Great friendly staff. Clean and cosy rooms. Close to main road. Limited options in breakfast but good food. Fellow travellers there is no lunch or dinner served here so plan accordingly.

Rooms are clean and OKAY. Suitable for couples. Breakfast served was not upto the mark. Not many options available either.

Doesn't come with any bells and whistles. This place is incredible Value for Money though. I mean it's super basic, with nothing fancy. My friend even had some issues with cleanliness, so had to change rooms. But the staff is polite, and as helpful as they can be. For this price, I don't see a reason to complain. Plus a lot of things nearby is always good.

Rooms are well maintained. Good location too. To improve on complementary breakfast.

Nice and quite. Close to USA VAC. Stayed for just 5 hours as I wanted to catch some sleep. They provided a room at a discounted rate.

Had a comfortable stay. Staff was helpful and courteous. It is quitr close to the market too. But the crockery at breakfast could have been better as the cups were cracked.

Worst treebo, this does not follow any treebo standard. The forms are dingy with lot of traffic noise. The breakfast is poor. I am an avid treebo customer, and it's really a pain to get duped with this one.

Worst staying… No restaurant, same breakfast every day, rooms are also not that good. Very bad hospitality in this hotel. I think worst hotel in treebo chain.

No so good at service… No in house restaurant… Not good for family traveller's as it is in secunderabad and spots to visit are in Hyderabad.

It's a good value for money hotel located very close to main road which makes it easy access.

Hotel is easy located have good breakfast and ambiance is clean. Few important points… the staff has layed back approach you ask for water you will get it late or you may not even get it : — (pick your own bottles. The house keeping will not clean your rooms unless you inform same is the case for towels and bed sheets. The TV/cable remotes are non functional and even after multiple follow ups it never got repaired. Even AC remotes do not function as required. Overall I will not rate more than 3 as there is no Lunch and Dinner facility as well.

Breakfast hall was very dark, lack of lightings and hall was in a very bad shape. No maintenance. Kettle kept in room was very smelly, not cleaned. Overall hotel is decent enough to stay and relax but lacks maintenance of wear n tear.

Can be better. Everything in this hotel is made to look perfect and luxurious which is not so from inside.

Good place for a quick stay. Both the Room and bathroom were clean. The shower was not maintained well, low pressure. This is not a hotel but more of a service apartment, there is no restaurant, but if you want coffee or tea, they can arrange for the same. The place is right across the main road, easy to find. Easy to get a cab ride. Breakfas is complimentary and is served on the 1st floor between 8-10 am, nothing to rave about, just a couple of south Indian options along with toast, fruits and cornflakes. Coffee was horrible, avoid it. The place is very close to Chutneys. I suggest you go there for breakfast or lunch, just about 200 mts, so is Naturals the ice cream place and the famous Paradise Biriyani outlet also is close by. A word of caution, make sure you book the hotel online via the Treebo website or App, if you walk in, the Price's are much higher. In all, a decent place to stay if you are in Hyderabad for business or a short stay.

Rooms are very neat and clean. Service is not at all there. Breakfast very late, as it got over by 9.45 am and it took them to get breakfast in room after one and hour hour late. Otherwise room very comfortable.

Spacious room with less furniture. Location is good. Breakfast is good… room service I found poor. Was denied for water at 12:45 AM. Some toilet itionety not working like toilet flush button, etc. Was not repaired even after complaining. Hot was system didn't worked during 4 days I stayed there. Some staff are good…

I have stayed here on 17th of this month for one day for a meeting the same day I have checked out at evening. The hotel is good they have told me one tariff and while check out I have paid more than what they have told while asking the refund till date the response is pathetic. Even I have asked the bill also till date they have not send. A worst experience in my 21 years sales travel across india. So pl avoid to stay here.

The rooms were awesome. Hotel staff was really good. Rooms are with amenities like tea and coffee. Ac was good Wi-Fi was good. Prime location easy to access local market.

I stayed here for 3 days. It was really nice. This is one of the few nice hotels around begumpet. The best thing was breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and I will stay here again during my next visit to hyderabad.

It was very nice stay. Though it was just for 2 nights. The room are very clean. The staff is very cooperative. Over all it was a very comfortable stay.

First of all, Google Reviews must have Very Very Poor as a scale just like it has excellent. Not what is very very poor at this place? This hotel's staff is the most unprofessional one, ever I have seen in the world even after traveling 15 countries. The hotel gives customer a "Swipe/Smart Card" to open the door. And the hotel staff can open the room, do whatever they feel like with your personal belongings, without informing you at all. They do not think its necessary to ask customer or even inform if they would like to get the room cleaned, while you are away. Also the swipe card given to you will not work most of the times, so you will have to go back to the reception, get someone (if some one is there) and then they will open the room with a master swipe card. The hotel staff will fix most of the things in the room like (mini bar, if its there) AC (ac Remote) after you have entered the room. So if you enter tired, you need to first wait for all these things to get fixed and then freshen up. Also the restaurant at the roof top is a burning stove. Its too too hot there and food is yaak. I would suggest you to stay away from this hotel, even if you are getting some "Deal" on it. This place sucks.
