Value for money hotel. Food is good and as per the location stay is also comfortable. Dont expect alot at that prices.

Good stay at the hotel. Food and Breakfast was good too. Neat and Clean rooms.

We had a wedding at Sankam and the service provided was worst. There were not more than 200 people still they were unable to manage it. People had to stand and eat as there was no proper arrangements to sit. The food was pretty average and the management was also trying to save money by closing up counters on between.

Good looking excellent ambiance and food quality excellent. Staff very friendly co-operative and polite soft spoken. Value for money. Excellent.

Decent hotel for business trips. Located just opposite to the highway. Restaurant is also pretty good.

One more the worst hotels. No hot water. I was asked to run the tap to flush off cold water and for 30 min no change in temperature — few hundred litres of water wasted. Used shaving kit provided. Room sticks. AC not proper. Bed linen not up to the mark. Looks like an old hotel just renovated but not run professionaly.

Good ambience. Standard hotel and food is very good especially breakfast. Good service and courteous staffs. Less staffs speak Kannada.

Was a great hotel but time deteriorates everything I guess. The bed linen is a century out and the quit is lumped… the ambience is all good from outside. The toilets are clean… food is good. Nothing much but best among all other options.

I would have given all stars if they had a working Wi-Fi. The reception never called us back with Wi-Fi password. Apart from that experience everything else is awesome. Food and room service is great. The morning buffet breakfast spread is something one should look forward to.

Great food and well trained staff. The rooms here are clean and well maintained. Has a good and big well maintained lawn for parties and weddings in addition to a poolside lawn, a big non AC hall and a beautiful central ac hall. Quiet reasonable for hosting events. The best and the revisiting element is the food.

Hotel Sankam Residency is an excellent choice for mouth watering filling unlimited buffet breakfast at just 190/ — AI. The vada here is just amazing… It's a must try… And even the live omelet and dosa counters make the best half/deep fried masala/plain omelets. Offers fruits, breads, everything possible for a perfect heavy breakfast.

It's the land mark to reach Gandhi Naga. Food is quite good and service is outstanding. Nice room service and excellent garden space to refresh.

Well worth the price tag. Undergoing some renovation and at present but they make sure you aren't inconvenienced by it. The staff are receptive to your needs but leave you well enough alone otherwise. The rooms are large and clean. Lighting could be improved. Since it is right next to NH4, it can get noisy. The restaurant is decent and serves good Indian food.

Here rooms are cozy but well furnished. Housekeeping was not good enough. Blqnkets were not cleaned proper. Overall good room need to improve room service.

There were roaches in the rooms. But overall the hotel is fine. Restaurant is too expensive.

Best hotel to stay and eat. Their staff are very soft spoken and humble. I was travelling from Bangalore and stayed here for a comfortable night and they nailed it. Next morning they serve buffet breakfast and besides having good spread, everything is delicious. There is a old guy (i think he is owner) he him selves is at the service and very kindly serve offers food.

Idlis are very soft and delicious. Breakfast is good. Again the service is very slow. The menu card was unavailable in the dinning area. :-).

3rd floor rooms facing garden side are little noisy due to exhaust fans sound. Should be checked by hotel management. Lighting inside is very dim lights. No main bright lights inside. Ac are box type again creating lot of noise. PL replace with split AC. My suggestions to management. Breakfast is very good.

Although its an old hotel but near the highway and airport. The best thing is the breakfast. The idlis are piping hot and very soft.

Food quality is consistently good, parking space is available. Friendly staff but only problem is they shut early. They need to change the ago old menu. They have even outdoor sitting area in the lawn and pool area.

Stupid staff Hotel is decent. But there are small unprofessional things that annoy you. A single toothbrush and towel in a double room, half an hour waiting time when you order food. They entered wrong food items in our bill and argued that those were the items we ordered. The waiter doesn't know which food item is called what, when asked what a particular product is, he simply says he doesn't know. Parking space available. Not planning on coming back.

I checked online for booking for a single occupancy room at this hotel, least price shown after discounts/offers was 2700 plus tax. I went directly to hotel at 7 am and took a room for 2400 plus tax. I checkout 2nd day 8 pm. They offered me 10% additional discount due to early checkout. … Don't fall in web portal/apps trap. Google hotel phone no try to bargain… U will get a much lesser price some times.

The hotel is located not far from the highway. The rooms we were provided were of decent size but it had no refrigerator. The 2nd floor rooms might be better than the 3rd floor rooms. Like most hotels here too a fresh set of toiletries were not provided on the second day. They have a decent spread for breakfast, the only item I missed was the sausages. The dishes served for dinner were tasty. The service too is good. Overall a nice place to stay for a short duration.

It's a decent place in this vicinity, they've got a nice pool and newly constructed auditorium, rooms are neat and clean. But not really satisfied with food.

Good clean compact rooms. But can be noisy. The day we stayed there were celebrations in other rooms and could not sleep at all. There is a open area next door where functions are held which adds to the noise level.

3 star rated hotel in belgaum. Good rooms with restaurant on ground floor. Back side garden is also there. Tasty foods cost of rooms are reasonable.

Average hotel. Rooms are good however the air conditioning is outdated and sometimes dust enter the room from the ac. The land phones were not working. Overall an average hotel for the price however food is good at an average price.

One of the finest hotel in the city. Offers nice and decent rooms, room service and a cooperative staff. The hotel consists of lawns for parties and other functions. Offers indoor as well as outdoor dining options. The indoor dining offers fantastic ambience with plenty of food options. A nice place for dinner with family, friends or your special ones.

Honest and sincere staff. I'd left my wallet in the room. The hotel called and informed me that they have found the wallet that had atm cards and money. We collected it back after 10 days. They had neatly packed and kept. Very rare sight in today's modern world.

The rooms are really classy and suitably spacious. Its location is quite handy too. Only poor thing would be their restaurant service which is very slow and the food too is not really the best.

New roof top lounge s great… food is good… bar is an added advantage… a good restaurant for a romantic couple as well as for a family visit on a weekend.

Very close to the highway. If you are crossing Belgaum an want to have breakfast, try this one. The Medu Wada is very good.

This has a good location. Good parking area. Rooms are clean and modern. Amazing interiors. Great service. Food is delicious here. I always stay here. A must stay if in belgaum.
