Attended one social event, the infrastructure was excellent. It is having very spacious car parking with valet available. Wedding hall was so big and elegant. Overall a nice place.

Great hotel. Didn't expect that quality would be at par. I got great deal from MMT and booked this hotel at cheaper rate. They have good variety in breakfast and staff is polite. Hotel is almost 1 KM from promenade beach so no need to book expensive hotels at beach side. This hotel doesn't have sea view though. Rooftop swimming pool and spa adds to the amenities. I asked them if they can give me discount on next visit. They agreed. :) Overall great experience.

We stayed at Hotel Atithi at Pondicherry from 20/7/18 to 23/7/18.  I would like to place on record the excellent hospitality we received throughout our stay at Atithi. The check in process was very quick and efficiently handled. The room was spacious and clean. Room service and housekeeping staff were always at our service with a smile. Food was delicious despite the menu being limited. All in all, a wonderful experience.

Great service. Spacious rooms. Great breakfast spread. Also do not miss out on their rooftop unlimited BBQ buffet. Pool was closed for maintenance. Otherwise the experience was near perfect.

Excellent spacious rooms with everyday cleaning, clean bathrooms, sofas, etc. Extra bed is available on demand. Praceful locality. Friendly service. Complimentary breakfast was top notch. They have a grill restaurant on the rooftop, the food here is scrumptious and fills you with satisfaction.

Conveniently located at the edge of the French area. Ample parking space was available over the weekend too. While the reception and lobby look a little bland, the rooms are cozy and excellent! Service staff are friendly and get the job done. Breakfast spread was decent and filling, and was included in our package.

Very good hotel. The highlight is the roof top infinity pool and the view of the sea behind. The rooftop bar is good too with a good selection of spirits. The breakfast spread is vast and has adequate options for all kinds of food lovers. I will love to come back to the hotel again. Location is walking distance to the French quarter and the Pondicherry beach.

Nice comfy hotel with very comfortable bed. Spacious rooms. Neat and clean room as well as lobby area. Breakfast buffet was limited. Though food taste was very good. Nice location, 1km from the beach.

Comfortable hotel with very friendly staff. They had a problem with their key cards while we were there and we had to request someone at the reception to let us into our rooms when we needed. This was a pain but understandable as a one off bad tech day. Its not very close to the beach. This won't be a problem if you have transport like a rented bike as it's only a five minute ride away.

Very good restaurants, we tested the barbecue at the top roof last night, this lunchtime we chose the restaurant of the DRC for the fish dishes…

Very good choice for Buffet Lunch with family or friends. Their variety was so good and taste was also great. Ambiance was also excellent. When we went there, live music session was happening. Totally we enjoyed everything… Wish to go there again.

Definitely one of the best places in Pondy, centrally located and excellent service. We usually go there for the buffet Brunch on Sundays or the Terrace Grill for dinners. Reasonably priced the choice is quite good.

A great place near almost everything in the town. The executive room is really very big rather more than what a family of three may need. Had lunch at the lobby restaurant. The buffet is worth the price.

Decent buffet with tableside grill. Almost similar to Barbecue Nation but cheaper. Good drinks menu as well. Ambience being rooftop is an added plus. Overall worth a visit and the price.

Hotel located on a large artery but extremely poorly soundproof for the price (traffic, horns, noises from the restaurant and tables that hang on the floor at midnight).
Hot water problem that puts 3min to arrive and that cuts in full shower!
Too bad as the rooms are spacious and the bedding clean and comfortable.

A really lovely place. Very clean and good food. Also the terrace on the roof is very nice, but the service unfortunately very slow. Also, I would recommend to open the pool longer.

Good, clean, 3-star like rooms. Service is great. Excellent location — very close to the French town and walking distance to the Rocky beach. Food is pretty decent. All in all a very comfortable stay.

It was a very nice, comfortable and cozy experience living in this hotel… Everything from food to amenities are nice… There room services and all other services including cleaning room is worth every penny… Would love to visit and live here again in Pondicherry… The sea face is nearly 10 minutes walk from the hotel…

This is a nice place in the heart of the city, hardly a km away from Rock Beach. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was very good. Lot of items on the menu and everything tasted really well. The only thing that didn't go well for us was that the water was not hot enough. Also the pool here is extremely small. Overall it was a good and a comfortable stay.

