Fantastic view and food Infinite pool at its best.

Not a 4 star hotel or resort. Only a 2.5-stars may be a 3, very much a mid-scale hotel. Weekends can be crowded, mostly with folks from north of the country. Some folks party with the windows open and if you are next door, it impossible to sleep. Breakfast is average, but convenient, go early before the weekend crowd finishes everything. Good view, nice swimming pool and a pool table. Great location. Staff wanting to help, service is below average. Their phone lines dont work or too noisy. No locker in the room. Most doors have manual lock and key, if you dont turn in the keys before you head out for the day, they dont clean your room.

We stayed there for 3 days, had a lovely stay, neat rooms, good staffs and amazing view. Most of all the food there was just top notch, really wanted to try to some authentic kerala food and I wasn't disappointed. Everything about the food was great. If you want to eat, sleep, relax and have fun with family please go to this place and enjoy.

Great staff, Infinity Pool are all great here. Location is also good. Easily accessible. Have good parking. Food is also great at citrus cafe. Settop box was not working, which was bad and then AC cooling was too low. Minibar cooling as well too less.

Good ambiences. Rate of food unreasonably high. Rates of rooms are reasonable. Good breakfast. Spa is very good. They may arrange Boating in shikkara on request.

I recently took some of my office colleagues for a summer trip to this awesome place near my native. The pool view was true to the photographs upon the hotels website, large clean and warm too, it was a great way to start the morning. The rooms were very comfy in every way… Food was delicious and you get proper authentic Kerala cuisines. I was very impressed by all of the staff within the hotel for their services and attitude towards us, especially the General Manager Mr. Vipin with his positive attitude towards guests and was always available for any help on request. Thanks for providing a very pleasant stay throughout. Hope to visit again soon!

This place doesn't need to be rated. Just head there for a. Classy stay. You're bound to be amazed. The spa is great, the ambience n rooms are real good. Found everything to be well handled. The staff could be trained to interact bit more. Anweeks language training could be great. Other than this, the place is a dream come true.

The property is beautifully set on the backdrop of the backwaters. Set in a historical background, the property is 10 years old. It requires some major maintenance though and the management is about to take the same soon. Friendly and professional staff. The hotel being located away from the city at a distance of about 20kms can be a little hassle for travellers looking to commute in and out of the city at a short notice. The restaurant chef has great culinary skills, with breakfast and other meals having a good spread of options with authentic north and south Indian dishes.

Good place for a break. Not too fancy. The rooms are nice. The language skills of the people can improved. The Spa is not recommended. Slow service.

I stayed in lemon tree Vembanad and I had a worst experience. The staff were inhospitable and the experience was bad. Only plus side is the beautiful pool and decent food. Highly over priced rooms and the front desk people are total useless bunch, they can’t even bill properly. I hope they improve their quality and standard as it is known to be a good hotel chain.

Good ambience. Staff and particularly front office. Wonderful location. With a good view to the lake. And the house boat jetty in the resort itself. The pool deck is located too close to the comfort of the swimmers and the guests in the room.

For a four-star hotel, it was really pathetic. The only one-star because of the Pool. However, the toilets at the pool was filthy. It seems like a bus-stand toilet on the highway. Worst part that we were at New Year night and have to take Gala-Dinner. It was the worst food and terrible entertainment we even had on 31st Dec. The price was astronomically high for the quality. We were given the privilege to hear "hawa hawa" song in 2017, I can't stop laughing. The organization at breakfast is really bad. The waiters were running after cups and spoons. Really a joke to call this hotel as 4-star. Find something else, for this money, I am sure you will find something worth!

Lovely staff. I met Lasitha and Sumit the receptionist. They were so sweet. And the ambience along with food is very good. They could have improved the gym and play section. It has got a lovely swimming pool by the side of back water.

Simply amazing! The stay has been memorable one. Such cordial and helpful staff that they almost give you a feeling of home. The food made by Chef Vipin was sumptuous that we went to the kitchen to Thank him. Neat and clean corridors, beautiful scenic view of the lake and such beautiful property. I would never take any other property to stay in Alleppey other than Lemon Tree! Loved it!

Visited the resort for a team outing, we were around 23 people. The service was below par, there was no variety and it did not taste good. The food served was abysmal. The resort itself was very boring, there are not many activities offered. Not much space with shade to relax outside. Strongly recommend against coming here for a team outing.

