I really had a very bad experience staying at hill palace hotel. I had booked 11 rooms for a function and stayed there for 3 days. While settling the bill of Rs 65000, which was done by the front office staff, they cunningly didn't show the advance of Rs 10000 that I paid on booking. When it came to my knowledge, I had called her up and spoke to her about the matter. She apologised and said it would be returned immediately by the finance department. But after repeated calls, the front office female staff's have been responding in a very unprofessional manner. The amount still has not been returned so far. I doubt if the owner knows about this matter or is this a con played by the front office staff since I have not spoken with anyone else except these front office females.

A nice 5Star Property with good rooms and banquet hall which can receive 150 people and serve veg and non veg food… value for money.

Good for business travelers. Good breakfast menu, but only if it's a buffet. Many days they say it's A'la carte with limited but a big menu nonetheless. Serving time is very long and had to wait for 15 mins everyday for our breakfast to be served in case of A'la carte. Friendly front desk too. Swimming pool is small but good. Also they've got a pool table for all the pool lovers! My second stay here was even worse! The AC wouldn't be controlled by the remote in the room because of some technical issues. So, every time I need to change the temperature, I need to call the front desk and ask them to change the temperature which would take 15 mins to do so. Room service is the worst of the lot. To bring empty plates to my room, they would take 15-30 minutes. Many staffs here are not well trained on hospitality which I very clearly noticed during both my stays here. Would definitely recommend people to stay here for shorter duration (2-3 days). This hotel is not suitable for longer duration. The only positive thing about this hotel is, it's nearest to BPCL, Kochi refinery.

Dulexe Room and bath room Donot have minimum facilities even to the level of a standard rooms of other hotels. Old block was better than the new. Irresponsible room service. Paid for breakfast with the rent but, the service was rationing. Did not change bath towels and bedsheets on the second day even though asked for that and paid full rate for that day too. Not comfortable as it was for the past few years.

Enjoyed one night stay in this hotel, hotel was neat and clean. Food was also very good and room service was fast. Looking forward to next visit, would recommend it to my friends also. Excellent experience!

We recently stayed at the hill palace hotel, For a week and found their services. Hotel staff and general amenities To be exemptary. The hotel consists of pretty much anything any holiday makers could ask for, we where particularly impressed with Mr Joseph who worked there in service department and special thanks to our Dolphin (forgot his name) for his early morning service in rooms with a cute smile. We will definitely recommend this hotel to other holiday makers.

Friendly staff. Room was really good with all necessary facilities. Bathroom was small in size but really neat and clean. But food was bit costly.

This hotel is both business and conventional type. Business travellers are needs are not fully addressed but still I recommend for business stays also. Food is expensive and quality is average. Food options are also limited, after few days of stay you will be searching for what to order. Other positives are spacious rooms and we'll maintained bathrooms. Service quality is good. Breakfast options are turly great. Overall good hotel and stay.

Everybody was on their toes to give their best and smiling faces all around. I am overwhelmed with the hospitality. Would love to come back here. The whole stay was an experience that was Royal. Overindulge is the perfect word.
I think every guest leaves the hotel as an ambassador of the hotel.

Nice hotel with good facilities. I have gone here for my cousins engagement. The party hall was good.

It's renovated and it's good now … Roof top is opened with big screen to watch football…

Room service is worst. Receptionist takes much time to respond. Average cleanliness inside the room. Room is very conjestrd.

Good place nice ambience. Food is good too. Has a small auditorium AC hall which serves the purpose of a small gathering. Food maintains standards.

It's a good hotel located near Tripunitura. Ambience is good, great food.

Stay away from this place if you can. Dirty rooms with ants & roaches. Food is stale. The staff are all stone faced. They make you feel like an unwanted guest.
