We came from coimbatore. Here Very peaceful area. We enjoyed there a lot of fun and relaxed in swimming pool. It's great place. I highly recommended this area for families and as well as bachelors.

Was wondering about our choice of staying away from beach!. The compensation was done by the flora and fauna here. U can find ducks, cocks, doggies, cats, Turkeys… Forget not to feed and get biting from the two parrots, one was very friendly while u r feeding 'em. Food is good. Week ends will be with good crowd. Expect the Service with lots of delay. Since its value for money, I think, people are digestive on problems. Pool is good place and well maintained, forget not to spend time here… that 6.5' depth area is quite exciting for me, enjoyed playing ball game with friends. Also our friends enjoyed the massage.

Cramped rooms, super small bath rooms, dirty and unhygienic dining area and kitchen. While service was good and place (farm) is big enough with a nice swimming pool, cleanliness and maintenance is pathetic. Also, for this money (

Very good location. 200 for an hour in swimming pool. Clean swimming pool. Also there is an resort. It's an farm house. Surroundings are very greenish. Free water bottle service. Nice service. Only one complain about the farm house is the entrance watchman who has some black big scar in his face. He behaves very rude to the small ones if no parents with them. If parents are there with the children he will give more respect. Totally nice except the watchman… visit here…

Good place to stay… have enough bunglows or sheds for people to stay. Service is very slow… and the staff does not even reply. No responsibility if the food is over or something, you will have to realize them. So, staying wise good place… but forget about staff cooperation.

Environment is Awesome. Breakfast is Good. Lunch and other Food menu is costly and needs improvement. Swimming pool is worth mentioning. Price can be lesser then what it is now. Otherwise refreshing and relaxing. Way to go. 🌟🌟🌟🌠

Service is good but food is average and bit costly as compared to quality served. Better have food outside. Little far from beach but can enjoy inside the farmhouse as well. Breakfast provided is really good and even separate pools are available for men women and children.

We booked a 3 bedroom villa here for one day. Ac in 2 bed rooms were not working. Swimming pool is far from the rooms and tile pieces were coming from the pool you get hurt from the sharp edges no access to beach. Not an easy access to get to this place very interior no shops no eatery close by.

Good for bachelor's! For family and kids there is nothing much other than a swimming pool! Very Lonely and a bit interior…! Accessing the main road is difficult in a car! road is small and bumpy.

It is located little deep from the main road. Roads to the resorts are narrow. Check-in will be done quickly. The place is really peaceful. If you are a nature lover, enjoy the sounds from variety of birds. You can see some ducks here and there. You can park the vehicle nearby your room. Let me com to the room. We stayed in a standard room. Room is ok for the couples. Chairs kept on the sitting area were broken. Not worth for the amount we paid. You can experience sun light (Is it a sun bath?. I am not sure) from the bathroom. Coz of huge opening the constructed. Safety is questionable?. 2 no. Of swimming pool are there. Swimming pool is quite big in size. Pool is neat and clean. Play are is also big. Outdoor games like shuttle, volley ball are available. Complementary breakfast was ok. Dinner we have ordered was good. Suggested for group ppl.

Good about this place:* Location — right in the middle of nowhere. Inside a forest. Swimming pool — one big pool and small pool. The water is good. Food : complementary breakfast is good. Spacious : The garden is very spacious and they have full of greeneries. Staffs : helping minded Downside: Rooms : not worth for the price they charge. Towels were not clean. Rooms are also not spacious. Cost : at the higher side. Overall, if you are going with group and interested in a pleasant stay without much city disturbances, this is good choice.

A great place for the swimming pool and kids playground. However, it could be even better if the management doesn't allow people to hop in with regular clothes. Foods could be tastier than what they serve.