A bit far away from Cochin airport. You have to travel 2 hours by car to reach this place. Hotel located on the banks of vembanadu lake. Spacious rooms & all are over looking infinity pool & vembanadu lake which is very nice. Friendly staff. Very good restaurant. A beautiful house boat is also available. You can also hire a motor boat to go around lake and enjoy. Decent food of good choices. You can hire cycle and go around the village. Everything is good but all are on expensive side.

Very good view from any room. Swimming pool is the best one. Food quality is very good. Staff members are very Cooperative. Bathroom is also very clean and has basic toiletries.

Nice location and ambience. Good for a two day stay. Food needs improvement and in room toilets needs maintenance. Over all good experience.

Very pleasant stay at the Lemon Tree. Personnel did an excellent job making our stay comfortable. ⛵️ 4 hour boat tour was relaxing and fun infinity swimming pool is amazing, especially during sunrise and sunsets. When visiting the area of Kochi, Kerala, make sure to stay here for a night or two.

A very very nice place to enjoy holidays. Each and every person of the staff is keen to make your stay just wonderful. Rooms, swimming pool, restaurant all are one of the best. And the best part is that it on the bank of Vembanad lake. Enjoyed a lot.

This resort is located at lake side. Most beautiful part of this resort is swimming pool which is facing towards lake side. Food and service are good. Only problem is bathrooms. Dont have good ventilation. Rooms are very clean and some of the rooms are facing lake side. Room service is also very good. Overall best place to relax for 2 days.

Stay and views are wonderful. Swimming pool is well maintained. Room service can be improved. Restaurant offers great tasting food but not that great service. You could be easily ignored if some large group has bookings with you. Waiters in the restaurant do not understand Hindi or English properly… chances of getting wrong orders.

We reached Lemon tree lake resort from Kumarakom by a boat and it is a good place to stay while we are taking our time off work and schedule. The Vembanad lake view from the room is awesome. Makes you feel closer to nature. The property is an old one with well maintained rooms and pools but other places in resort like staircases, windows slabs needs to be cleaner. The food needs more options, the regular food on the menu is little disappointing. Basic facilities of room need to be a little focused on. Nothing would beat the ambience if it's a little more cleaner surrounding. Transport facilities are arranged by the resort staff on request.

Had an enjoyable Ala carte meal at the restaurant on a really hot summer day. The food has emphasis more on the local variety and is very authentic. The atmosphere on the property is very languid and peaceful.

Beautiful tranquil hotel — all that is needed is more choice of food. We stayed here for a few days & even did a houseboat tour from here which picked us up directly outside the hotel. The views here are absolutely amazing & you actually feel like you're totally alone. Absolutely gorgeous hotel surrounded by lush scenery and beautiful birds!

The restaurant is horrible. We went to the citrus cafe, the view and atmosphere is splendid and the staff is courteous but the food was too bad. If you plan to visit, the stay is good, but think twice about the food.

Great rooms with an even better view. Staff is extremely courteous and helpful. The sight of Swimming pool extending to the back waters is really mind blowing. Restaurant has enough options to keep all age groups happy. Must visit place.

I and my family decided to take a holiday in Alleppey in July which is usually an off season. We booked the Lemon Tree hotel near the Vembanad lake, I must say we had a very nice experience in terms of the stay and ambiance of the property. We had booked a 3 nights package where the hotel pays for the 3rd night, to our pleasant surprise owing to off season the hotel gave us a complimentary upgraded to a delux room with a beautiful lake facing view. The Lemon Tree property itself is awesome and a beautiful sight. Its 30 min from the railway station and hence its a 'noiseless place' and serene away from the hustle and bustle of the main city. It has various trees like 'paan', lemon tree with a strong pleasant scent that you will never forget, a bay leaf plant, peppercons and brilliant flowers like purple orchids and yellow 'dancing lady' flowers, a lotus pond within the property. A stroll around the property will allow you to experience all these The other thing that's good is the lake view rooms, the back door of your rooms opens out to a wide swimming pool with the vembanad lake as its background. Stunningly beautiful. The hotel staff is courteous and quick to satisfy your needs.

My Fiancée and I stayed at Lemon Tree a while ago and for us it was the worse experience ever. The resort is badly managed with poor customer service. They just were not helpful at all. The place is not safe for valuable items. The room was not cleaned to the best standard and the food was average. Will not book again!

Can be maintained better. Services provided need to be improved including activities for children especially because it is far away from the town.

Great place for families but food is ridiculously expensive with an idli priced at 250. A meal for 3 will easily cross 3 to 4k. We stayed here n had food at travencore palace 15 kms from here.
