Over Hyped and Dirty. No maintenance in the rooms. We were provided 'Deluxe' rooms at the annexe building and the room was dirty and not maintained. The cloth of the headboard must be over 20 years old. Very unhygienic. The side table had all the polish gone. No toilet paper and no towels were provided.

Very nice and comfortable place to stay. Interiors are very well decorated. Water supply is too good. The complimentary breakfast spread is good. The main pluspoint of this resort is it's location. The back room does not show any view. Only the club rooms located in the main building has view of the surrounding. It also has a restaurant, spa, mini library, games room, small playground.

T's a excellent average hotel with good food and well behaviour by all hotels members more over yummy breakfast at morning… Added advantage is a hill view from my luxury room …

A good property in the heart of city with poor service. I heard some where in reviews that it is a government hotel. But with services it is confirmed that surely it is a government hotel. We always suffered when we asked service. Firstly when we arrived late in the hotel in evening then we decided to have dinner in hotel's restaurant but as there was some function already going on in the hall we were told to have dinner in our room. But we insisted and we were allowed in different section of the restaurant which looked interior. Then they served one veg and said it is two vegs under one plate. Finally we had to call manager only then our issues was resolved. We had to carry our own luggage for check out as there was only one person for taking luggage. Manager told us to avail discount on meals we had, but on checkout front desk person straight foward said no to us. There are many more complains but these are significant ones.

I stayed in this hotel for 6 nights in June month. I had booked club room and was allocated room no. 226. Room had good ventilation. Please note there is no good view from this hotel. Road side rooms are good. Backside rooms does not have ventilation. House keeping service is not upto mark. You need to make request for changing towels, shampoo, etc. Though on making request things are fulfilled. Club room includes: 24 Hour Hot water supply Hot water kettle along with Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Milk Sachets Bed Heater Sofas TV Club room is quite spacious. Book the room in between range of 2500 to 3000 along with breakfast. That's the best price you should give. Hotel Location is near to main market. Do not book standard room over here as it has no ventilation. Also never ever go for spot booking in this hotel as they charge exorbitant price. You should make booking online. Prices are as low as 50%

Horrible hotel! Very unclean. Pillows and sheets have stain marks on them. Service is extremely poor. Food left out in the corridor overnight does not get picked up till 10 am the next day. Website shows you photo of the club room when you book. Once they get your money they put you in a room across the road which is very shabby. Stay away from this property! I paid Rs. 7000 for one night and checked out the very next day.

Location is very good it is very Close to the Market. Rooms are Clean, Spa, play area gym are also available. Staffs are very helpful, there behavior are soo nice. Important thing is Vehicle can go directly infront of the hotel. Rooms are well maintained with heritage look. Room heater & hot water are also available. This hotel is very much comfortable for all.

Nice heritage property, very good location. Nice staffs. But the food served should be better. Food was not good at all.

Nice old hotel with no lift. We had booked a deluxe room through gofro and they gave us standard room. When I asked for another room they showed me another room in — 2floor basement with no window. Anyone would easily make a choice, I think that is their standard way of operation. Good thing is the service. Which is prompt and sumptuous. They even gave me a packed breakfast because I was leaving early, thats why the 5 stars, which no other hotel provides. Altogether the stay was nice. Heater was provided on request basis.

A good hotel, centrally located, good service, amenities like spa, small playroom and a small fitness room. It's clean and tidy. Food is okay, especially north/south Indian. Chinese food is good.

I am giving it 4 stars primarily for its staff who were most helpful otherwise I might have rated it 3 or 3.5. Good location, clean room and good service in general. The only hic is the restaurant which was very noisy (although this was due to the other customers) and had slow service. Could definitely use some improvements in certain areas. But still the experience was pretty good due to its nice and helpful staff.

We have stayed for 3 nights on this hotels. Location is near mall road. Nice rooms with all modern amenities. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in the rooms. Food is also very good on quantity and on quality.

We stayed there in Last week in a Club Room (Room No. 134). Very Clean, Good and Spacious Rooms with all modern facilities in a traditional look. Will find Room Heater and Fire place also there. Complimentary Breakfast was just awesome. Have to walk 5-6 mins to reach the Mall. But one advantage is that the car will come in front of the Hotel. But disadvantage is that you will not find any view from the rooms. Children entertainment area was also there. Overall Good Hotel.

Nice Resort Darjeeling. I love this Place with fire place and mountain view from my room. We booked for 4 nights in the month of January. Beautiful set-up, their sunset bar&lounge in the evenings was great. Room service is great. Love you Hotel.

It's a very good option if you book of one of the hotel booking websites at a cheaper rate (there's quite a bit of difference). The only problem with it per say is the hot water. It's not hot but just mildly warm. The food, breakfast more specifically though is absolutely amazing. (I had a free breakfast since I booked with Oyo)

Excellent rooms and interiors. They had a bed warmer too! courteous staff. Great room service. Has a restaurant and the complementary breakfast was very good. Went there on an off-season.

There is always noise from upstairs due to wooden floor. You have to ask for your welcome drink & you may not get cookies. Extra bed is not comfortable. Food quantity is very poor compared to it's high price. So it's over priced. Otherwise room is impressive, hotel is easy accessible to the mall & taxi stand. Nice & good.

A resort, with pure antique ambience. The rooms and the lobby area, is clean and well maintained. Although, there are time limits for meals, the resort is in the walking distance, from the Mall Road, where you will get many food outlets.

