Very good hotel neat and clean. Location wise it is adjacent ti ernakulam railway station and 30 minutes distance from airport rooms are super clean and also the restaurant adjacent to the hotel serves very tasty food.

A new property in the heart of the city with neat rooms. You get some very good rates on travel portals.

The ambience of room was grt. The location of the hotel is just awesome the connectivity with the rest of Kochi is grt. Loved the behaviour of the staffs. The only lacuna is that the don't provide standard toiletries as per the standard of the hotel.

Decent hotel. No proper exhaust system. No hot water. Food was average.

Hotel, rooms, food, atmosphere, location … All are awesome … When you will go Cochin stay here … Overall a very good budget hotel to stay with family.

Easy accessibility is one best thing. But rooms are little conjusted for two people. They serve breakfast also, which is just an average one.

Good place to hang around. This is the best place for the tourist because most of the tourist places are near to this hotel.

Its a budget hotel, it shows. Hotel Kochi Caprice is in a prime location, and hence I understand the price. The rooms are spacious enough. The curtains are expensive, but doesn't serve the purpose. Hot water is not available at night. They provide tooth paste, but no tooth brush. One plus is that bathroom has a bucket and mug, which somehow is absent in other premium hotels in kochi.

Located conveniently for every need. Rooms good and very clean. Service staff need training. Food choices limited and repetitive. Mr Mathews at front desk delightfully courteous and ever ready to solve issues! Good budget hotel for family.

I happened to visit the restaurant with my friends and the food was the worst which I ever had. There is no one to hear the complaints and the staff are least bothered. Please don't visit…

Large room. Excellent home-made style complimentary breakfast. We had lunch from the hotel restaurant as well. Was reasonably priced.

Great place to stay. Rooms are very luxurious and were secure with RF ID keys. Service staff is courteous. They have provided complimentary breakfast and it is delicious. We also had paid dinner here, and the food was so good, especially Kerala parota and pepper chicken.

Best place to stay at affordable price. Complimentary breakfast also fine. There is no entry to restaurant from inside the hotel. Therefore faced little difficulty. Overall great experience and clean room and good lightings.

The rooms are neat but feels cramped and spaces being wasted. I had booked room via oyo for three adults even though I was travelling with my wife and 2 little kids. The picture of the room showed a double and a single bed and the room seemed big. But we were provided with a small room with a queen sized bed. The ceiling is very low and people who are tall might bump their head in a few places. The breakfat is pretty average. Parking could also be tricky sometimes as there is only space for 4 cars in the front.

Breakfast is simple and delicious. We like the space of family room. Spacious and comfortable.

The location is an advantage. But car parking is an issue here. The hotel is clean and safe. Staffs are okay. Can stay for a night hault.

Need to improve on service, food and quality. Nice place and long way to go to gain fame. Best of luck guys.

Neat rooms. Easy check in and check out. Simple but tasty breakfast!

Good rooms. Decent prices. Has a TV. Family rooms available. Air-conditioned with key card access rooms. Washrooms are clean with relatively new fittings. Car parking is limited to the front porch.

Don't get misunderstood by the regular pics available on sites. Looks like big lavish rooms but. Rooms are small. Not friendly staff. I went with my family felt like booked some lodge. We opted breakfast as complimentary. Food they give like for bird to eat. Definitely won't recommend this place even located in heart of cochin!

Attached restaurant with great food. Very close to the railway station. Get off towards the big blue building next to the railways station. Then walk a bit to reach this place.

An affordable and comfortable place to stay with neat rooms and clean rest rooms. Rooms were pretty decent and were quaint. However the location outside seems to be congested and there is no separate parking for four wheelers, however 3 cars can be parked right in front of the hotel if you are lucky enough to be one among the three. They provide complimentary breakfast if added while booking which usually is the same old south indian breakfast like idly vada dosa etc. On the whole, the stay was comfortable and they only had minor cons which doesn't effect your stay in anyways.

Clean, reasonable price, good location.

Good hotel. But food is not great. One of the chef is good, the other is not great. Hence great inconsistency for same food eaten at two times of the day.

Overall was clean however, important toiletries weren't available until asked, other facilities like keetle and the other coffee table stuff was missing too.

Poor maintenance of common areas. Room was decent though. Restaurant barely functions. As good as not having one.

Pathetic service and hospitality. Only one water bottle was given per day for a family room with 5 members, no water on the day of check out (like seriously. ). TV does not work, had to follow up multiple times. Extremely noisy rooms with other guests totally disturbing. Front desk had a rude lady who kept asking about check out even though my check in was late and inspite of informing well in advance. Tried to fake bills during check out saying there were beverages in the fridge. I am a constant visitor to Kochi and this is the only hotel with such a bad experience and service. They dont even respect people who come down after a long travel and ask for early check in. Restaurant says breakfast is over even before the allotted time and brought stuff that was left overs.

Good hotel. Welcoming host. Breakfast was okay. A little slow. But overall my stay was good. And the room was family oriented.

Very bad experience with this Hotel. Management (Receptionist) don't know how to deal with the customers when they ask the details or info about the hotel. Very rude in behaviour when they respond if we ask any queries. If you're not able to respond to the outsiders in a mannered way then there is no point in having such a hotel providing services to the visitors. Request you to behave with the outsiders in a well behaved manner so that you dont loose valuable customers further!

New Hotel with very poor service.
Minimum 30-40 mins for a tea.
Saves bathroom supplies and complimentary water bottles very much and makes the guest ask for every each need. Bathroom cleaning also will be upon request and it will be done upon staff's availability.
Not much parking space.
Booked room via MMT for 13 nights.
Had a very bad experience.

I stayed their for two days for Market research and I felt home away home, Staffs was very friendly and hotel has neat room which has good specious. I dint feel any difficult to move around, amenities are upto the standard, value for the money.
