Fantastic service… very flexible staffs and good place to stay… accomodation in reasonable cost… thanks for your great service.

It was an excellent stay @Trivandrum Nandanam for 3 days. The owner was very co-operative and guided us for good tour. The caretaker was also very nice. Overall the stay was pleasant, the rooms were clean before we arrived. Well maintained and good to stay.

Staffs are very Cooperative, hotel is neat and clean, well maintained and everything is splendid in cheap rate. One restaurant is also located beside of this hotel which is also very cheap. I do recommend The Tourist for this hotel.

I think it is quite awesome as per my requirements and I feel so cozy or comfortable here. The land owner is also very supporting… Overall I like it.

Absolutely Pathetic & horrible experience. There is no reception, food facility, geyser was not working, lack of cleanness, was difficult to find the location as there was no board at all, they have hired one staff who has absolutely no knowledge about anything, no maid to clean rooms and bathroom, no Wi-Fi facility and absolutely disgusting person Arun who is the owner will disturb you all the time over the phone has no sense to talk. Please please please do not visit this homestay as you gonna regret it. I would like to give negative star but one star is minimum.

Affordable but very neat and clean AC and Non AC rooms, good place for a family gathering. I loved their first floor setting, very conveniently located, city bus service to East fort or Shamkumukam beach. Ideal for group visits.
