Great experience is just the right word that can describe your experience in Le mirage. Right from the reception to the bell boy all of them are really well behaved and we'll mannered. The rooms were clean and dirt free and the bed was really comfortable. The room size is little small but comfortable enough for a couple. All the basic amenities were provided and even they had a chargable mini bar which was nice to see. The restaurant TOT served was awesome food, the chef is a great person who came out personally and suggested us what dishes to order. A special mention to Mr. Mohan, the head waiter in TOT who always greeted everyone to a lovely smile and he was always so inspiring and jovial. I also hired a scooter from the management to travel around, they charged around Rs. 350 like, but the vehicle was nice and hassle free and they even planned a small tour itinerary for us and gave us the map of the town, which was a brilliant gewture. The only complain I have is they should provide a ceiling fan in each room because the position of the AC is not sufficient enough for cooling. Other than this small glitch Le mirage has been a excellent stay for us. Thank you guys for making my trip memorable.

Wonderfull place, nice service but they are not flexible with check out time! I checked in very late but I couldn't even get an hour at check out.

Experiences were not good with hotel staff at check in at the hotel reception. But rooms are very good. Staff were told to charge us all the day on the matter of returning the rental bike for 1 hour delay from the scheduled time in the morning.

Very good hospitality provided by the hotel staff and management. Rooms are clean. Room service is available at all times from the restaurant in the hotel Taste on Terrace. The transportation fecelity was also very pleasant. This was the second time we went and we were really happy and satisfied with their services. The charges are affordable and worth staying.

Mission street, Rock beach and other tourist attractions, famous restaurants are all within 1km-2kms from the hotel. Room service is up to the mark. Complimentary breakfast served was delicious. Room are bit smaller, there is not proper ventilation in the rooms, you will not like it if you are planning to stay for more than 2-3 days.

Rooms are nice and good. Bike renting is also hassle free. Breakfast needs to be improved.

Excellent location and good value for the room categories that are available. Their family rooms are big and spacious with an extra bed. Bathrooms need maintenance as the ceiling has peeling paints and plaster with broken plumbing fixtures. Rooms have complimentary bottled water and tea/coffee water heater. TV could use some more international channels for the majority of tourists that come. Rooms are well decorated. Restaurant on roof top serves complimentary breakfast per your package and it may take a while to dine there as staff and service is slow. Overall, a good place.

Very decent with reasonable price. Room interiors are too good. Breakfast in roof top restaurant with many varieties. Almost 1 km to rock beach. Placed at suitable location where lot of shops are there. Only problem is parking of own vehicles. No space in front of hotel. Best hotel for vacation.

Great place to stay in pondi. Located very close to places of interest. Great hosts. Serves amazing breakfast. What could improve is the pricing for stay beyond and before chek-in times. The extra pay we incurred (totalling a stay of 12 hours) was almost as much as our entire stay of 2N.

Great hotel! Their breakfast is the most amazing you can eat in Pondi. The didi who makes the food there is extremely nice and gentle. She makes the best coconut chutney and Upma. Rooms are also nice neat and calm. All facilities available. Prices are fine too. 1500₹ — 1800₹ for a normal room for one night types.

Lies along the main arterial road. Rooms are sort of bit over priced. Services offered are timely and rooms are well kept.

The rooms are nice and spacious. Bathrooms are clean. We can hire bicycles for a day and go around.

Wonderful place and very helpful staff. The owner is extremely sweet and a vibrant personality. I would recommend this to anyone coming to pondi and looking for a comfortable stay. The rooms are nice clean. No foul smell and the balcony is a perfect touch to this stay. Just 4 mins away from rock beach and just next lane to white town. Location is good. Pondicherry being a small town it's easier to get to all touring places. Service at the hotel was under par. But considering the price @1000 for a night's stay, it was good.

Worst hotel experience shouldn't be rated as a 3 star hotel. Awful customer service. It felt like wastage of 3800 rupees. No breakfast was provided because we reached the restaurant a bit late. There was leakage problem all over the hotel the roofs in my room and especially I couldn't sleep because my bed got wet due to leakage problem. Staff behaviour horrible especially the adamant manager In overall experience I can give this hotel a 0 star because of its lack of customer satisfaction service. Recommending this hotel to anyone would not even be my last option.

Awesome rooms, tasty foods, good working staff…

Nice and neat rooms. They are a little small however. The bathrooms are clean and spacious. The best thing about the hotel is its location. All tourist places are close to it, except Auroville. They don't have a restaurant, the breakfast is a South Indian breakfast from A2B. The room service staff is quick.

Our experience was good. Rooms are clean and decor is good. Can improve on breakfast. Hotel is close to most of the tourist visits. Take a bike on rent and ho around.

Please don't book this hotel. There is no window in the room. The bed is not firm at all. It slides along the edges. Room does not have luggage rack. I can't believe this hotel has got 4.2 reading in Google. Please don't waste your money.

Very bad service. If you are booking here book online else they will charge you more. Manager is not on time. Breakfast is v. Late and there is absolutely zero support from staff. No good staff who can talk english properly.

The breakfast starts very late, at 8:30 and if you have to leave early, like me, telling it to them the previous day and with the breakfast pre-paid, they didn't prepare nothing for us. Hot water is only available by demand.

We had a wonderful stay at Le Mirage. The location, proximity to places is very convenient. The beach is at a walkable distance and it's a good place to stay if you cannot afford the expensive hotels close to the beach. Many famous eateries like Cafe Xtasi, Zuka, Baker Street etc are at a walkable distance from the hotel. They even arrange cycles, scooty's for you at a very nominal rental charge. The rooms are amazing and most importantly the hotel staff are extremely nice, friendly and helpful.

You enter the hotel you feel nice. You enter the room you feel good. It is however the stay that makes it a little short of the perfect holiday feeling. If you are looking for peace, the best place to stay is by the shore. Even if it means paying a few bucks extra. Located closer to the city, streets around le mirage bustle with traffic as early as 6 am and as late as 10 PM. The rooms are not sound proof. One can easily hear the conversation in the next room if they speak a little louder than normal. The ac within the room is a little noisy too. Amenities are less, and places to eat are a little far. Staff is courteous. They arranged everything we required. We even reserved a bike for 350 bucks to go around the city a little bit. Overall, the experience of joy as you enter the hotel and the room fades away within a few hours.
