This is a three star hotel with good comfortable rooms. There is a restaurant outside which provides decent food. This hotel is located a few kilometres from railway station. The hotel rates are affordable if booked through internet. The brand name Treebo is a trust worthy name and can be a search word for good hotels while booking hotels all across India.

Nice hotel… Yes nice hotel. Not big room but sweet and cute. Good for couples. And breakfast is small buffet… Restaurant is good. Have good parking facilities and other medium amenities. Ac is good… and room service too.

It was an exiting stay at your Hotel because it is very affordable price for a single person stay in your room. It Is very comfortable and Cam and quite place. Hospitality was marvelous and complimentary breakfast was very very delicious. Room service also very nice and easy procedure for accommodation. I took a decision whenever I will have in Trivandrum I will not choos another. Thank you.

Superb ambiance. I had stayed before also and the experience was as good as before. Booking was made through Treebo website where I find the best rate. There are different types of rooms, so make sure to choose the big ones if you are looking for space. Mine was of OAK variant which was very spacious for two people. Toiletries were provided and Linen, bed and everything felt good. Please note that there is no lift in the building, however the stairs are arranged in such a way that it wont be a deal breaker even if your room is in the third floor. Complimentary breakfast offered also was really good. Overall an excellent experience. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately the single occupancy room is very tiny. To reach bedside table you have to jump over the bed. No room for chair or table. In the compact bathroom the shower is between toilet and hand wash so whenever you have a shower the whole bathroom gets wet and stays wet for the rest of the day. The place is very clean, there is daily room service, the staff is very professional, the buffet breakfast is good and the restaurant in house is quiet convenient as the is nothing outside the hotel.

The location was distance from the city centre. The front office staffs were very professional and receiving with good manner. I stayed in a single room which could be more spacious. There is no lift in the hotel and no glass for drinking water. They just provide soap and shampoo it could be better off they provide more aminities.

A good budget hotel for a short stay. On vacation we like to fly in the evening and reach our destination at night and rest well to enjoy … so the goal is to have a hotel with a comfortable bed, nothing fancy. Treebo served that exact purpose very well!

Rooms are spacious. Food is good and moderately priced. Buffet breakfast is good. Staff is polite. Had experienced problem with TV which staff could not resolve.

If you want a hotel in main city, then it fulfills the purpose. Service is fine. There is no lift there (which was quite shocking), though there are 3 floors only. Rooms are small, good and tidy.

I rated this hotel 5 stars before now I am unhappy with Staffs behavior … FOOD IS good ROOMS ARE CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED.

Stay was very relaxing, However they changed me double amount Once I payed the booking charges in goibibo, and while checking out the amount was again included in my final bill. As a result I have paid 1300 rupees extra and there was bus I need to catch so I was in hurry and I paid. Now I have requested for refund, if they are taking corrective action than the hotel deserves a 5 star otherwise 1 star.

Food quality is above average and cost is a little bit higher comparing to others nearby. Restaurant is air conditioned and we can also sit in the courtyard infront of the kitchen. Will get veg and non veg foods.

Very did maintenance and breakfast but room quality was bad, claustrophobic and uncomfortable… I had booked a single room but didn't expect a tiny hole with a space for bed and bathroom… There should be some basic comfortable space with space to walk around, a desk even if one is booking a single room. My stars are only for its maintenance.

This hotel is good for its location from Medical College. Rooms are clean. Ambience is also good. However there is lot of neighborhood noise. Bathrooms are too small. Front facing restuarant is average. Takes lot of time for an order. Car parking is outdoor. Complimentary breakfast is average. Price is also on the higher side. Staffs are well behaved.

Poooorest accommodation. And non healthy food and arrogant reception worker and management think the customers as frauds.

During first 3 nights, I was forced to change 4 rooms. Room 1: AC unit started leaking and water was falling on the headside of the bed (actually on pillows) Room 2: Due to AC complaint, we were offered another room. The bed was having ants which bit us badly. Upon informing the same, they did a pest control (spray) in the room including the room linen. When we entered in the evening, it was heavy pest control medicine smell and causing breathing issues & headache for us. Room 3: Due to ant issue, they upgraded us to next category. Noticed that TV was not working and the windows were not getting fully closed (resulting noise from road entering the room). All the above happened on day 1. Room 4: Next day hotel informed us that they have a booking for that room category and downgraded us to normal room. Other than the struggle to open the bathroom door, it was ok and we checked out later. We were in Thiruvananthapuram for Medical purposes and this was not at all a pleasant experience to us.

The place is well-maintained, l and economical. However, I had a terrible experience. I hope it's not a regular occurrence. I had an official appointment in the morning and there was no water. There was miscommunication from the reception, and I made it very late to the appointment. Otherwise, the food is good and economical (I had dinner too), but I would think twice before going ahead with booking.

Slightly away from central city area, this is a decent low budget hotel. Major issue with this hotel is non availability of elevators (considering there are rooms in the third floor). Not recommended for people needing accessible rooms.

Good hotel. 20 minutes drive from airport. Clean & well designed rooms. Nice staff.

Rooms are neat. But it dint have elevator for higher floors, room service is nearly non existance after 9 pm. Mattress are dirty before checkin and needs a change. Rooms looks bigger in photos, but smaller in actual.

Overall stay experience was good. Hospitality was excellent and customer friendly staffs. Restaurant menu could have some south variants and local cuisine.
