Got two rooms. 101 is very congested compared to 124. Room key was a major problem for all the days and they could not open it for almost 2 hours. Staff could be more understanding and co-operative. Otherwise it's good hotel with good amenities. Poolside is quite scenic. Also there is a small lake which can be approached from pool side.

The place is convenient for the location, but the rooms are not great for the price. Some of the electrical outlets didn't work. The shower door didn't close well. As a result, water was splashing all over the bathroom floor instead of just the bathtub. The front desk/reception staff didn't speak English that well and didn't know some of the basic stuff. The staff were very customer focused, but didn't have proper knowledge of ride time to the airport, cab service information, etc. I probably would not be back unless I hear from other reviewers about updates/renovations.

Awesome food… customizing the dishes are really good. They understand what customer need… we went there as family with kids and elders… Ordered couple of items which were not there in the menu and the chef really cooked the exactly same thing which we were expecting …

Novotel — A great place to enjoy with friends and family and without them also! I felt no way away from home during my entire stay here. The Food was awesome, thanks to the chef Venky. The hospitality was amazing at Novotel. A beautiful and pleasant stay which I would certainly want another time.

Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre is an amazing place for a stay. It’s a bit away from the Airport but accessible though. One of the huge property in Hyderabad this is an amazing place for a visit. The staffs are amazing and the breakfast served is delicious with lots of varieties. This property has an awesome swimming pool, spa, a 24*7 fitness centre too. The rooms are great for a comfy stay. Next time you plan for a trip to Hyderabad bad you right now know where to stay. Kudos to the amazing service!

Awesome location and the best thing it is away from all the traffic and pollution. It is in the hitex. The rooms are decent with good facilities. The Sunday brunch was good. Had lot of options in the menu.

A nice hotel with very good service. The coffee shop, restaurant and bar are all good. The buffet is exceptional value for money, especially the live counters.

Stayed in the hotel for 2 days, it was a pleasant experience. The staff were helpful, rooms are neat with all the standard amenities. It has a pool, my kid enjoyed a lot on the small slide in the pool They didn't have a paracetamol in the first aid box, I don't know if it is normal to not have one in a first aid box, they gave a bandaid for my kid when she hurt her foot though. So no complaints there. Overall it was a very nice stay and I would recommend it.

A must go to experience the food. Varied cuisines, everything cooked to perfection. Good place for a quick Team lunch. Ensure you have your reservations done prior to the visit. Happy Eating.

Get a pool side view, can't be better than that to start your day. Good service all around, comfy rooms and cozy beddings (which is expected from Novotel). Easy cab service available. A really good stay.

One of the best hotels in Hyderabad because of its location and surroundings. It is although built in the centre of hi tech city but the area is calm and serene. Great pool area. Also has O2 spa to relax. Good option for corporates. Staffs are also humble and professional.

We went for a office team lunch. We opted for buffet. Starters are very limited. Main course is not so tasty. Desserts are really good. If you are a desert lover, give this a shot. Hospitality is good. Ambience is also good.

This is one hotel I would go to anytime or this comes up in my mind whenever I think of a function at home. A quite place with good facilities. Also attended multiple business meetings here. Ideal place for all occasions. Not sure many know, there is a higene department to take care of food preparation aspects from higene perspective. Overall a great experience.

Considering it's a five star hotel it's expected to be premium. No doubt it is that. But the broad and airy facade just adds to its aura. Beauty of an experience. Wish it could me little more affordable.

Good Novotel hotel located in calm and obsure place. Has an international appeal and has good quality of food to offer. Front line staff are not too prompt and as eager to help as other Indian hotels have. Good for business travel and stay purpose.

Very good hotel within a great convention center.

Actually I lost my laptop charger. They were friendly and helped me in finding it. Very good and safe hotel for any conference. Security officer was helpful. AV management is great. On time function. No delay in preparation. Big halls for any function. Elegant place and view. Really a nice and cool environment.

Went for the Friday night buffet. Had a good spread for main course veg. Non-vegetarian had a bit less option in main course. The grill items were great prepared nicely for both veg and Non-vegetarian. However, need to include some more items in starters for veg. Service was great. Will surely come back. A must go place with family.

One of the flagships of the Novotel brand in India and rightly so. Well maintained and the staff are always ready to make you feel comfortable. The convention center is top notch and has great facilities. Would recommend this place for their amazing Sunday brunch if you find yourself in Hyderabad and also for large scale MICE events at the convention centre.

Nice calm place with a good swimming pool and amenities. The rooms are very comfortable and the bed soft and comfy. The restaurants served great breakfast and dinner. There was a street f food festival going on when I visited and the food served was great. Tyne service was flood too.

The hotel and rooms are good. Staff is helpful and polite. The only thing I didn't like about this place is that they don't allow food delivery boys to enter. We were a group of 8 people who wanted to get pizza delivered but it wasn't possible for us.

Very comfortable for business meeting and important programmes. The hotel is huge and a good responsive management with a well discipline and patience. The halls are pretty big and wide. The maintenance gives us a professional feeling.

My experience of the lunch buffet was not good. Only two starters!, which it self was not clocked well. I guess, its over focused to ambiance and less focus on food and taste.

