Good location. Close from all major tourist spots. Needs renovation at property. Curtains were too thin for privacy. If you looking for location than choose this resort if you are seeking luxury than definitely not the correct choice. Vegetarian people may find it bad to have grilled chicken show cased on entry of restaurant.

This resort is not well maintained. Location is good very close to ooty lake boating. Cottages are not clean, toilets were unclean. But garden in front & around the cottages is nice. Food quality they provide is poor. Staff behavior OK no problem.

Only pro is that location is nice, all the visiting spots are nearby. And it is inexpensive for the size of rooms they provide. But service is very bad, if not worst. You have to pay for dinner in cash, they don't ever have change to return. And until and unless you call then 5-10 times, they are not going to return change. Same is with the reception, if you are having any issue and report it, that doesn't bother them much. You are on your own.

The outer complex of the resort is beautiful… Its main advantage is its location. Irrespective of the room you chose… U will have a scenic view from your window. Also the boat house, bus station etc are nearby. However, the rooms, specifically the bathrooms are pathetic. Fittings are broken… No modernisation of the rooms… Beds are small. Rooms and bathrooms are untidy… They are way below expectation. Services are normal. Good thing is Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Their restaurant serve good complimentary breakfast.

Good view from hotel. Rooms are spacious. Parking is ample. Rooms are maintained properly. Food is not good. Breakfast is good. Beds are not maintained properly. Cleanliness is not maintained properly.

Room was good, but still could be maintained well, cleaning dust on sofa mainly. Food was just ok, and we waited for long time and didn't get few items and we left. Should concentrate on improving food quality. Greeting was good and management is good with enough number of staff.

Location is very cool and calming overlooking tea plantations and valley… gets chilly at night. Rooms are cozy. They provide room heaters at additional cost. Value for money. They have good food options in their restaurant. Main trouble is finding a way to the hotel as Google map doesn't show proper access. You have to search for hotel lake view and go, so it's beside the hotel lake view.

Outdoors are good. But the insides of building needs maintenance. But if on budget very good property for accommodation rooms are spacious and cozy. Toilet and other general maintenance not up to mark. On the whole a good place away from the Ooty rush.

Good place to stay in Ooty with affordable price. You get a nice tea farm hill view straight from your room. Rooms are not so dirty. Only problem we faced is water heater was not working, but they provided a hot water of bucket.

Almost 3.5 km interior… Not looking like what you show in images… Restaurant is not pocket friendly… Don't look for junior suite… Toothpaste and brush are charged… Old model TV with very poor channel clarity… Hospitality is good…

Food was good. No hot water in the room they told that they will come for maintainence but didn't come. Asked for an extra blanket, and I have called them thrice for it but not provided. Rooms to be well maintained. Not recommended for families.

It's fleecing people. The only two things good are the food & a staff called Clinton. If u still visit this place ask for him. Else I wd hv taken them to consumer court & complained to 1098. The reasons are below. On paper it boasts off as 3 star but in amenities & service it may not get even one star. We visited in Jan and in the chill neither a room heater was provided nor extra blankets. The bed is too small to accommodate a family. So an extra blanket was needed. Neither were towels & soaps provided. It took two days of chasing to get both. The TV wasn't in working condition too. When I was chasing the room service for a flusk of hot water for kids, I was told if it's urgent then we can heat water in bathroom geyser & give them. It took a piece of my mind to make them see sense. Am sure either the good reviews are fake or they succumbed to the high volume of the long weekend. Either ways it's not worth the penny nor a 3 star. In short avoid a stay here.

Very poor quality, rooms are not neat and looks too old, even they're not providing towels. Road to the property is in very bad condition.

It deserves a negative rating not even a single Star. No clean rooms. Bathrooms never cleaned and not at all hygienic. It will spoil all your holiday plans. Never ever book rooms here.

Celebrated New year 2018 grandly. Staff was amazing. Location and climate was awesome. Nice resort for family visit, friends get together. Campfire available, food was nice but will be mostly South Indian dishes.

