Awesome rooms and appreciable hospitality. All the staffs are well mannered. Management is taking active participation in overseeing the operations, which helps to provide assured quality of services. The view from the room is excellent and as the name suggests the resort is constructed in such a way that it is integrated with nature. The resorts boast of a quite good swimming pool which was well maintained, neat and tidy. We booked with a package including both breakfast and dinner. Both were sumptuous and staff in the restaurant was very helpful in providing us with customized food suiting our young family. Another good thing which I noted is that the approach road to the Resort is well constructed so that it can be easily approached. Altogether a highly recommended resort to spend a vacation.

This resort is Awesome in all ways. The staff was cooperative and helpful. Room service and Food was good. This resorts provides the Great view of Munnar Hills from the Restaurant and Rooms. They made our Daughter’s 1st birthday a memorable one.

You can get one of the beautiful views of Munnar Hill stations from this resort. The room provided was clean. Excellent pieces of service hospitality and staff are very nice.

The resort is located in lapse of nature… Beautiful views… we stayed in suite… so beautiful interiors. Most attractive were imported tiles… lovey ambience… very polite staff… One of my most rememberable moment to meet the owner… Sir Prakash parakkat… He is kind hearted… pleasant time spend with him.

The place is about 140km from Kochi airport. It offers amazing and breathtaking views of hills of tea plantations. Breakfasts are complimentary. Food is great. It's a little pricey but worth every penny. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

As a tourist:- Location -Quite good, in the midst of tea plantation. -Surrounded by variety of trees and flowers. Reception:- . Beautifully decorated . Royal and elegant . Helpful staff members Rooms:- Awesome, everything was fine during my stay. Food:- Appreciable but it could have been better, if it was more spicier. *Overall ambience was quite and relaxing. Scope for improvement:- -A recreation center — restaurant should be covered during cold weather.

I stayed in Parakkat Resorts, on a family trip of 13 members. We had booked 4 rooms. The rooms were exceptionally beautiful, luxurious and clean and had all the amenities. The view from our rooms was mesmerizing! The resort is located so, that the view from any of the windows and balconies is incredibly calming and spellbinding. The staff is good, managers are very hospitable, friendly and kind. Breakfast is great! They also have Parakkat Jewellery store in the lobby where we shopped for hours! The overall experience of Parakkat was very royal and we felt like we were living in paradise! Thanks to the entire team at Parakkat for making our stay memorable! I would strongly recommend staying at this resort.

May 3rd week we went there,, for 1 week we enjoyed there a lot with luxurious we'll maintained clean rooms. N food was very tasty, yummy. I never tasted food like this quality n taste. Site view was awesome the placement was perfect for nature viewing w, like a heaven. We were not feeling like to check out from there. Even the staff n there treatment we didn't get anywhere else. Our kids enjoyed a lot in swimming pool. Really it was a complete package worth for our quality relaxing vacation time.

The location and views are amazing but the rooms along with some amenities can be improved. There was no hot water in the showers. They only have one key card for each room. The key cards stop working during our 3 day stay. One of the rooms (3003) on the ground floor didn't have any window or balcony. It was suffocating and smelled musty. There was loud music coming inside the room every night. There was no ac in any of the rooms. The staff was extremely nice and compensated for the lack of amenities. The food was good and that also contributed to a better stay than expected.

Hotel location is very good. Tea gardens view from restaurant is refreshing and amazing. Spa centre and Marshall art show is just near the hotel at main road. Hotel ambience is very lovely. Lobby area is relaxing and having good interior. Restaurant buffet breakfast was tasty. All the staff are polite and prompt in service.

Enjoyed our stay We stayed at Parakkat Nature Hotels & Resorts in Pallivasal for 2 night. The hotel is nice, although the deluxe rooms are a bit small. If you can get past that, I think you will be fine. The hotel in located near tea gardens and the view is breathtaking. There also is a Ayuverda centre close to the hotel and their service was very good although the space is rather sparse (should you decide to go there for a relaxing massage) The food served in the restaurant was very good and full of flavour. They do not serve any alcohol though. The staff were very courteous, friendly and eager to help. Would certainly recommend this hotel.

Had a very pleasant and classy stay at this resort. Staff is ultra polite and toiletries we're also very nice. If you want to chill out with family or other half in close proximity with pristine nature and have access to quality food at the same time, this is the place to go. Highly recommended and totally worth the money. After stay at this hotel, we stayed at green leaf and it was a major turnoff for us. In short this place is very good and you should definitely consider it. The North Indian food is excellent.

Incredible area of Munnar, breathing views everywhere! Five star service from the staff too. Watch out for Naveen, he really knows how to look after guests! Would have been the full 5*, but let down (very slightly) by aging rooms — marks on the walls and a slightly dirty bathroom. Otherwise modern and complete with cable TV, ceiling fans (AC not needed in this region anyway) and universal multi wall sockets and some incredible balcony views. Overall a recommendation from me — phenomenal place to stay!

