Breakfast good but service not good.

Have been staying here for three weeks now. Just so very amazing. This place treats you just right. I am extremely satisfied with staying here and will wholeheartedly reccomend it to anyone.

Old rooms limited amenities. Only location is good. Near elamkulam.

The hotel is nice. Have good parking facilities. Have visitors area. Have buffet breakfast which is nice. There is no beer or wine parlor and there is no restaurant inside the hotel.

We got a suite. Nice view. Nice service. The reception staff is very good. Breakfast's okay. The bathrooms are good. It's got a good functional geiser. It has a spacious parking area. It only has a single English Newspaper available. Lift's functional. Nice place to stay overnight for couples & family.

Good infrastructure with bad management. Hotel with 100 bedrooms I think this is one of big hotel in Ernakulam area. Hard to find location of this hotel without map. Bad food experience, poor maintenance. Please improve your service and be the best hotel in Ernakulam.

Hospitality is the primary quality expected of receptionist staffs but emarald hotel pays very rude people to sit at the reception desk and insult their customers. How can you avail a hotel facility when the hotel staff themselves claim that the hotel is not a safe place and is prone to constant police raids as druggies have been caught multiple times from their premises. The front office staff that my friends and I had to encounter on the afternoon of June 2nd, 2018 were extremely irresponsible, pretentious, offensive, arrogant, and basically pretty much useless as they were unable to give us any valid information regarding our requirements. I don’t want to give this hotel any rating due to their ill mannered and disrespectful behaviour. Besides, they don’t even have a functioning restaurant, they had to shut it down due to cleanliness issues. I mean, really, can you ever trust the services of a hotel like this? And what about it’s location, ugh!

Set 4.5 km from shopping on Mahatma Gandhi Road, this upscale, contemporary hotel in a circular tower is 8 km from the archaeological exhibits at the Hill Palace and 13 km from the InfoPark technology area. Refined rooms with tile floors and wood furnishings feature flat-screen TVs, minibars, and tea and coffeemaking facilities. Suites add separate living areas and dining areas. Room service is available 24/7. Children 4 and under stay free with an adult. Breakfast and parking are complimentary. There's a relaxed rooftop restaurant with a terrace. Other amenities include a business centre and meeting rooms.

The hotel is situated at a odd place the roads that lead to the hotel are way too narrow only one car can pass. The hotel looks elegant though not much people come to this hotel in this season (may / June). The inside of the hotel is clean and rooms are decent I resided in a premium room and the interiors are great AC gives nice cooling fans are fast too though the view from this hotel is not not good but for a person who is a stay inside type this hotel is great room service is good housekeeping is good reception is great and you can easily converse in English here as the receptionist understands it the room is spacious intercom service is great n they respond too quick. The hotel just has CPAI type that is only breakfast you can get here other meals they give you a pamphlet of a near eatery named AFC although main road the roads are extremely narrow for a sedan although the room is quiet enough even if it is close too the main road. Although my final verdict is Kochi doesn't have much for a traveler to explore we saw the Jew synagogue, st. Francis church, and Chinese fishing nets but not worth another visit it's like Mumbai but not up to the mark.

So big rooms. Really well maintained. Only problem is no restaurant at this hotel.

Hotels are spacious and breakfast is good. But I was given a room without a fan but had an ac but coz of the spaciousness needed a fan st the TV viewing space.

Extradionary. Location is good. Very clam place. It is perfect location for visit all places. Service is good.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast was good. Since the building has many floors, it provides good view of the Kochi city. The room service was good.

On Google it is a 3Star hotel. However, there are some points that everyone should check before going 1. It is 100 meters inside a residential Area, which is not good for a 3 Star hotel if we talk about reaching the place 2. Outer appearance is very good, but it does not have a feel of 3 star when you are inside the Hotel. 3. Staff is to the Top, I would give a 5 star to them. 4. Maintenance is very bad, as the Sofa Cushions were not well placed, there was no remote for the TV, which I had to request from the reception, There was a fruit piece in the room when I checked near Sofa, Sofa set cushions were not clean enough, there was no Filter at the Wash basin inside the bathroom, which was very bad, 5. There is a window behind the Mirror inside the 604 room, which I am not sure for what it is. It is not at all safe in that kind 6. There was a part of the face or a palm mark on the Main balcony mirror. 7. There is no Menu or anything as such, also, it does not have a sheet for the reference number. I just made a guess and dialed 9 for reception. These things may be can be ignored and stayed here as it is less priced.

Feeling very relaxed… and service is very fast… Nd very neat nd clean…

Good service. As the hotel was fully occupied, they forgot change the sheets and clean room properly. When we reported this, room service cleared whole mistakes in minutes evenif it was around 11PM. Breakfast was just average and everyday having same item for breakfast was too bad. They helped whenever in need. Room was spacious and above the mark.

Hotel location is slightly off road. But it is well marked on maps so no need to worry. Located in silent area, no privacy issues, good service and that to with complementary breakfast.

Rooms are large and spacious. Staff is cordial. Room service and cleaning are mediocre. Complimentary breakfast was so difficult to get as the hotel was crowded, eating area small and food wasn't being replenished fast. We had to wait for a long time for it.

Good attitude of the staff Reception area and receptionists were good Rather on our arrival the alloted room was not ready… Though they provided another one immediately Thank good stay… Break fast was ok.

Hotel rooms are good and Spacious except few paint comes out. But very few people to manage and breakfast not on time. View from this hotel is amazing.

Stayed in a deluxe room which had more than adequate facilities including proper air conditioning, balcony and spacious accommodation. The food provided was of good quality and the room was cleaned regularly. No notable issues were raised during the stay. The location was rather good and convenient to access nearby shopping centres, hospitals and banks.

This place seems to be under a new management. Access is through a rather narrow road, though it is a twelve floor property with large, clean rooms and reasonably good room service. There is parking space for guests. Complementary breakfast is served, but kitchen is still not fully set up. So lunch and dinner needs to be ordered from outside. Clean rooms, toilets and linens. Reasonable tariff.

Beautiful view and a comfortable stay, staff are very cordial and had warm behaviour. Although I stayed for just two days my experience is very good and would definitely come back to stay again… only suggestion is if they slightly improve the food and beverage section. Overall a wonderful experience.

Well built & maintained hotel. Quite & elegant. The upper floors & roof top have breathtaking views of the city.

I stayed in this hotel during july 2013 which was very high rainy season. The scenic beauty from the room and roof top restaurant was amazing. I enjoyed the beauty of Rain. Even if it is situated in Vyttila, it gives a calm and quite feel. Staff extremely helpful. I remember Mr. Abdu Rahoof who supported us for our all needs and to conduct local tour and he arranged a free visit to Emarald Floating Island Resort about 20 kilometers from Vyttila to Allappey route. Which is a place for Ayurveda and Yoga in backwater Floating Cottages. Thanks very much for the wonderful moments. Hope to visit and stay long for taking Ayurveda and Yoga.