I visited this hotel between 26 — 29 December. Hotel property is good however unfortunately they have not maintained it at all. I was doubtful to book hotel reading the mixed reviews, however still went ahead with booking thinking it must be good hotel. But let me tell you, it was very bad experience. To name few examples- 1. After reaching hotel at 9 PM, they allotted me room which was freshly painted and paint was not dried. Then they assigned me another room. 2. Second room's wooden flooring was damaged, wash basin tap was not closing and room was at extreme end and passage light was not working. Once I asked for another room they said that room is not vacant and they will repair light and basin tap. I was not able to understand if they know that these things are not working why don't they repair it upfront and wait for customer to arrive and complain. 3. After I raised my concern to accept room they assigned me another room. Its many electrical fittings were loose and not in working condition, but I was tired of again going to another room so I chose to stay there. 4. Hot water in bathroom will come only if you are lucky, else you have depend on housekeeping teams mercy to get hot water bucket. 5. Cleanliness in room is only if you ask for. 6. Food and breakfast quality is below average and no sufficient space in restaurant to accommodate all guests. 7. Access road to hotel is bad. 8.

Read lot of bad reviews before booking but found ok as per what you pay. Just ask with patience and get required amenities if not already provided. Also good view from balcony can be enjoyed!

The worst resort I ever stayed in. The service is pathetic and the rooms are awful. No television, no Showers, no good food, just waste of money.

We stayed in la flora resort really very comfortable. HOD JABARAJ is very kind, smile in voice. What ever we requested he did in few minutes. The resort have good balcony view.

Very old kind of rooms. Room service is very very slow and frustrating. Food cost is double and quantity is half. Bathroom was like a public toilet. Only good thing is you can see tea gardens from the resort. Nothing else.

The road to the resort is little treacherous, but once you reach the place, the view is stunning. The satff are courteous and usually have swift service to your demands. Overall a very good place of you are looking for a budget trip.

The resort is situated in a very good place the surroundings are very peaceful and away from the main city. The rooms are not so good and they are averagely maintained. I have given four stars for the place where it is situated and I would give 2 stars for the hotel management.

Very bad place to stay according to they are charging. Very disappointing. Rooms are pretty old. Not maintained well. The curtains and the windows are very much annoying. The main problem arises at night. Anyone can poop into your room easily. Very bad.

Nice hotel. Good and hygienic food. Especially they provide us jain food separately. Coming to the rooms they have improved the service and rooms are not as bad as described in previous reviews. Overall it's fair to stay here in the price they are offering.

Pretty old property however decently maintained & courteous staff. Approach road is pathetic & bumpy. View is amazing though… can get noisy sometimes as groups are provided with bonfire & speakers for loud music.

Cheap and best, staff cooperation good, still they need to improve their restaurant quality.

Interior is of poor infrastructure. Washrooms not so neat. Food quality is good. Overall very less value as this service do not deserve the quoted cost of 3k+

Pathetic property. Genuine reviews said its not worth to stay here. But I took a chance believing the property pics to be real. But its a very old and not at all maintained property. Guests were all fighting with the manager to refund their money. Never ever go there… there are many more better options in Ooty than this. You will get all sort of disease if u stay even for few hours in this property.

Connectivity road is very bad. Food is not great. We may expect more about room after entering into resort (it looks very beautiful) but rooms are not mpressive at all.

They provide you 1 BHK houses, not very well maintained but decent ones. I have given less rating because of bad food in the restaurant. If you can avoid food in that restaurant you can rate them 4. Location of the hotel is far from the city. Nothing much available there. Not recommended if you have come to see the places there. But definitely I must mention that they allowed me for very early check-in at 8 am without taking any extra money. Staff was good and helpful.

I had been here last week. Service and maintenance very poor. Never do advance booking here, it is waste your room is never booked by your name, they will give the available room. Food and service very very poor. I saw every guest fighting with management. Good thing is the environment scene is lovely.