The cottages were decently maintained. We didn't feel the heat during our night stay there. The pool was the excellent feature there and it was well maintained and the water looked amazing and fresh. Although we spotted an insect or two in the water, it was good to swim. They have a separate pool for Families/Women and a separate one for Men. The only negative we found was that the location is very much off from the heart of the city, the roads to the resort were horrendous, and once you go to the resort you're pretty much stuck there with nothing much to do (except the pool). During night they had an outside setting with songs and dance but we didn't join the event. It was there for around 2 hours from 9 to 11 I think. They do give rental bikes for a cost of 300 for 24 hours (If they ask for more than that, bargain with them. You're a guest there and giving the bike for 300 is not going to burn a hole in their pocket! )

Worst one. Food is worst. Staff not trained and not having basic manners. Rooms are filthy, giving bad smell, towels are old /useless and service is totally unacceptable. Costly and not worth for money. No proper roads to reach place from main road. Suitable for bachelors who like drink and rest. Never ever think of getting into the filthy one.

All over, a very good place to live. The accommodation, the restaurant, the quality — everything good. If you're coming to this place for peace and relaxation, you're in for the right place. Highly recommended.

Good staff and good service. Amenities and room comfort are average. Secluded location is a plus.

This place seems secluded from the main region and yet managed not to be a bore. The natural atmosphere, the people and the greenery make this place all good. Would definitely recommend.

Great farm house with ample area! Family friendly and staffs are very responsible. I would strongly recommend this place.

Dont choose this its waste non — Alcohol hotel, they dont have proper license for drinks, they are doing it illegally. I am going to complaint in Excise dept about them. Un-clean atmosphere and non-cooperative staffs. For Pondicherry citizen they didn't allow outstation guys they are allowing for drinks. Write now am going to send one complaint letter. LAt but not least if you need Dengu attack come to this place.

Place is very nice, lot of greenery. Swimming pool is awesome. Cottages are nice. Room service is responsive. Breakfast is good in both days we stayed. Only issue I had was the food in the restaurant is not that great. Need improvement. Need to keep the area little clean.

Rooms are no in great condition. Lots of mosquitos, insects and other small flies in the room. Swimming pool is great. Food was nominal.

Good Place to crash in Pondicherry at cheap prices. But it is very far from any major place and the way to it is also not that great.

Overall the place is good. Little out of the way. Non AC cottages are not clean as compared to AC cottages. Good part is you have ample space and many turkeys and ducks roaming around. Food is expensive and you will not find anything very close by.

Skip the crap. It's a nice place. Nice hospitality. Complimentary breakfast. Services are just a single call away. (Can get auto or rent a bike anytime) Disadvantages are: Remote place (makes it lil scary in the night) Best place if you can deal with the dark roads. Anyways resort/farm house staff are very cooperative.

Please dont do this mistake. Plan a visit to this farm house, If you're willing to get irritated. I've never seen such a worst service in any resorts, The guy who guided us towards the bungalow doesn't even heard of greeting guests I guess. We asked some questions regarding the bungalow, he's refusing to answer us & minding his own business. Food was worst. We were a group of twenty members, We ordered a huge amount of food & most of it were YUCK!. The next day @lunch, I just ordered a chicken fried rice for which I waited for 1.5 hours, The reason they were saying for the delay is that 'its a multicusine restaurant & the food will be prepared one by one'. Silly guys!. The good beyond all these bad things was the place was awesome. But the service was worst Overall Pls dont visit this farm house & get irritated.

Terrible experience. More than a km. Off the road with a bumpy pot holed small road. Even though the property is good, the rooms are terrible, like a 2 or 3 star hotel. Staff does not understand a single word of English are extremely rude. They were objecting us to sit on a bed when inspecting a room. Much cheaper rooms available at the boardwalk. Reviews look to be paid, nobody would give it more than 2 stars. When we got out of the hotel after a few hours because we were dissatisfied, they refuse to refund any part of the room rent.

Prince park farm house is Awesome and really good place to enjoy with family and friends, the place is quit and calm without pollution with heavy greenery, plants which Worth for money, people who got bored with heavy work load and pressure in daily life can visit this place and enjoy the nature, Food is tasty, mainly serving and response of the staff is quick and great. I had a great enjoyment.

This is the only resort located near by the city in pondicherry. Its just 3 km far away from the pondicherry city and Auroville and other site seeing places too. Really good place to enjoy. Worth for money. Can suggest to other.
