Pathetic service. A vast menu has been prepared but neither 50% of the menu is available. This is going to be highlighted to the tourism board.

Excellent resort at Thekkady. Almost everything is very good. The disappointing things are, rooms don't have chairs and table to have food ordered in room service. But, they offered those in the balcony. It's not comfortable to eat at balcony. Then, house keeping has no separate intercom number. Reception and housekeeping are having a single number. Though, actually the house keeping staff room was just opposite to our room, our calls attended by reception and there's a lot of gap in services. Except these, the stay was excellent. Restaurant also very good.

The Coffee Routes is located at Thekkady near Coffee Plantations. The resort is very beautiful and has great scenic view from the rooms. The rooms are very nice and clean. The room service and hotel staff were very cooperative. The overall experience is very nice and will recommend another visit.

Nice Place. Their exterior plantations are real eye candies… a treat to watch. But their rooms are equally boaring… low quality materials being used, and has a lot of scope for improvement. Overall if you are a person who loves to be outside the room, for most part of your stay, then it is the place for you…!

Everything is absolutely fantastic! The property is very well built and gives the real feel of living in the jungle with luxury. The staff is well behaved and do help you out wherever needed. Only one thing that is really sketchy is the room service they take a long time to respond to requests of any sort. Also the food from Coffee Leaf can be poor and unsatisfactory. The breakfast was good but the dinner wasn't all that good. At the end it's a nice place to stay, if they just improve their Restraunt standards they'll be superb.

Very neat and clean hotel. Staff is very caring. Value for money. For family, I will strongly recommend this hotel. They have many plants of different spices.

Stayed here for one night. Rooms are good not that great; cleanliness is good as well. Dinner and breakfast buffets were included in room rent. As a special service, you can order ‘candlelight poolside dinner’, it was great! Few things, Housekeeping service is slow and intercom system is bad, it won’t connect in one call. Overall 4 stars but definitely recommended.

Nice hotel inside the Coffee tree forest and nearby a Cardamom plantation. The cottages are neat and clean. There is restauant here with tasty foods. Also the hotel have a swimming pool. Its suitable for kids also. Very large parking area with clean toilets provided to the cab drivers. Totally the atmosphere and the service of staffs especially the security person also are so good. Its an awesome place to stay inside the greenery.

Stayed in 2014 very well maintained and nice property. Rooms were Spacious, clean, and nice looking. Just opened after renovation so all ammenitiies were new. Restaurant offers good tasty food. Enjoyed stay. Somewhat interior but surrounding is peaceful, and enjoyable.

Good location but poor food and services. Rooms are good but with just the basic requirements. 4 Pillows, all are too huge for comfort.

Had booked a room here for ₹3k and later got to know that ₹2k extra has to be paid only for the gala new year dinner. So called them up to tell them that we would be going out for dinner but then got to know that even then the extra ₹2k has to be paid. This is highly unfair! So yes. It's not recommended! Stayed in Cofee Route resort, Thekkady for a night in Oct, 17 with family. Awesome place, excellent food. Staff is very polite. Can see many types of plants & birds here. Kids enjoyed so much. Will surely recommend to all.

Nice hotel to stay. But this is NON AC property so please check weather before arriving. Variety of breakfast and good location and many activities in resort.

The place is amoung many trees and plants, and a Beautiful Green Hill infront of it, the rooms are nice, clean and cosy beds. In the evening there are recreational options like TT, cycling, badminton and a swimming pool or you can just go for a stroll in the expensive area around it.

Coffee routes is a tourist resort having a wide area of parking area and a splended stay experience at Attappallam with very pleasant morning mists and very nice ambiance for the tourists who wish to explore the beauty of thekkadi.

Service is good. Location is good. Difficult to get south indian food at night. Insects disturbance is too much in the night. Overall its ok for one night stay.

Great place to stay for a day or two. Rooms are clean, the food is great. They have a dance program bharatanatyam or kuchipudi during dinner.

The hotel looks really amazing, there is good scenery around and the food is good too. The management is co-operative and the service is efficient too. There are also variety of activities to do around, ask the manager to do the bookings for you.

Tourists usually judge a place when they enter it and I am no different to not do that. I have been to this place with my family while we were travelling through Thekkady. A place located in a very shady area inside the village and nothing is accessible if you don't have a source of travel with you
Half of the food items at the restaurant are unavailable and the other half are insufficient quantity-wise. The environment inside the hotel area is great as there are lot of plantations which cover the space. The rooms too are clean and comfortable.
The staff is interactive and helps with you with a wide variety of options to discover places nearby.
Apart from the restaurant, all other services were up to the mark.

Its the best place to stay in. Surrounded by trees nice views… but its little far away from town. Dinner breakfast everything in buffe was worst I have ever tasted. Lunch alocote was some what like… but hotel has to concentrate in food also…

Porters:
Firsts hotel that I encounter that used ladies as porters. The ladies moved our heavy bags from the foyer to the room. I tried to assist, but my assistance was refused. Buffet:
Food was extremely spicy — too spicy for my kids. Had to ask the chef to make a special bowl of noodles for them. Some of the food items on the buffet only arrived about 30 minutes after we started our meal.

The hotel is located about 1.2 miles off National Highway-220 and within 2.5 miles from Thekkady town. They offer 2 types of rooms — Coffee Bungalow and The Club house. Bungalows are nothing but regular rooms with private balcony, but housed within the main building. Club houses are like cottages with shared walls and connected by a common door at the balcony. So of you are 2+2, then you should go for the club house. The staff members are very friendly and service minded as expected. The hotel and its surroundins looks majestic in the evenings. Turn on your room light after sunset, and you will be treated to an aerial display by dozens, if not hundreds, of bugs so do not forget to shut the doors and windows. Restaurant here serves both North and South Indian dishes but the food tasted average. HOTEL SUBIN (a small eatery) on the highway offers tasty food. Coffee Routes offers break-fast as complimentary. Wi-Fi works only near reception area. No gym. Parking space is good enough. The hotel will arrange vehicle (Jeep) for day trip, upon request. 5 to 6 persons can travel and they will charge you Rs. 2400 for this trip which includes visit to Ottakathalamedu (scenic point), hill top where you can see the village bordering Kerala and Tamilnadu, an old dam, bamboo forest and a grape farm. With its convenient location, clean rooms, comfy beds, this hotel is definitely high end but without a heavy price tag!

You can blindly believe this review. Its the best resort in thekkady built with modern amenities.
