If u visit kolkata den do stay in dis hotel its just awesome, like staff service and room, price is not so high as other hotel, Plez don't ever go to Raj Hotels its disgusting.

The hotel is good but they don't provide rooms to local ids. Enjoy your journey to kolkata.

Nice place near park & all staff are polite but dnt perfer to take room in ground floor coz they are not so spacy pefer to say in 2nd or 3rd & ya price range is in between 1100 — 1800 not more thn that you should check mmt to check or book to get it cheap.

Hyatt is the famous brand of luxury hotels. This one is a beautiful one. The service is impeccable and the restaurants have delicious food. Ambience of this place is a heads up. Must visit and stay. Do try.

Every hotelier must respect their guests. They pay for being pampered. Never judge your guests based upon their amount of billing and then treating them accordingly belittles the stature of a property. A small billing today may convert into a regular guest which will have a bigger contribution in the future. ✌ behaviour at the Reception… At the time of checkout… Charged extra for providing the regular water. Overall Good services by other staffs…

Rooms are were small even can’t keep language Very low quality breakfast and even tea is very bad. Rooms are full of dusty.

Not that great but an ok hotel for emergency lodgings. Food is on the ok side. Recommend that you make your own food arrangements. Rooms need some serious attention.

Everything was awesome. Only drawback was that people were asking for tips too frequently.

Clean and economic Hotel in Ballygunge. But be aware they charge INR 500 for early check-in. And while checking out they told me the round off figure. When I asked for s break up, I found out that they had just casually rounded off INR 70. This aside the experience was decent. I found it a safe place as a solo women traveller.

A decent hotel. Room s are smaller than the regular ones. Couple with a kid would be annoying. Breakfast was OK OK. Not that great. No varieties.

Hotel is faltu. Please don't choose this hotel, as they won't allow your friends to come and meet you in your room, they will charge 500 Rs extra, if your friend last more than 30 mins in hotel, there are two ladies on the reception, pure Hindi, don't know word of English, they are doing fraud in the hotel, hotel policy doesn't say anything about 500 Rs, but they charge, and keep the money with them, they even don't give the receipt, I paid GST, they didn't gave me the receipt, as I was in hurry, I didn't jump in the conversation ahead, they also abuse the guest like anything. Maa behen Vali gaaliyan. Please think again.

Arrogant manager with no manners to speak to customers. Fan regulator not fixed even on 2nd day after complaint. AC not cooling enough needed fan which is also not working.

The place is okay. The whole property smells of cigarette as people are allowed to smoke in the rooms. They do not provide water and you will have to buy each bottle for 25 rupees (MRP 15rupees). The breakfast is very basic and consists of bread, eggs, Poori & subjee.

I love the collection… for me it's an epic loss if am not draping myself with mulberry collection.

The worst manager have ever experienced to have business. Suggest to all the corporates to avoid this hotel. Will bring bad image in front of clients.

We stayed here for four days. Breakfast is late. On paper they say breakfast is served from 6:30 or so. But when you ask for it, they say the staff has been doing late night work and breakfast will not be available until 7:30. And then you check at 7:30, the story is same :-) When we checked out, there was a discrepancy in the bill. They did a mistake in totaling. They had charged 220 rupees more. When I wrote back to them, they were willing to give me back my 220 rupees. But I never received this Rs. 220.

Our 4 days stay was very uncofortable when we paid INR 2000/day Intro: We were two colleagues on a business visit. We had booked this hotel reading the review and paid in advance. 1) Extremely Small Rooms (conjusted) : Two beds left only a space of 1 foot from the wall corners. 2) Extremely small bathroom combined with washroom 3) Food extremely pathetic: complimentary breakfast (it was a joke as they had a specific breakfast combo in menu for each day but they used to serve only a watery Aaloo curry and parotha/puri with it with 100 ml maaza and tea. Their internal restaurant food was yekkkk… Never order food specially rice items from there. Gravy were ok and edible with parothas. 4) Location was residential, no good eateries around for a nearby lunch/dinner or snacks. 5) In the deluxe room we booked there was no table and chair to eat breakfast and food or seat and work. Every thing on bed. Some positives 1) WIfi with good speed 2) Staff was good 3) AC was good 4) Bed was ok.

They make heads turn! The designers know what they are doing.
