Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Nice kitchen, Food is worth for what is being paid. Close to beach. Safe and secure resort for all class of people. Staffs need to be trained to handle.

It seems they are panicking. Wheel chair for elderly people should be available.

We were pleasantly greeted and the front desk gave us all needed info. The hotel is located near the Kappad Beach with easy access. There is snack food service and a good breakfast. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The price was reasonable.
Is conveniently located to everything. The GM and all the staff are just awesome. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Everyone acted as they were so glad that have me as a guest. They have that feeling of home away from home. Me and my family will be back. Thank you.

Although I like the hotel and the interiors. Food an service was pathetic.

Booked 2 rooms for my guests from US in May 2018, for July 2018 paying the full amount in advance, under no refund policy. Just 5 days into check in date, resort person calls up and tells that they have closed it more than 1 month back as some renovation work is going on and they will open only in august. It was highly irresponsible from their part not to inform me in advance, as I had to cut a sorry figure infront of my guests. Hope they will seriously give attention to this in future, as people like me will think twice now before recommending them to anybody, after this bad experience.

Buildings are old fashioned nd looks like a neat nd clear picture of oldies… Located near to beach… Inside pool,,, air-conditioned rooms… Nice view from inside nd also outside the hotel's… Staffs are good… Services ok… Prices reasonable nd worthy… Best for family's Nd tourist.

Located on a good stretch of Kappad Beach. The cottages are uniquely designed in multiple levels, although it can be difficult to handle young kids, as there's always a danger of falling. For example, the bed is placed right at the edge of a balcony overlooking the living room, so any kids jumping on the bed could easily fall over. Another problem was that the cottage areas were littered with empty bottles, plastic covers and other knickknacks, spoiling what was otherwise a reasonably scenic resort. Food was basic but good, staff helpful and there was a decent kid friendly swimming pool.

Across the road from the Indian Ocean and nestled amid 1.5 hectares of tropical gardens, this relaxed beach resort is also 11 km from the Hindu Pisharikavu Temple and 15 km from Krishna Menon Museum. Bright rooms with island-influenced decor feature TVs, and tea and coffeemaking facilities; some have balconies. Cottages add air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and minifridges. Room service is 24/7. There are 2 international restaurants; 1 specialising in seafood, and both offering a poolside service. Other amenities include an outdoor pool, Ayurveda spa treatments, and a fitness room. The property has a generator…

The worst resort of my life.

Very beautiful ambiance. Quite and green place. Food good. Staff ok. But no Wi-Fi in rooms and network issues.

Very near to beach and that's the highlight. Villas are good, but not great. Something is missing… may be buildings are bit old and that's why I felt so. Swimming pool is average Dining hall / cafe lounge — excellent Buildings near by swimming pool excellent. Even mid of the night if u feel wanna have a walk on beach. Then this is the place for u. Staffs were very courteous and helpful.

WE landed there almost at midnight. That was just 6 months after stepping out of college. Next day to attend our friend's marriage. The staff were very nice. Neat n well maintained rooms with AC. Bathroom also clean. Rooms have small but 'feel good to sit back n relax' balcony. Morning was awesome. Simply enjoyed in the swimming pool. Complimentary breakfast was also nice. Its served in a roof top setup from where we'll have somewhat decent view of beach. 4kper room felt overpriced. Otherwise everything fine☺

Great resort with friendly staff. You can spend one day here with your family as a nice weekend gateway from hustle bustle of the city.

Only beach side hotel at Kappad beach. Very well maintained property with clean swimming pool. Rooms are cosy. About 15 km away from Kozhikode.

— Located right besides Kappad beach entrance. — Ambience is amazing with lot of importance given to vegetation and flowering plants. — We stayed in villa, wherein 2 separate bedrooms are separated by just a wall. Sounds creepy! But artistically balanced set up. — Now coming towards why 2 stars even after so many good things… is the FOOD… in short. HOPELESS… buffet is just facade…! They will give you some list with cornflakes and omlet as option, it's upto you to choose. Now it doesn stop there. You can't repeat anything. So called Morning buffet for us was over within seconds with lame single inlet and a glass of watermelon juice.

The best ressorts in calicut. You will find nice duplex rooms And a swimming pool with a sea sunset. A very nice food they serve in their restaurant.

Very strategically located right next to the beach. Good food. Clean rooms and courteous staff.

Worst experience. The location of hotel was good but getting to the hotel was a headache. The maintenance of the hotel is absolutely worse and needs immediate attention. The food is not so good. The bathroom is a nightmare with no maintenance and cleaning. The room smells terrible.

Really a good place to stay and take rest. Environment is very peaceful. Facilities are not so good. It is fair, ever services are better.

A very scenic location and the rooms are also really good. But the food was bad. And there are no proper restaurants near by as well.

Some of the worst experience ever. Good things: They are having a nice pool and restaurant which was closed wen we visited in October 2017 Rooms are spacious and nice. Rooms face to beach. First comment would be of you are a dust allergic person you would probably ruin your vacation if you stay here. All the bed and pillow ac ducts all are filled with dust. You will feel it as soon as you enter. Finding a millipede on your bed when you wake up is a horrible thing. One more was found in toilet. Room no 1107 the exhaust fan if you switch on, It sounds more than a small generator. (No exaggeration) Bath linens provided were extremely dirty. Unusable in fact.

Clean and spacious rooms, calm stay. Nice breakfast. One drawback is swimming pool which is broken for more than a year. It is in the same condition as I visited last time.

Pretty decent place right next to Kappad Beach. Place requires a lot of maintenance for the rooms and other infrastructure. Apart from it everything else is fine. If you plan to stay here, remember a drive to the heart of Calicut will be 20-30 mins at a minimum. Other restaurant options near this place is very limited or non existent.

Very good property on beach side but unfortunately poorly maintained and very poor service. Room service not there to cottages, pool tiles are broken for which they told the kids to wear chappals in pool. Food also below average. Staff not at all friendly. If they cannot run it well better shut it down.

Good rooms and food. Water quality not satisfactory. Nice beach. Swimming not allowed as it is classified as danger area.

Water supply needs improvement. Swimming pool was not operational… room was good enough. Good experience apart from couple of issues.

Excellent resort to stay. Even though we didn't get a cottage we enjoyed our room. Good buffet breakfast… Walkable distance to the beach. It was an amazing experience… Would definitely recommend this resort…

Excellent stay, cottage rooms were good. Generator back up is essential especially in Kerala. Also, food menu very limited. Staff hospitality excellent.

It is just an average resort few feet from the beach. Pathetic food and staff.

The place is good and the scene is also awesome. But the service is not that good. The food was delayed and they even added some things to bill that we didn't even order.

What a pityful place! We had a stopover for Lunch, in between a long journey. Very pathetic experience! * No chef available-so no need to order anything. * only chicken biriyani & snacks are available at 3pm and as I understood that is too my problem cause I reached late for lunch. * couldn't find any experienced staff there ; all of staff are BOYS seemingly doing some apprenticeship after a course in hotel management! But at the end, the trauma gets really worse; the bill is extraordinary high with SERVICE CHARGE! Please dont visit the place, attracted by its beatiful ambience… At the end, do you wanna pay a sum of 3000bucks for having some dishes which you dont want but forced to do so as no other good hotels available nearby?

A nice beach side property. By beach side I mean just 50 meters from the shore. A small boundary wall blocks a little of the view if u get a ground floor cottage. The experience was however awesome!