Awesome hotel. We stayed for 3 night at this hotel. Service is too good. Big rooms with all amenities. Restaurant and food is also good. This resort have their own restaurant children's play area. Staffs are polite and helpful.

Location is great. Just below Glenary's. Room is extra spacious with provision of fire place (though chargeable). Disappointed with the food. N no mountain view rooms are available.

Reached at 11, was told check-in isn't till 12. When check-in finally happened, the room smelled. Electrical point next to the bed didn't work, others were pre historic but thankfully worked. No hot water in Darjeeling winter. Who made this a 4-star?

Best for families and couples… Customer service is also good. Its one of the oldest hotels in Darjeeling (More than 100 years old) … Clean rooms, antique wooden furniture, clean washrooms. What else one want…!

Nice cosy rooms. Great view of Mt. Kanchanjunga from some rooms (Stayed in 3rd floor of Annexe building). Bed warmer and room heater kept us warm. Reception desk has promised to attend to problem relating to hot water supply in rooms (piping hot water was supplied in buckets on request, for bathing). Breakfast buffet is very good. Cordial staff. Overall, a decent place to stay.

The management needs serious improvements on some issues. The hotel is at an excellent location. It is just 2 min away from the heart of Darjeeling, the Mall. So no issuew with that. The rooms in the annex building are great as they have good view from the windows. The indoors offer a colonial feel with the wooden floor and wooden almirahs. But most of the delux rooms also come with modern amenities like room heater and bed-warmer. However, be warned, there is no geyser! Yes! NO GEYSER. They say they have centralised hot-water service but during my two-days' sojourn, not even for once did I get a drop of hot water from the dedicated tap outlet. After complaining repeatedly to the front-desk, no solution came. There was an electric kettle in the room. It saved me. Thank heavens it was there. Furthermore, food is quite costly here, so avoid, unless you really cannot. Quantity not good. GST is high (18 instead of 5). Darjeeling has plenty of restaurants. And as I mentioned, thanks to the location of this hotel, all the major restaurants are merely 2 min away by foot. The staff is very genial though. Rooms are well-maintained. No bugs or dirt. And the buffet breakfast is fantastic also. So, whenever you book a room, book B+B only.

Good location as it was close to the mall road. However, an average hotel. The rooms were a bit dingy and the bathrooms were not upto the mark. House keeping needs to be improved. The lobby had good view of the mountains.

I was in darjeeling with some of my friends on a vacation. We stayed three nights at this hotel, the room had a great view. The rooms are also comfortable in every way with heaters, heated blankets and a nice and clean bathroom. The maids ensured that the room is kept clean on daily basis. The hotel nearer to local markets, several restaurants and shops. The complementary breakfast buffet is awesome they have wide variety of items changes daily and tastes heavenly. This place totally blew my expectations and in a good way. The place is little pricey but its worth it.

Property is divided into two parts. One side of hotel seems to New one and good and lounge is satisfactory. Other buildings is old and having smaller one. Dinning is Centralized is at multi level.

It was really great experience to stay there. We really enjoyed their. Great mountains views. I and my family felt awesome their and fully enjoyed our stay. The staffs were very polite and cooperative. Food was delicious like homemade and their were many varieties of food. And still missing the taste. I couldn't explain in words… It was awesome…

I stayed here 4 nights in a couple deluxe room from March 17 to March 21, 2017. It was a great time in there. The room was clean and well equipped with everything I needed. It had a clear mountain view from my window. The staffs were very helpful and polite. The food was excellent and more than enough. It made my trip comfortable and enjoyable.

I stayed at Central Heritage from 31st Dec to 3rd Jan, 2016. First 2 days in Deluxe room and next 2 days in club room. Both rooms are good but you can't get any view from the club room so I will suggest you to stay in the Deluxe one. Room service and front desk was very cooperative. Breakfast & Dinner Buffet was pretty good.

Loved their large and spacious rooms. The hotel is very well maintained and has a comfortable location. Highly recommended.

This one of the worst hotel experienced I ever had. Totally unqualified stuff and receptionist, situated in very noisy and unhealthy environment. Rooms are very very old and poor in quality. There is not at all any service we received. Please do not visit this hotel. They provide separate rooms for online booking. Totally wastage of money.

This is one of the worst hotel in darjeeling and I have a very bad experienced I ever had… the receptioniests r very rude in behaviour… they dnt know how to comiunicate with the guest. The room r very poor as per the price is concern… I have visited the hotel 21st december'15… I found there is no blanket, bathtowel, runing hot water & also light & drinking water also… I called to the reception… after 1hour they replied… the hotel also located in a bad position … the rooms r very old & noisy, not cleand … as per the ratings & reviews, we visited this hotel. But I & my family sufferer by the stuff… hotel have limited stuff but they r very illiterate & non-sense… I &my family also want that the hotel owner recover this point soonly… & hurry replace the stuff also… please its my request…

Great food, Prompt Service!

The desk staff is non cooperative. Linen blanket are of poor quality. Room is damp. Small size room. In double bed room they provide double single blanket. The heating blanket is single so half of the bed is without heating blanket. Warm water is not supplied round the clock. For basic amenities you have to ask every time. They don't supply slippers in room. Poor service.

I have stayed at Central Heritage a couple of times in the last few years. It's a beautiful heritage property with a lot of character. I love the wooden interiors and the staff's willingness to please. The hotel is always upgrading itself.

Very poor services n the staff r very rude n they damn care abt costumer, we waited for more Dan half n hour but the staff didn't came for oder, they r chatting inside kitchen n they really don't care for costumers.