We had a bad experience, poor management, there is no coordination in there team. I did a booking, they confirmed it, then to ask something else I contacted them and they said they don't have any booking and it spoiled our trip.
Thanks to them that our Christmas is not so merry.

A nice and decent place for the price range. A walking distance to the beach — 15 minutes. Good food options and easy to locate. News paper every morning in the room. I like.

Room for 2 people well furnished and spacious! Access to all TV channels!
Restaurant not very clean! I weigh my words!
I saw some roaches swoting around the corner of the buffet at will!
The access to the pool is done by the elevator and we pass through a corridor where all the preparations and cooking come to us (barbecue, cooking steam, smells…)
And only then we access the pool.
The lifeguard is often absent especially in the presence of children!
Room service a little slow compared to other hotel!
But all these points can be improved!

Awesome place. Been here with friends on 11-Nov17. Also been here with family last year in May. This place doesn't disappoint you whenever u visit. Same quality is maintained everyone, be it there rooms, food, lobby, swimming pool etc. Very good place. Their buffet breakfast is especially awesome with a wide variety to choose from.

Good infrastructure and hospitality. Good location. In had been there for a wedding reception and the hall was good and good tested good. Only the service of the food not good. The items were not served in proper order.

Nice location. Easy access. But hotel room was not worthy for the money. First day night we found bugs coming out from the bed and the bathroom started stinking once we opened the water. The bed was cleaned once we complained. Good breakfast assortment. Overall experience and staff behaviour was decent.

Visited the Le Boulavard here. Okay place for some good dinner. It has buffet system. Good food but not worth the high price.

A fairly good hotel at Pondicherry while on official or private trip. Very near to Aurobindo Ashram and Beach Road. Food is good but the quality and "spread" could be further improved. Overall, a very good and comfortable place to stay.

The location is perfect, right at the start of Mission Street and in the city center. Room was spacious, bathroom was neat. The breakfast buffet was not quite great but still fine. The staff could smile a little but more.

Very nice ambience. It is a basically 3/3.5 star hotel. The staff members are very helpful and sweet. We reached early there, but they were humble and allowed us to check in before time with a manageable waiting time. It is located at the heart of the city. The swimming pool is a bit disappointment. It's way too smaller than expected. The breakfast is awesome. Good for couples who want to spend time in luxury hotels. Location is at a walkable distance from Rock beach.

Being in a customer care industry for very long I get pissed off very badly if I am being ill treated by someone / Co. One such incident happened to me and my wife today when we checked in at hotel atithi pondicherry. Hotel atithi pondicherry been our favourite place of stay at pondicherry until today morning. We are a regular guest at hotel atithi pondicherry for the last 6 years, but now I regret why I choose this place for stay. When we are associated with a product or service or place for so long we tend to develop a bond and expectations. Likewise being associated for 6 long years with hotel atithi pondicherry we also expect some kind of better service for their regular guests. Atithi failed in this. Today morning when I checked in I was ill treated by the front desk staffs. My expectation was very simple and I asked for room in East direction. Upon this the duty manager in the front desk is replying to upgrade. I felt very embarrassed in front of other guests in the lobby. Just because they've to upsell doesn't mean that they can tarnish my dignity. My whole trip is spoiled because if this incident. Decided that this will be my last stay at hotel atithi pondicherry. In future I'll go for a hotel where they value their guests.

Great roof top eatery. Great service. They could have stopped us from eating just the kabab cause there was other buffet to have but we were too full. Other wise I recommend this place.

Did not stay at this hotel but visited their rooftop restaurant/bar and loved it! The food was amazing and the prices are on the higher side but for me it was worth it, would definitely go there again.

Nice hotel! A bit pricey, but the room and the service are worth the money. The complimentary breakfast spread is quite good. The hotel is not very far from the promenade, which makes this an even better deal.

Posh place. Great buffet. Its a star hotel, so if you're looking for a grandiose meal or stay this is the place. Love the food. Their special barabecue and kebab buffets are even cooler.

-Bad restaurants, the server cleans up the table with the underside of cover under our eyes (it's normal for him). We ate for the same price and top of the line next to the French Embassy.
-at 12: 00, we get out you of the room while you had to leave at 3: 00 as a group of tourists arrive.
In short, you see the level.

-Restaurants bad, the server cleans the table below with covered under our eyes (for him it is normal). We ate at the same price and high end side of the French Embassy.
to 12 pm, you emerged from the room while you were out to 15: 00 for a group of tourists arrive.
In short, you see the level of hotel.