It has excellent rooms and staff that attend to all your needs and wants. The rooms are spacious and the proved excellent amenities such as swimming pool, gym Wi-Fi etc. They have continental and Indian style cousins available and they will also make you any food to your taste.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were really well kept and the food was amazing. I would also recommend that people staying at the hotel take some time out and enjoy the live music at 'the bar'. The staff was extremely helpful. Also, I really liked the fact that they were really open to feedback; their guest relations executive, Koyeli Dutta, personally came and asked me for feedback.

Had a great dinner. Ambiance and food quality is really good. Worth for the price you spend over there.

Politeness of the guards must improve for such stature hotel. Although Restaurant staff is very courteous and Sunday Brunch is awesome. Must ask for Chef Sourav, he is one the best.

One of the biggest convention centre in Hyderabad, with a 5 star hotel. A well know place for gala events and weddings. Everything here is spacious.

Wonderful Hotel and excellent ambience. But the only draw back is you need a vehicle at your disposal to travel to city or any nearby Shopping areas. Food is OK although a bit expensive even when compared other 5 star properties in the city.

I had my lunch here… The food was Soo fabulous and delicious… Specially the starters and deserts were awesome… I feel like visiting again again…

We visited "la cantina" Mexican restaurant in Novotel. The place was quaint and close to the pool. The menu has a good variety of Mexican dishes. They have a good collection of Single malts at the bar.

We came here for an office meeting. We spent 2-3 days here and I loved every bit of it. It has a pleasant ambience and the food is great!

Novotel is connected with the convention center with good rooms and great service. The Staff are always ready to serve with a smile. I would specially mention that Mr Sudheer on the front desk is an asset to the hotel, he know what hospitality means.

I didn't stay at the hotel. I was visiting for the Hi Life exhibition. It was neat as usual. Well. Maintained. Soothing music. All other visitor facilities were superb including parking, water, restrooms, ATMs, security etc.

Once I had been to Hyderabad on business work. I find this hotel is the best for business operations. Because the rooms were very convenient to have meetings and were neatly decorated which gives a pleasant and peace of mind so that once can handle propel conversion s very smoothly. The services offered by them were very excellent they do all the things at right time. There was a pleasant music and recreation center to relax after long meetings. The atmosphere was very good and the cab service to view others places was very good.

It was a good decision; I enjoyed the peace and quiet I needed, offered in all the facilities of your hotel. The rooms, cracked & broken fixtures, flooring show their age. The coffee maker smelt of roaches. Overpriced and underwhelming.

The food was great. The place was huge. But the AC could be more better! As it was Hot and wasn't sufficient for the huge crowd!

One of the premier hotels in Hyderabad where you can host your corporate parties and conferences or just ahead and dine out in style with the multitude of cuisines they offer in Ala Carte and buffet options. Corporate retreat and vacations are also a great idea and the hotel provides different packages and options for guests to scour and visit the city. Rooms are pristine, service is top class and the staff is always smiling and ready to help at any moment.

Fantastic property and great hospitality. Things started from the reception to allowing us very early check in. Rooms are old and by and small by any international standards. Good swimming pool. Amazing breakfast spread, just in case not included in your bill, it's not expensive either. It's being next to convention center it always high on occupancy whenever there is any event. Really nicely placed property and really noiseless area. Would recommend it to all who are going for convention hall there.

Nice efficient business hotel. The prices have gone up off late but highly recommended if you are traveling to Hyderabad and your office is in Hitech city. Great swimming pool and amenities. I loved the midnight buffet. Square bar is also nice.

Feels great and has an awesome ambience. The halls feel magnificent as well.

HICC is the venue were many cultural events, Film Promotions, Filmfare awards, CinemaaAwards 2016 are done here.

Nice place for parties and functions & Novotel is also a very nice place to live for few days wigh nice outdoor pool!

We stayed here for a couple of days as we were in hyderabad to visit some friends. They provide airport transfer on request and I suggest anyone planning to stay in this hotel to take it. The hotel is located near HITEC city so ideal for business travellers. As my friends stayed closer to Hitec city it was convenient for us. If you plan to visit the city the tourist desk can still offer some good packages. The staff were kind and very helpful. Was overall a very pleasant stay Room Tip: Ask for rooms with Lakeside view after you book or prior to booking.

The Playboy pub is superb over here, and the bar is awesome with live karoke.

Always enjoyed the buffet lunch at The Square. Great food, courteous staff, and pleasant ambience.

The breakfast is excellent. The food quality is great. The location is away from the city and very peaceful. The staff is very co operative. The convention centre is huge and excellent place for conferences with over 2000 delegates.

This place is terrible. For the price the Hyatt or Weston are 10x better. The beds are like wooden boards, the rooms smell terrible it has a overly strong chemical smell that I assume they clean the carpets with. The food is ok and priced fine but that's it. Never again would I stay here.

Simply Superrub… I love to stay as long as possible… nice & peaceful location… can enjoy the nature.

Clean and spacious rooms with very comfortable bed. The large bathroom allows you to relax while taking a bath. Friendly and attentive staff who are genuine and their service brings smiles! We had desserts at the cafe and the hazelnut eclair is delicious. Pity I didn't get a chance to use the pool.
