Best place to stay. Great choice of dinings… olivia, the multicusine restaurent serves the best buffet in town. Pool lounge, the seafood speciality restaurent, arena cafe and blue rock rest bar are the other food outlets.

Sufficient parking along with an option for valet parking, bar, coffee shop and roof-top swimming pool. All added together it's an experience you should enjoy.

Amazing hotel and has a great ambiance. The location of the hotel is at the heart of the city. The food is great and has a great variety of selection to choose from. The service was great and customer friendly. All the employees are very helpful and I available at any time. The rooms are very neat. The prices may be slightly high but it is fine as concerned to their concentrated crowd.

Excellent hotel near the Kadavanthara junction. Metro line is also being constructed very near to this hotel. It is a very great hotel with lot of amenities like restaurant, swimming pool, gym and sauna center. The food and breakfast are excellent here. You can have a very pleasant stay here.

I just love the ambience. The food is also damn good but the prices are bit high. But it copes up with the taste. Good food makes your tummy happy.

Buffet at its best with reasonable pricing. Had visited for a dinner buffet, for my parents 25th anniversary. Had so much fun eating talking and taking pictures. The staff there were very warm and helpful.

Bang on kadavanthra junction, you will have no trouble finding the hotel. They have valet parking so that's a relief. The buffet is decent and good value for the money they charge. The staff are cheerful and happy to help. When we were there, they ran out of the dishes and then took quite some time to refill it. In their defense, there was a large party of people who bulldozed their way through the buffet.

Good service. The food was good. Compared taj hotel the food here was tasty. Staffs are very courteous. There is amble parking space. In beverages you have a bar facility as well.

Check in and stay was great. The included breakfast was also pretty good. Rooms were clean and had all the facilities I needed. Staff was courteous and solved any issues right away.

Pretty nice rooms, with automation incorporated into the entire room and for other necessary manual operations. Bang in the middle of Kadavanthara junction you just can't miss this place. The staffs are good and polite, and the service is pretty good too. Although there is a swimming pool and a gym at the hotel, wasn't occupied and there are only 2 lounge seats. And not a big pool too. Altogether it's a good hotel for a couple of nights stay.

The main attraction of Olive downton was its amazing customer service which was augmented by neat and tidy suites. The stay at hotel olive downtown was really worth it. Will definitely come for another stay. The location is convenient.

Very nice and clean hotel in an extremely crowded city. Quite family oriented and Centrally located with transportation available as well and parking. The place is well maintained with great staff and I can really appreciate the restaurants there. They have a wonderful variety for the breakfast buffet and the food always tasted fresh. I would definitely keep going back to this hotel every time I visit the city.

The infrastructure is soo much attractive that anyone might feel ti get in. The service they provide is soo good that everyone will feel, let's go to olive next time also. The restaurant cafe Aroma provides a much relaxed atmosphere. They provide support to events. For football screening and all. What attracted me the most is the lobby.

Good ambience. Service offered is food. The upcoming metro project will surely make this place a heaven. The only problem currently is with the traffic mess in front of the hotel. As I said this will be over once metro arrives… Overall good experience.

When arriving in kochi town, Olive Down Twon is one of the first stops for something interesting and amazing to eat. The menu has choices for everyone and it is the kind of place you want to come back to. I love the fish, chicken, mutton biriyani, desserts and Afgan restaurant as well. Great coffee place — cozy comfortable place and great choice of snacks, salads, burgers, sandwiches patisseries, coffee and so on. But the banquet options and the taste of buffet meals are a serious let down. Bad place for lunch or dinner… Great place for coffee and cakes.

Budjet hotel near south railway station Single room 600/day.

I have tried their Olivia restaurant which has the buffet option. Its a very neat and comfortable restaurant with a great view. The service quality is very good. The hosts were very warm and welcoming. Seating is comfortable. Their main course has a lot of options, but they don't taste exceptional in any way. Deserts were really great tasting though. I would definitely recommend the restaurant for a nice lunch or evening dinner. It is frequented by malyalam celebrities. Pricing per head for buffet brunch was around Rs. 800. But there was a discount on account of Father's Day.

Food was a class. Breakfast was complimentary. Service was very good. Located in main area kadvantra junction (kochi). Approx 2 km from railway station.

Rooms are small and stinks (it stinks a lot) Bathrooms are not build properly, the water accumulates in the centre, and no place to hang your clothes or towels even. The rooms are dark. All in all, not a good place to stay.
