It was a beautiful peaceful place to spent your holidays. The only draw back was that they don't have a restaurant there. But still so many restaurants very near to it. So it wasn't hard for us to find place to eat.

Good ambience. View from the cliff is beautiful.

Perfectly manicured and incredibly lush grounds, huge pool and exxcellent spa, incredible food, amazing service, better English than I have seen everywhere else, spotlessly clean, and a 2 minute walk to the beach! I could not have asked for more. I will never forget my time here. Highly recommend.

Its a pretty good resort to choose. Though the resort doesn't have a beach view, it's just hardly a minute's walk away from the cliff. Rooms have good privacy and cleanliness is not bad. Room service was great except that it wasn't available after 10pm. That was disappointing. Guests will have access to pool from 9am to 6pm. They have a large pool and it looked clean. The quality of water was questionable though. Two three of my friends got irritation in their eyes and burning sensation for a few hours. Might be due to some chemicals added to the water. Pool house and shower rooms were not hygienic as much as I wud appreciate it. Atmosphere around the resort was clam and pleasant. Would recommend this resort.

Other then it being off season resulting in slow service… enjoyed the stay there…

Location is great. It's close to beach. Staff is helpful. Although the waiting time for food is more, it tastes good.

Well maintained boutique resort. Very near to varkala helipad. Please note that the budget rooms are away from the helipad but having better view. But the premium rooms are much better kept and easily accessed if you have your own car.

S a old resort but well maintained one. Rooms are in old kerala style and fully with wood. There are 2 types of romms garden view and lake view. From here we can go for a lake cruise boating arranged by hotel team. Restaurant food is on order only and food is fine and swimming pool also well maintained, Lake view also good from resort.

Very cozy place to stay facing the sea. The owners are very sweet. Cafes are near by and convenient. The place is decorated beautifully and kept very neat. Wi-Fi is available. The budgets rooms are not that great but the other ones are awsome. This is the first resort on the cliff. Very accessible. Parking is available.

Well maintained boutique resort. Just near varkala helipad. Try to book directly and carry cash as no card payments and payments via mmt etc are not taken.

A beautiful place to relax, supernice garden and superpool, stuff was very helpful and friendly, although we just came with a simple bicycle, they served very good breakfast, also lunch and dinner, the ayurveda massage is professional, only less light for playing billard.

Nice hotel, very quiet and quiet. Wonderful cuisine. There are jambs in service, but if you approach and humanly ask, everything will be done the best way.

A fabulous place. Quiet, calm. Everything is very harmonious.

It is very near to the cliff, you can use the back gate as a shortcut and walk to the cliff within 5 minutes. You can spend a lot of time in the cliff after your dinner and walk your way back to the resort's back gate. The gate is usually closed somewhat around 11ish, no worries you can call to the reception and they will send someone to open the gate for you. The restraunt serves you authentic and delicious Kerala food along with other cuisines. Beer is also available if you are interested. Rooms are well maintained with good ambience. Staffs are friendly, you can rent 2 wheelers from here itself.

We didn't live there, but visited the restaurant. It's cozy and has wide range of tasty dishes. Territory of the resort is clean and looks pleasant.

Worst experience, the resort people treat the foreigners well, but they are least bothered about the Indian tourists. Food is expensive. The receptionists where horrible behavior.

The hotel is on the first line overlooking the ocean. Clean and spacious rooms.

After having a disappointing stay at The Raviz this place was a breath of fresh air, literally. The hospitality, the service, the rooms, the ambience, everything was great. It's just a few meters away from the Cliff and there's a small gate at the back for a short cut. We thoroughly enjoyed the Kathakali performance. Had a great New Year here and definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Varkkala.

Really good place. Green and quite. Very close to the cliff where you have access to most of hotels and cafe. Food at resort is not recommended. Though it helps if you are hsf.

Ambiance is awesome… Good restaurant, Staffs are friendly. Walk-able distance to cliff… Best place for family and friends to spend vacation.

Beautiful square manicured complex. Nice people and helpful. Some beautiful rooms. The pool is currently unfortunately green due to a lack of professional care.

The rooms are beach facing. It's beautiful and neatly maintained. Only issue is that the reception is always empty. Nobody to attend to you if required.

Writing this while I am staying here only. Very poor service. For extra bed they are charging bombs and then we got a floor bed. When asked for a cot bed they refused to provide one. Air Condition was not working. We waited for them to fix it. Swimming pool was dry and inaccessible. We have been charged for "pool-view" cottages. And very bad attitude from the reception staff. They have taken guests for granted. A complete waste of the trip to Varkala. I will add that food was good despite everything else.

Nice and well maintained property. It is reasonably priced and located right next to the helipad. They have a second property which is very close to the Darjeeling Cafe. Recommended.

Bad quality price ratio. Rooms are not great. Overly priced and not too friendly. Do not get carried away by the looks. Food is lousy.

The place location is nice and located near the beach and has a good pool. That being said, the staffs and room service sucks! SUCKS! There is no room serve first of all… And the staffs at the desk are one bunch of arrogant idiots. Doesn't even smile and has serious attitude problem. There was no toiletries, not even soaps and we had to buy from outside because they didn't bring us toiletries even after asking for it. First we were allocated to a room which was covered in dust and ceiling fan was not working. Place is seriously understaffed and the staffs they have don't know how to do their job.

Best location! Right next to the beach. Clean swimming pool (maintenance guy is awesome) You can get locked out of the hotel while returning from the beach in the late hours! (keep your phone's charged and ready to call the security)

Was an awesome experience … just had good homely stay wit good beach view rooms. Was jus so relaxing n a comfortable stay wit a real affordable price …

Awesome place to stay! I recommend everyone to take a day off, go there, stay there for at least one day, enjoy the cliff. Walk around the beach. Breathtaking shots.

I have visited along with my family in Oct month, Very friendly & rustic, tropical hotel, right in front of the sea on the cliff and all the rooms offer a balcony with lovely views into the sea. Very spacious and elegantly furnished rooms and very clean toilets. It was really a pleasant stay. I would especially thanks to Mr. Subash for the extended support to make our holiday memorable…

Didn't stay there but had a full Ayurvedic body massage there. It was pretty good experience.

Brilliant resort. Superb facilities. Great food.

It was bad food in my life. But best rooms. I went on luxurious car that time a car came ant hit on my car. I was on hospital for 3days. The toilet flush won't work properly in time.
