I enjoyed the day here. Great customer service and room service. We had a conference here. Got great co-operation and service for all of us there.

Went to wyte Fort to have lunch in the afternoon. Ended up having buffet. The food was cheap and the quality was good. Desert was awesome. There were many dishes to choose from and all tastes good.

The hotel is good and best location for family and those who are looking for silent place from city rushes. The ambience is good but furniture can be upgrade. Food is average but satisfying.

The hotel is built In an ideal location having National Highway frontage. The rooms are fairly furnished. The buffet lunch is tasty and worth for the money paid. The free complimentary breakfast is also nice.

Average facilities in executive rooms. Buffet dinner was very good. Provides complimentary breakfast with quite a lot of tasty dishes.

Best Hotel. Daily Buffet charge is very reliable with plenty of dishes. Thanks to Mr. Litto and John for All supports during the function. Hotel is having 3 banquet halls. Staffs are so friendly and nice. Good parking facility.

Good place for a staying and having delicious food. This is one of the oldest hotel which is still running. Just for 500/head you can have unlimited food and desserts. It's high compared to small and medium hotels but comparing it with the star hotels the price is kinda good. It's a star hotel and you can get all type of services that you get from other ones. Have a good parking space friendly staff and is very easy to see from the road side.

Decent hotel for stay with pretty decent restaurant. Maintenance could be better. Most of the fixtures are old & not fully functioning. The shower knobs won't close unless given extra pressure. Washbasin might have some clogging. Room service is not consistently good & guys walk into your room with their dirty shoes on and stepping over the floor towel without any hesitation makes you cringe. They should either maintain clean shoes for work or remove them outside the room before they enter in.

Physical evidence was amazing and very convenient for all type of people. Restaurant was fully maintained and equppied with high class facility and food served was best in class.

Rooms stink. Bedsheets and the bedding stinks. Do not try any desserts or ice creams or sundae here. I fell sick. Found newspaper cuttings in my sundae. No hygiene. Restaurant is average and food prices are high. Try something else.

Horrible experience. The person at the reception was completely hung over, doubtful substance abuse. No one else in the vicinity to complain. Had to go searching for another hotel in the middle of the night.

Staff need to be way more pleasant than what they are now. They look frustrated and thoroughly bored. Otherwise a very average hotel, with basic facilities. Just because it's name has the word 'Fort' in it, the staff need not behave like soldiers.

Had buffet dinner. Food was just average… There are better options in Kochi with similar rates.

Had lunch Buffet during Easter. The food was really nice. Very good dessert and sallad section.

Easy access as this hotel is located adjacent to the highway. Good choice for the "transitters". Rooms and bathrooms are reasonably clean but could be better. Restaurant is bit costly, but ok. Overall, an above average hotel away from the "crowd".

Great place for special occasions. Buffet lunch here has selected yummy dishes. Has different sizes of convention halls available. As the name suggests, the lobby of the hotel is designed like a fortress. Ample parking space is available here. This place is just near to the national highway.

Good food as almost always with the group. But standards of this unit needs to come back to how it was in the beginning. Taste is alright, ambience is alright, service is hmm… alright. No big reason for any complaints, but yet there's something missing, maybe all these look a bit overdone without the heart in it? I know it's perhaps not right to speculate or put general thoughts in such a public review as this, but that's why the length and 4 stars. Also, Last few times, seen very low crowd even on weekend evenings. Not really very sure, what's the main reason but the MGT. Should find out and act upon it.

Very comfortable rooms, and good service. Next to the highway for easy connectivity. Good breakfast menu, also has a spa and swimming pool.

It's a calm, good hotel with good meeting halls, rooms and restaurants, the restaurant at the ground floor offers superb buffet with wide varieties of vegetarian and non vegetarian options, and yummy dessert, the staff is very courteous and helpful. Tough the hotel is easily accessible from road, it's a little away from the centre of the city.

The Wyte Fort was a part of our lives since a very long time. We used to regularly stay there during our visits to Kochi. The Hotel has been there for a while and it is evident in its construction and appearance. The Lobby, Corridor Walls and even the uniforms of the staff relates a lot to Indian History. The customer service, room services and food served at the restaurant is excellent. The ambiance of the suite rooms are also good. We used to always come across one or two celebrities at Wyte Fort every time.

Good, overall. Worth the money as a relatively cheap hotel (included Buffet breakfast). Nice staff. However, they have a problem with the Wi-Fi. I wasn't able to use it (except for few hours) (knowing that I was staying in the sixth floor). Also, the bathroom hot water wasn't hot, it is just warm. Rather, the weather was hot and I wasn’t in need to the hot water (you should ask about this issue in winter). Suitable for few days visit.

Room Tariff is moderately good as per facilities. Hotel Staff was very nice.

Its on the main road and easily accessible the rooms are spacious, neat and clean the food service is not so good.

We celebrated the first birthday party of our daughter at the hotel. Banquet hall was nice and the dinner spread too was a variety of delicious cuisines. But felt accomkdation Rooms should be renovated a bit. Would recommend for small parties and get together.

Over all A good place. But my experience with this hotel is not so good, especially about room service. I have experienced Delay in food delivery, placed an order for Mineral Water bottles at night & it came in the Morning after my second call. One more thing I dint like, I asked about restaurant, its available at ground floor with buffet facility only. They dont serve special or personal orders in restaurant. If u want to place an order u need to call room service and they will serve you in room. So this hotel is not advisable for a group.

Awesome place for a buffet lunch. Apt for official parties. Lively ambience. Good food. Wide variety of Kerala, Chinese, Continental dishes served. Good service.

It's just a ordinary hotel, ac not working, food is bad, service is average. Overall not a great place either to stay or dine.

Checked into Wyte Forte on 4th and checked out on 5thNov16 as part of tour group.
Room service needed some reminder.
Improvement needed in provision for 2-4 more electrical sockets. At least in my room there were only 1 point. It was not snugly fitting the regular chargers.
Tap was not working properly.
Room otherwise was well maintained.

Very poor customer care and service. Dont trust them that you can have buffet lunch if you didnt reserve it. Dont believe that you will have seat if you booked over phone. I never recommend to any one if they are planning to have lunch from this hotel. Your ride to this hotel will be a waste.

The buffet is pretty good. Rooms are also decent.
