Great place to stay. Excellent food, beautiful pool, relaxing environment and huge comfy rooms. My kids had wonderful time… well trained staffs. The chef cooked special pizza for my daughter just the way she liked. Overall an amazing place.

A very cozy hotel with a truly outstanding restaurant, very kind and helpful staff situated directly at the beach. Spa, in — and outdoor pool areas, services and security are excellent.

Excellent Resort. Book the rooms at a higher view, they make for excellent views. Very hospitable staff. Beach is a 5 min walk, excellent pool as well. Worth every penny.!

Just a 20 min drive from the city. Perfect place for a day's getaway Lush green lawns. Can see the sea from the roof At night, there is the sea breeze if you'll spend some time in the balcony The pool is also good & well maintained and pool timings are till 8pm. Breakfast was also good. Staff were courteous. Cons 1. Food — quite expensive 2. No private beach, you'll have to walk for 5-7min to the public beach.

Hotel on the hilltop with an aerial view of Kovalam beach. Even the lift gives you great view of the beach. Food was good and the staff were equally good.

The hotel carries a good ambience! But the food was below average. If you want a sea face view hotel, then I won't suggest turtle.

Strongly recommended for visit with family. One of the best property we have ever been. The hotel is situated above a picturesque Kovalam. Seeing the Arabian Sea with its lashing waves from the hotel and with the lush greenery of coconut trees is heavenly bliss. They have a great coffee shop, spa and swimming pool. The room is awesome and the balcony with view of sea is breath taking. The hospitality accorded during check-in was really a wonderful experience and the way they explained the various options available was exemplary. Food is good and the overall atmosphere intoxicating. We were advised to take a backwater tour and the arrangement was made by hotel. Can only think of revisiting this place once more with family. Really a mesmerizing experience. Would definitely like to once again thank the entire staff for their "feel party of family" hospitality with personal touch. Thanks to Neha Madam on behalf of our family for guiding and assisting us out at every opportunity and interaction. We are pampered and will really carry the nostalgia even when we reach home.

Great location with a caring and prompt staff. Good comfortable and clean rooms. I stayed at the signature suite and loved every bit of it. I had specifically asked for a suite with the best room and they were diligent enough to accomodate the request. Great pool and buffet breakfast.

The place is 5 start resort. Must visit place if you're here in Kovalam. Perfect place to stay. Lunch and breakfast is decent. Swimming pool is half infinity. Best part is the service support and staff.

The view was awesome from the arabian sea view room. Staffs are very cooperative. We loved it.

Rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated and well furnished. The view from the balcony is simply breathtaking. The hotel decor is a bit weird and at times off-putting. Food was decent, with some dishes being excellent while others were so-so. Amenities like free Wi-Fi, swimming pool, table tennis etc make the experience very pleasant indeed. Thumbs up.

Good investment has been made on property. This property has no opening on the beach. Breakfast is simple and not worth the resort. This resort lack regular maintainance of air-conditioning equipment. There are lot of mosquitoes here. Pool is good.

Only visited the restaurant. But wow… The staffs were amazing… It was women's day and I took my lady friend for dinner… The staffs celebrated the day by cutting a cake and shared a slice with her… It was a nice gesture for us… Now to the food… 'Delicieux'

Been there for our lunch. The restaurant decorations were good. Food taste was more than average. Staff behavior is also good. The pool is just beside there restaurant. From the deck you can enjoy the pool area. Its really quiet and peaceful place to be.

The best room I've stayed in so far. I've been to the plush 5 star Amari in Bangkok. But as far as the room is concerned, this one beats Amari too. Though the price is high. They charged me 10500. Extra 500 for sea view and pool view room. Still it is worth the money. Food is also very expensive so we preferred eating outside the hotel. A mere chapati was 125 rupees each. The complementary breakfast was yummy. I was satisfied with the service of staff. You can try ayurvedic massages there too. Definitely on my fav list and visit again list.

Nice place to stay. Pool OK view from room excellent. Downside is no direct access to beach. Food is just ok.

I feel the place could be more well maintained considering the 5 star rating. There is no private beach, one has to drive about 5 to 7 minutes to reach the beach. Test view and pool are the positives.

This hotel is easily visible from the main road. The best part is the ambient space and infrastructure that they have got which keeps you hooked on for a longer time at this place. The view in totality is worth going to the place as it is sea facing. The restaurant is pretty good with avid choices of items.

A nice property to enjoy your Vacation. Just a 3 minutes walk from the beach make it more exclusive. The restaurant food is also finger licking, (Just shall have better planning to avoid the crows & mosquitoes disturbing your leisure time poolside while Breakfast and Dinner. ) Friendly Hospitality and blah blah! Surely a must have stay location.

We booked this hotel despite it being a tad bit expensive hoping to get a really close and good view of the sea. But, it turned out to be a limiting experience as there were many not so posh /economical hotels which offered a far better view due to their close proximity to the sea. So people on budget trips must not lose their hearts and should look around before settling down for the costlier ones.

Very friendly staff and a pleasant hotel. Not five star by any imagination but very nice. Not on the beach… but about a five minute walk down a steep hill road. Very walkable but you may prefer a tuktuk to get you back up again.

This is a great hotel near Kovalam Beach. The rooms are comfy, spacious, and well-equipped. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The pool is a bit small given the size of the hotel and can get crowded at times.

A good 3 star hotel; definitely not a 5 star like it calls itself. There is a tendency to cut corners with everything, food was grossly overpriced, breakfast was poor. That said, we got a suite room for a reasonable price, the pool was good and there wasn't much crowd. No private access to the beach and the public access is also drop only — a good example of cutting costs! Overall 3/5.

We had visited the place for a team outing from office. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. The main pool is not easily accessible from the second block. The second pool is small and looks to be sparingly used. We had the dinner buffet and the spread was decent. The food was tasty, but I would have loved to see some sea food in the spread. The main qualm with the place is that it is a little short on open area and the access to the beach is a little tedious (especially the climb back).

Spent 3 nights at the Sky Suite and it was absolutely everything we had hoped for and more! We had a thoroughly relaxing time. The staff were always very eager to help. The Catamaran restaurant food and service were also simply great! Also had a free complimentary cookery class. We really wanted to further extend our stay but had to go as we were flying out but will be returning for sure next time we visit Kerala!

Very nice place at a very competitive prize. We stayed there for our honeymoon coming from some backpacking around india. This was what we needed, very nice personnel that made a lot of efforts to satisfy our needs. The restaurant is also exquisite and the hotel itself with it's infinite pool with a view, a nice gym, and the cleanest rooms and bathrooms I have seen around. 100% recommended.

Beautiful view from the resort. Very polite and helpful staff. Amenities are at best. I recommended to everyone to stay at least 2 nights. 24 hours room service facility.

Great hospitality and stay. Wonderful views. Food is not really up to the mark as compared to other hotels nearby. Other tasty options are available near the beach at walking distance. The hotel has a drop service to the beach which is not really required as the road is a steep slope to the beach. The hotel does not provide a pick up service to the guests from the beach which is really required, as the steep slope is a uphill and tiring return journey. The staff is otherwise co-operative.

The hotel service and food is good except for the fact that it does not justify its name. The property does not have direct access to the beach, rather it is a steep walk down to the beach from outside. This was the down part of this hotel as we were expecting it to be on the beach itself. The bathroom size is very small compared to the size of the room and balcony.
Apart from this, breakfast and dinner was good. There were many options for vegetarians in breakfast buffet.
