the Hotel and the charges thereby.

Fast Wi-Fi and good clean rooms. About a 15 mins walk to Victoria monument.
