This review is for the Amazon rooftop bar only. Quick service, polite & great variety of items. A definite place to hang out before sunset, good food & decent prices all around. And valet parking. It doesn't get any better.

Comfortable room and helpful staff. A great stay close to friends.

The roof top bar has a very good ambience. Felt the quality of liquor served here was pretty good. What's negative though is the service. Baring a couple of them who are good. The others are horrible. They seems to be least bothered aswell. Keeping the service apart, the ambience food and liquor were really good.

Today I purchased a 500 ml celebration from ruby arena bar. Bottle price is 330 including tax. But they paid me 630. When I quested them… the baireer called goondas means bouncers. ND told this Tvm not Kollam. Pay ND go. Otherwise we will keep you in Monterey… what should I do. Bcoz I from Kollam Kundra… I escaped from ruby arena…

Chill at the roof, just sometimes the crowd is a bit local and could add up a small dance floor so its a chill spot…

Very much near to Trivandrum Medical College, Regional Cancer Center, Sreechitrha Institute of Medical Science, Sree Avittom Thirunal Hospital for Women and Children, and various other institutions inside Medical College campus. I hope its the only 3-star rated hotel nearby and with a bar or beer/wine facility. You have so many other budget stay options in and around Medical College, this one is the most expensive among them I hope.

We conducted an office get together at ruby arena and it was an awesome experience. All the amenities including their audio system, air conditioning was top class, the staff were courteous and the food served was great. Cost wise, in our case since the final bill exceeded the initial draft that we discussed over the phone, I would rate it as a bit costly.

The facilities are good. Situated in a prime spot. But gives a calm and peaceful place to hangout.

Attended a birthday day party here, the ambiance and facilities available are quite good for hosting such events. Though located in the crowded place near to Trivandrum medical college, they provided valletparking and hence there was no inconvenience. But I am not sure how many vehicles can be parked. The food was reasonably good and delicious and employees were courteous.

The roof top restaurant: A nice place to sit and have a nice conversation. Have a good variety of drinks and food. Pros: good ambience, nice music Cons: frequented by druggies and junkies, who will be busy with their activities at the corner of the place. Makes you uncomfortable.

Great ambience, roof top bar. Guess this is the best bar in the whole of Trivandrum. Rates could be a little more nominal. One KF beer costs 230rs plus taxes. Food tastes amazing, but the service is a little slow. But the taste of the dishes compensates for the negatives of the place. Overall, amazing place to chill out with friends for a drinks night.

Excellent hotel with bar and restaurant. Food is very tasty and you get almost all dishes here. Also there is a Party hall where functions like wedding receptions, conferences etc can be conducted. Staff are very polite and courteous. Its located in the heart of Trivandrum city about 50 metres from Govt Medical College.

Easily spotted from main road. Parking available. Chic-friendly bar area. Great roof-top ambience. Bearers need to be responsive. Had to request twice to bring down the heavy loud noise of the music played on roof-top, which was irritating​ for most of the tables there.

Really nice place. What I didn't like was the front door service, when I requested for an airport drop in the morning, they quoted from a driver charging 750 rs for a 4 km journey. So I requested through Uber and got it done with 200 rupees.

I prefer the executive lounge here. Hospitality is too good and one of the few hotels which serve liquor (IMFL) in tvm. Affordable rate also.

The roof top bar is very good, great ambience and affordable price range.

Good food and no service in bar but don't go to restaurant at this hotel it takes 45 mins just to get a fried rice without any curry.

Pathetic service in resturant. When I visited some chairman or someone else was there. So the whole staff was behind him taking care. Noone to properly take order. Also what all orders made. They missed out of dishes we ordered… Totally unpleasant and worst service.

Nice ambience. Food is good and tasty. Price is moderate. Have a small parking space, might be able to accommodate around 15 cars. Have a local, executive and roof top bars.

Very cool ambience. Food and service is also good. And the open sky is cherry on the cake, drinks are little bit expensive but the music system is very good.

Having beer in roof top with friends gives you a feeling that you are in a paradise. Waiters and other workers are behaving decently. I think Price of liquor and other foods is comparable to 5 star hotels (not sure about price of 5 star 'things (liquor and foods) ' served. You can enjoy aerial view of trivandrum in nighttime at rooftop.

I have visited Trivandrum many times but it was my first time stay in Ruby arena Hotel. The good thing is the easy access to every where. The location is great. The suite rooms are royal and worth for the price. The bar outlet (Amzon) was awesome. The buffet breakfast was excellent. My kids really enjoyed it. My suggestion is that the hotel should give some good discounts/coupons to the customers. Overall is good and I recommend it.

Ambience is great. The staff is responsive. But there is considerable delay in serving inside BAR. Seems not enough bar tenders abailabile.

Rooms are of great standard. You will get a beautiful view from your room. Roof too is a open bar and restaurant. Near to shree chitra medical college. The food served at the breakfast is awesome. You will fall in love with it.

Had a get together of friends on the new year eve at the roof top. The ambience is not very tasteful and the atmosphere is not lively. The entrance to the restaurant is crammed and induces claustrophobia. The food portions were not sufficient and that makes it expensive. Ordered 3 glasses of wine and the 3rd was served in a normal glass as they ran out of wine glasses after serving 2. Service was courteous but slow. They have valet parking.

Good points: Service is prompt, food is good, staff is courteous. High speed free Wi-Fi, 24hour check in check out Bad points: Small rooms, fan was dusty. Started sneezing when I entered the room guess the curtains wer not cleaned.

Basic facilities provided with neat amd clean rooms.

Beware guys, I have lived very close to Ruby Arena, I know that place. Really it is not a safe place. Some of the staffs there are GOONS and Rowdies… Few months back there was incident, one customers visited there and he complained about unrespectful treatment towards him. Then the customer was beaten up and he was running through the road. And no action were taken by the officials because of the influence and bribe of Ruby Arena management.
