Green Palace Resort Hotel

We went through at least three cottages before we walked out of the place. The place is not maintained properly and each of the place had different issues. The first one we visited which was like an apartment was sprayed with so much air freshener as if they were trying to mask some smell. The second one a 2 bed cottage had some plumbing issues, hence they asked us to switch to a 3rd cottage which had its furniture covered with fungus.

Nice view with great ambience and good behaviour if staffs and managers.

This place is neat and spacious for around 4000indian rupees… Its 2 bedroom with a hall. Good personal space to park car.

This is a basic accomodation. But adequate. Compared to other hotels who are charging a premium this is a way far better place.

We booked a package for Vagamon 3D/2N. The cottage"Green Palace Residency" that they have book was also very normal not worth for the amount that we paid. The bedspead and bed sheet was all very dirty and looked very cheap. They didn't have ample toiletries. We missed 2 days complimentary breakfast, we asked to make it complimentary dinner but they refused it. Other than that the resort was located very near to road and the view from the resort was all good. Food was not up to the mark, Very less option.

Good and excellent atmosphere for family. Staffs are also good. Food is okay and affordable rate. Rooms are good. Very nearest to meadows and pine valley.

It is a good place to stay. You have ample space for parking. You have restaurant over here which serves BF and dinner which tastes awsom. If you require they do get a tourist cab for you to hang around. Advance reservation is recomended!

Such a lovely place to saty in that beautiful city, vagamon. Can never forget the stay. The architecture is so good that you feel you are in the nature's lap. Mesmerizing scenes to view around in the early mornings. Food was also good.

Superb place to stay and good service by staff. We were randomly looking for rooms and popped in. We had a very refreshing stay after a long travel.

The place looks good but the service sucks big time. Dirty bed sheet, smelly blanket, no towel and soap in the bathroom. The manager doesn't know how to deal with the customers. They said the room is available but when we were about to reach the place, the manager started bargaining like a cheapskate. Please deal with the resort owner, good human being.

Amazing place to stay. Great location, unique style villa and good hospitality… Must stay place in Vagamon. Food is great provided you are non vegetarian, in case u are a vegetarian then the kitchen will thoroughly disappoint you as you will get only Green Salads for veg and nothing else. I would requests to Green Palace Admin to please have some good vegetarian dishes too. I would have given 5 star if you would have provided vegan foods too. Apart from that vegan food, rest everything is awesome about this place.

Well maintained clean rooms. Good food. On the slope. Having 2 bedroom villas.
