Good place to stay. The rooms are very spacious & the staff is friendly. Food especially is finger-licking good.

Best part of this resort is it s convenient location (close to NH at the same time just few minutes from main city)
courteous reception, well appointed rooms, helpful /effecient house keeping and room service.
Restaurant is one of the best in Belgaum.
Tandoor chicken in hot gravy should not be missed.
Most importantly you are made to feel at home by one of the management persons by their courteous words (and one of them is always on the property).

It's a nice place to stay here. Food is also good. Location is good. But the property wants renovation this time. Because its looks so old and the color of the walls is very dull. So Pai resort please start the renovation and painting work as soon as possible. Especially the bathrooms.

A reasonable good hotel. Good vegetarian restaurant. Near highway so convenient for those who want to move out immediately on the next day.

This place is very good. The pros are Ambience, food and location. I stayed there for 3 days. To start with, the location. It's situated next to the highway, very easy to reach. Great ambience. Good food and service. Friendly environment. The only con is the house keeping, which needs improvement.

Did not stay here so these ratings are for their restaurant only. Quality and tasty food, just about everything we ordered. Decent space, clean toilets. There's parking too. Prices are very reasonable.

Location of the resort is good as it is bear the highway and very convenient for people who want to stay overnight while traveling. The resort itself looks good and the landscapes are maintained well. However the rooms are not that great, they look very old and need maintenance. Front desk was not very helpful. Restaurant is ok. The breakfast buffet is very average with limited options although whatever we had tasted good.

Loved the place… A good place to spend a day or two… Some of the rooms have a brilliant view of the lake…

It is the very nice place with comfortable stuff places nearby Highway just you need to take a short U turn food quality is good and rates are also reasonable they also accept cards place is usually not that crowded you can park your car comfortably they provide accommodation also if you required in the evening you can also enjoy scenery of lake.

Situated on next to Bangalore-Mumbai highway, this is a nice resort to stay at. They have a total of 4 condos with 4 large independent rooms. A restaurant of their own and food is really good served by friendly courteous staff. They have ample private parking space in front of the resort. Definitely a place to stay over when travelling on this highway.

Has 14 Rooms all are amazing. Situated close to highway, approach roads on service road and also on main road. Very prestine ambience in room as well as the restaurant. Food is acceptable, buffet breakfast is very good. Ample parking (free) Has a party lawn too.

Excellent location. Easy to find it. Ample parking space. Very spacious rooms. Brilliantly laid out in cottage style villas. Beautiful manicured lawns. Coming to rooms, neatly laid out furniture. Very clean. You get either lake facing or garden facing rooms. Bathroom is clean with 24 hours hot water supply. As for restaurant section, good is strictly average. Prompt and polite room service though.

This is on incredible place to be in… All hotels/resorts offer one and the same thing… This resort will blow your mind… When u realise that the owner himself will serve you food, you won't realise until you ask him abt who is the owner. You can speak Hindi, Marathi, English, Kannada here you will be responded in the same language.
The restaurant is good, decent food at cheapest rates. Ambience is great, cottages provides you with an eye catching view of the highway and lush green surface. Located on the pune Banglore highway, will save lot of your time to go inside the city area and coming back on Highway. I loved the place.

The place is great. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. Overall ambience of the place is impressive.
