My recent stay at Puthens Capitol Inn in Kochi, booked via MakeMyTrip, was a mixed bag. The check-in process was swift, and I was promptly accommodated around noon, which was convenient. However, the room I was allocated was disappointingly small, barely leaving any space around the bed for movement, making it suitable for solo travelers rather than families with children.
Although the room featured essential amenities such as a closet, television, and a table with a chair, the bedsheet provided had noticeable holes. Despite bringing this to the staff's attention, I was informed that replacement wasn't possible due to laundry constraints, which was a letdown.
On a positive note, the bathroom was well-maintained, boasting cleanliness and providing hot water as advertised. Additionally, the air conditioning worked efficiently, ensuring a comfortable stay.
In conclusion, Puthens Capitol Inn offers a decent stay for solo travelers seeking basic amenities. However, improvements in room size and maintenance standards, especially regarding bedding, would enhance the overall guest experience.

Hello guys, after a long stay(6days) here i am giving this review
This is the nicest and best I've ever found in this area
And the rooms are very clean and the building is a new one
The location is also perfect to reach 2 metro stations(kaloor and Town hall)
The price they gave me is also the best in the range,
Room service and reception guys are so friendly
A/c is working good without any interruption,
They have power backup is also available
Overall it's a nice place to stay with your family as well
