Worth the cost, the staff is relly helpful and service oriented. I wud say this is the best budget hotel one can get!

Rooms are good. Breakfast provided by them was good. But it's a vegetarian hotel so non-veg foods are not allowed. And behavior of the stuffs are good.

Good location. Easy to find. Rooms are excellent as per treebo standard. You can one extra guest that's 3 in one room. They serve tasty breakfast. AC is also good. Rooms are compact mostly for business purposes visits.

It was a good experience. Hotel's Ambience, Food, room service everything was pleasant. Moreover, the staff were also very polite, decent and coordinating.

It was greattt. Staying there. Except far from airport… other is all okay in cleanliness and helping desk … had an amazing stay there.

Best hotet in Kolkata. The service provided is very good with all facilities and all staff members are co-operative and helpful. And hotel Location is peaceful. I love this hotel.

Last year I visited and I stayed there for 3 nights all things were well but in this summer they really disappointed me. I booked a room with king size bed and when I reached there the staff said that there is no occupancy. The proerty owner is not responsible for this and you have to contact treebo the booking site for your problem. At mid night he told me go to check somewhere else.

Best budget hotel I've ever have been to. Spotless clean room and all time smiling staff can be real over the expectation for the value I paid. In a word it's awesome.

Awesome room, very neat and clean, toilet is very clean and big. I didn’t expect this from my earlier experience in Kolkata even didn’t get this kind of room from the one I stayed for one day before coming back from Kolkata, it’s my bad luck this guest house wasn’t available at that time. It’s just perfect value for money. The breakfast is more than enough and so good and the coffee and tea making facility inside the room is just great. Guys in the reception are very helpful and friendly all the other staff also very helpful. Thanks to all of them to making our staying memorable.

Clean rooms, helpful staff, 100-200 rupees by Uber to most places like Howrah area, Kalighat area, Park Street area. Good for solo travellers, adaptable travellers. Staff speaks English.

The behavior of the hotel staff was friendly. They made us feel at home… the facilities were good … location was nice… altogether our decision of staying at this hotel proved to be worthwhile.

Very nice place to stay. Rooms may be little compact but the service is very satisfactory. The staffs are very very helpful. The room service food to fantastic. They have complementary breakfast which is the best part. Very good breakfast. I must visit this place when I have to stray in Kolkatta.

Worst experience in my live. Never wanna come in your hotel. Night 1 a. M your reception the receptionist told me that he will be unable toh give room for four person I booked for four adults its your's and the booking site mistake what was my fault and also say the he never give room's for more than 2 adult. He say that I dont know he will give room or not. I have booked hotel the amout of 2100. Where the tax include and the extra bed charg is very high. I will never come on yours hotel and I will suggest everyone to never go in your hotel. This only one star for that person who meat me next morning his behaviour is nyc.

Very arrogant behaviour of front desk staff. I had a 3 day stay in this hotel recently. The front desk executive by name digvijay got into an argument for a petty rs. 30 worth Packaged water even though it was his mistake. Such type of staff spoil the reputation of the hotel.

Located almost 1 km after hazra road so need to take a bus or auto to reach there. The rooms are good. Staff is ok. Few members are really cooperative and few are a mess!

The hotel has some nice though small rooms, with excellent bathrooms and Wi-Fi. It's also very well located. The staff is very gentle and keeps everything tidy.

Feel good homely place with best of amenities at a very affordable price. The place is neat and clean and the support staff do their best to provide best of services. They did not interfere during our stay. The only thing that takes away the last one star is, the display pic promises a very huge space but the rooms might feel a bit congested in second and third floor, though the fourth floor room are pretty spacious and will be the default choice by any visitor. Breakfast provided is good, nothing exemplary though. Advice to visitor: best value for money, do not expect authentic Bengali cuisine or food options Advice to hotel: include authentic local cuisine in menu. Also please include true image. All in all it was a good two day stay here.

Room was very good and cleaned… you may stay here. You won't feel bad or anything else. But you can't eat non veg.
