Worst hotel. Will throw you out of the hotel if another guests arrive. Please defer. Also a wrong choice because it is about 1km from town. They called me at 11.00am and asked to leave at 11.30. I told them about my problem that I am with my wife and I need some more time, but to no effect. What they should have done is either asked me to leave at least 2 hrs prior to normal check out time of 11.00am or asked me before giving that room to someone else, because I had not given them any checkout date. Purely revenue oriented MINDSET. IM SORRY but your action is beyond any logical explanation.

Very good ambience. Very friendly and reasonable tariffs. Good room service. Very cosy, neat and tidy. 24 hrs hot water facility. Free breakfast too, very good food served. Very much recommended.

The hotel has a nice ambience, clean rooms and good food. But I had a very hard time with the receptionist and services were very poor. They are not at all hospitable.

The rooms are very small and the corridor is very big. Only the reception is good. Restaurant is horrible. No taste.

Location is good, just 200 metres from bus stand and 700 metres from market. We got upgraded to executive room which I presume is one of the best room in hotel as it was quite spacious and with a view. It also had a electric kettle and mini fridge. Breakfast was average and very limited with around 7-8 dishes that includes toasted bread and hot beverage. It's completely self service, we were even asked to take tissue paper and spoon on our own. Room service was prompt and good. There was a café menu kept in the room but when we called to order they were confused and told they only have tea/coffee. Their card machine wasn't working for 2 days and we had to pay the entire bill in cash.

Horrible experience. Rooms were nothing like we were promised, the restaurant had no cleanliness and the food tasted horrible.

Good hotel right in the middle of main town. I would prefer something in the outskirts but if someone likes being in the city, this location is good. Though the rooms were good, the rates could have been lower. I did not stay here.

Very nice holiday home to stay in Munnar. It is situated in proper Munnar town. So we can avail transportation facilities very easily here. We can order food here and can get it at your room so we dont have to go out for that. Room and bathroom was very clean an neat. Hot water is available for bath. Only negative thing is we cant get a good view from the room.

V had a stay last week on 9to11jan. N it was amazing. D staff was good. Breakfast had varieties. Food was tasty. Hot water supply is for 24hrs… I do recommend dis hotel for d stay.

Well accesible in Munnar (walkable from the main town) and recommended for night stop (no view of the scenic beauty of Munnar from rooms). Food though not recommended here. (Try Sarvana Bhavan for the local food).

This is nice hotel located in old munnar. Hospitality and staff is awesome. And the complimentary breakfast is fabulous.

We stayed 2 nights ie 12 & 13th Dec 2017. Rooms are good but 2day they have not cleaned entire room… Hotel food was good and tasty…

Nice and decent hotel. Jain breakfast is arranged for our 8 family members. Breakfast good and tasty. On second day when we requested for Tomato Uttapam instead of Idli they arranged for us. Service extremely good, rooms neat and clean, location perfect just near to markets. Overall 5/5 rating by me.

Hi I am anil nair. i booked three days munnar trip in 2016 march. I booked it through one tour operator from cochin through on line. It was off season. They charged us 7500/ for 3 persons. I reached ernakulam by island express. As they informed maruthi dezire ac was waiting for us. The train was half an hour late. driver was very polite. BY 09.30 we started our journey to munnar from cochin. On the way he was explaining about the place. He have a thorough knowledge about the place. the road journey was very risky, due to curves and cuttings. But sceneries reduced the tension. BY 12.30 we reached munnar. We got a warm reception from hotel staff. Hotel room was very clean and attractive. Just we kept our luggage, some body rang the calling bell. We opened the door, he given a small paper and told us Wi-Fi password. We were happy to use the Wi-Fi. Because mobile data net work was slow. after refreshment we gone to restaurant — attached with same hotel — and had our meals. Very tasty and buffet system. That is why we could select as we like. after meals we go for round in tea garden. even though its off season — many indians and foreigners were roaming through garden. 4 hours we spend in garden. next day we went for sight seeing in munnar after break fast from green ridge restaurant. we handed over our room key before leaving the room. While coming the room were cleaned, every thing we felt fresh.

The hotel is really a good one. We had a great stay. The food quality of the restaurant is also very good and hygienic.

Rooms are not that great and smell bad, and you can't even ask to change the room as most of the rooms are always full. Parking issue too, as if you get it luckily and take out then you won't be lucky again. Staff is good and helpful. Breakfast is also not that great and very less options and they serve less warm. (Almost cold), even tea.

One of the worst ever hotel, breakfast sucks, room services terrible, pls don't screwed up ur holiday by staying in this hotel!

The hotel is good, staff friendly, the food breakfast was good, lunch and dinner some of the dishes were not upto our expectations, I would recommend this place to others.

Pathetic customer service. We had planned to stay at the hotel and were filling the necessary form but Mr. Arun at the reception treated us very badly. He was just arguing with us when we weren't even talking to him. He spoiled our mood totally.

Halted at green ridge munnar on 7th & 8th Dec 2015. Overall hotel & food quality is good, but having a very bad experience from their reception staff, at the time of check out they claiming me that 2 of their white towels had been colored by me & these would not be cleaned by wash & they asking for Rs. 1000/ — extra with threatening, also if I will not pay, then they will not allow me to go outside. Its really very horrible experience to me. First time I will see that kind of people who want money intentionally. Definitely in future I will not go this hotel also I will not recommend this hotel to anybody. I have found great hospitality from Kerala people in other places, but staff from green ridge munnar in not good for tourists.
