A very good place to stay with few downfalls of its own. Got it for 1800 on Oyo for AC double room. Pros: 1. Very good rooms and ambience 2. Good service and maintenance. 3. Changed only 300 for an extra person 4. Very near to main road (and Gachibowli Circle) Cons: 1. Pricing is a but higher. 2. Complimentary breakfast is below par (both taste and variety)

They have a nice, spacious rooms and clean, there staff members are very friendly, there is one restaurant in the hotel, Hotel's restaurant is open till 11 pm. The nearest restaurants are one and half kilometre away from the hotel, around ten minutes walking distance, at the location of the hotel there is no any local stores, so every time you need any stuff you should walk for at least one kilometre. The drinking water bottle is evalible 24 hours, you can order at any time.

Wonderful Place to be after a long day in office. One of the best Service I had in a hotel for a long time. 5 Stars for the Service and some extra compliments for the great service personal and big thanks to Front Desk Staff.

Stayed here twice. Treebo is a hotel line which maintains authenticity. In hyderabad, among all treebo hotels this one is decent hotel to stay in.

Being an avid traveller I usually judge a hotel by the cleanliness of the toilets. Though rooms are clean, toilets are not and when we checked in it was stinking. We had to keep the exhaust on for an entire day for it to disappear. The staff are not very polite. And I was asked to move my car from a parking slot because the owner had to park there. If you are running a hotel, then your guest and his/her comfort should be your priority instead of your own. Breakfast is decent.

Hotel is good, location is even better​, but hotel service is very poor and slow. Even they can't understand hindi so that non local people are facing problem while communicate sometimes.

This hotel is although located in a peaceful neighborhood. It lacks a typical hotel feeling. The staff is warm and they try to make you feel welcomed. However, getting decent breakfast will be a problem.

No frills affordable hotel for short visits to Hyderabad. The staff are friendly and helpful. We were able to store some food in common kitchen refrigerator. Don't miss the breakfast, especially the upma!