One of the most beautiful views to wake up to. A beautiful hotel with wonderful and helpful staff. Also one of the best breakfasts I've had at a hotel, great variety. The room I stayed in was very spacious and clean. The in room bar with snacks and such was very reasonable. Comfortable beds and a decent shower. Lots of storage space. The hotel is not to far from the shops, other restaurants and a theatre. Town is only a short drive away. There is a games room as well and a bonfire with music at night. Fun and relaxation for the whole family. Wonderful stay and exceptional service.

If u ever go to Munnar, stay at Parakkat and I guarantee you that you will not go anywhere else for the tour. Must place to stay and dine. Such a memorable luxurious place to stay. I loved my stay at this divine resort. The staff are so hospitable and friendly. Very courteous and they service you according to your tailored needs. The restaurant faces a vast stretch of endless tea gardens.

Hotel is in many ways a construction site. Lunch service was terrible — our waitress said four things weren't in stock and then, when we ordered a steak sandwich with mustard, lettuce and tomato, brought a chicken sandwich with egg mayo and chopped veg, and insisted to us that it was steak. Manager of the restaurant was no more helpful. Lunch took 2.5 hours. View from the room was good and we were upgraded, but all this was meaningless when the hotel staff were banging furniture around at midnight directly above our room! The room cost over £200 for the night — I expected MUCH better for this sort of money!

It is located a little far away but well worth it, the room is nice and smelled very rich when we walked in but mostly the great deluxe bathroom for the price that has far superior to others I have been to, with a couple of very comfortable sofas and wardrobe to hang up the clothes. A quiet place and the owner very nice does not speak much English and I either but treats you very well.

Great hospitality! The buffet breakfast has so much variety and everything is amazing. There is a morning yoga session where you can get energized with the view of the tea plantations. Don't forget to watch the sunrise from the lobby. I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend it.

Parakkat Nature resort is a good place to stay. Awesome view, good and clean rooms to stay. The breakfast buffet is limited for the price u pay. In all a good experience.

Nice front view of the hotel. Staff are courteous. Rooms are above average but slightly overrated for the size and amenities provided. Certain rooms have scenic view when the windows are open. Situates around 8km before Munnar town. Food in the restaurant was above average.

An awesome experience in munnar and a must stay in the lap of tea gardens. If u are looking for a stay close to nature. This is it! The tea plantation visit by naveen was simply superb! He is an awesome person. Urmila in restaurant just makes your day the moment you enter restaurant!

Undoubtedly the best property in Munnar. Well located, it has breathtaking views of the plantations. To add to it, their suites have panoramic views which add to the experience. Rooms are big enough. The food is good. Staff is helpful. The only thing is that I didn't find the experience 5-star level per se, maybe because parts of the property were under renovation. But overall really enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend.

I was there Sept 2017. Great hospitality and service at this hotel. Sofia at front desk was informative and helpful. Chef visited during dinner and asked for feedback. One of our rooms had a bug or two and we were moved to another room after they checked for availability (hey, it's situated in nature after all, at the edge of a cliff! ). The honeymoon room was a nice spacious layout. Room service was very good. Washrooms were clean and nice and had hot water. Elevator labels were not the most intuitive (I believe it had buttons — 1 and — 2 for going to the lower-level floors from the main entrance ground floor) — I took the stairs to get some exercise, due to eating all the amazing food :) Overall, great place.

Very beautiful and maintained property with a gorgeous view of the Tea plantation valley, visited in July'17. The Duty Manager was very humble and also gave us a free upgrade to premium category room. Nice buffet.

Location of this hotel is a big plus if you are in love with nature. Room facilities are very premium. Tea garden walk is a must if are staying at this hotel. You can try their ayurveda therapies as well which is good. Located few kilometeres before munnar city keeps you away from citi chaos and close to nature. Staff are very polite and helpful. All they can do is improve upon the taste of food that they serve, although its very good but there is a scope of improvement.

Really great place with all amenities and luxuries available. Even we faced some issues, it was quickly taken care of my staff and they were very responsive. The rooms are awesome with great views of te estates. Auto stand is available nearby for easy commute to Munnar town.

Best experience ever in India. It had all the luxuries a person would love to have. The staff was really good nd cherished every1. Everything was on point, the food, the rooms, the staff, everything was perfect. Its location nd infrastructure is also mesmerizing nd very beautiful. I would really suggest every1 that visit this resort atleast once, as no1 will expect smthing like this in India.

Nice hotel amidst the nature and picturesque location. Service is good but not great. Consider when you get a good deal or offer, worth it.

Very nice property. Great view of the tea gardens from the restaurant and terrace. Great food at the restaurant and very good staff. The rooms are good and the interiors are very nicely done. But one drawback is that the rooms do not have ACs! It can be quite suffocating even if u decide to keep the windows open. A game room and gym also would have been a welcome addition to the hotel facilities.

Lovely hotel with an incredible view. Staff was really helpful and food was great. Would definitely recommend visiting! Only downside is that the regular "classic" rooms are very small and the round beds of the higher tier honeymoon suites are way too small for a grown European. No air conditioning can also be painful.
